The Doctor was very good and kind as well he’s knowing and understanding the case of the animals and what they are need.

عيادة عبارة عن ثلاث ادوار تقريبا

الدور الاول: فيه مقهى جاناش
و متجر لمستلزمات الحيوانات متوفر كل شي

و منطقة لتحميم الحيوانات عندهم بكجات و انتم تختارون البكج الي تبغو ،، و فيه منطقه ل الجلوس مع الحيوانات (قطط و كلاب) بمبلغ معين ما اعرف صراحه و فيه عندهم هامستر و عصافير

الدور الثاني: العياده البيطرية
تعاملت معهم من كان عمر القط الي عندي ٤٥ يوم و كان تعبان و من اول نظره عرف البيطري انه تعبان و عرف التشخيص و اعطوه علاج معين و حبوب الديدان و كل شي و ماشاء الله تعافى في وقت سريع و طلعت دفتر تطعميات من بعد تطعيمة الثلاث شهور و البيطري و المساعد الي معاه يدهم خفيفه و يسوون فحص شامل قبل التطعيم و دقيقينن ماشاء الله و حنونين مع القطط مره

الدور الثالث: اتوقع انه فندقه و مكان عمليات القطط ما قد زرته ولا طلعت فوق بس غالباً اسمع انه كذا

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
They deal with my cat in the worst way. The vet was unprofessional and dismissed all my concerns
Also, when we brought my cat back home, all her nails were in a very bad condition. They were cut extremely short and some were even broken.

عملت عملية تعقيم لقطتي عندهم والطبيب كان تعامله عنيف معها وحجتهم انه القطة شرسة
ولما اخذتها كانت اظافيرها مقطعه ومقصوصة بشكل كبير.

Our dog was scheduled for surgery on a specific date. We drove from Yanbu to Jeddah for our dog to have her operation but on arrival the security informed us that the “IAC” was closed because of the rain. No one informed us about this which I feel was very unprofessional. I love the IAC for many other reasons but because of this I could only rate them 4stars.

It definitely is the best clinic in Jeddah! Specifically Dr. Eugene. He really cares about your pet and walks you through the steps in your pets treatment. Unlike other clinics in Jeddah; who don’t care and only care about the money!
IAC, thank you for having someone like Dr. Eugene, my pets owe their life to him!

سيئه العياده مايهتمو بالقطط المنقذه حطيت عندهم قطه منقذه ودفعت تنويم وادويه ابر ٧ ايام القطه ماتت ثاني يوم والفلوس اخذوها الحراميه عياده ماديه فقط اتمنى الاداره تتواصل معايا على المهزله هذي حتى اداره ماعندهم

I have been dealing with them for four years, but the last time I visited them, I was surprised that they charged me for the vaccination note, and the vaccination note is much more expensive than the vet checkup and the vaccination needle, and the vaccination note is always free of charge.

جودة اسلوب رُقي مصداقية وفوق كل هذا سعر اقل من اسوء العيادات في جدة وللأسف الكثير لا يعلم هذا، شكراً مستشفى الرعاية البيطرية العالمية على كل شيء، جزاكم الله خير الجزاء من أصغر موظف حتى مدير المستشفى المتعاون وبارك الله لصاحب المنشأة وكثر الله من امثاله، بمثل هؤلاء نسعد ونفخر بالتعامل معهم.

المكان حلو مرتب بس انصدمت انه صار القعده مع الحيوانات 30 ريال 15 دقيقه فقط قليل قلييل مره مقارنه بسعر وانه مايخلصون الحيوانات بريكهم الا الساعه 4 اتمنى توضحون هالشغلات بموقعكم وتنزلون السعر او تزيدون الوقت

I don’t understand which kind of animal hospital that doesn’t have urgent help and they open at 10. The pet will die while waiting for them to be ready to help.

They’re always late to answer the phone.they gave me appointment after one week so I went to my appointment they told me to wait i was waiting for 2 hours in reception so what the point of the appointment? !

الله ياخذهم لحد يروحلهم
تعذيب للحيوان بشكل مو طبيعي وقمة القساوة
قطتي متاثرة نفسيا بسببهم جرحوها وشخصوها غلط وحطوها على علاج روتين خاطيء وحلقو لها بكل قساوة جلدها صار فيه جروح وقيوح منهم وفوق هذا كله اسعارهم مبالغ فيها والله لو انهم بيعالجوا بشر.
لحد يروح ابداً وبلغوا الناس عنهم

انتبهوا فيه وحده غير سعودية مسميه نفسها منقذه تاخذ القطط المعلن عنهم منكم ع اساس تعالجهم تحت ملفها في هذه العيادة وتجمع تبرعات ويهملوا القطه عندهم في بقفص الين تموت ويقطعوا اخبارها عنكم بعدين بكل بساطة يقولوا ماتت. هذه المنقذه اشكالها كثير وللاسف هم والبيطريين يد وحده ضد هذه الارواح الضعيفة. ماتت القطه اللي انقذتها بسببهم بهذه الطريقة لكن فين يروحوا من عذاب الله!

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابدا ابدا
عدم اهتمام بالحيوان رغم ان الحاله طارئة
التعامل جدا سيئ مع المراجعين من قبل موظف الاستقبال بالعيادة بالرغم من انها ليست اول زيارة

قطي عنده عملية رفضته اغلب العيادات في مكة وجدة ما عرف له الا دكتور محمد أيمن الله يجزاه خير الجزاء

سيئه سيئه سيئه لاحد يجيهم جبنا قطتي كانت تاكل وتشرب وقالو فيها عيب خلقي وعلى اساس تتنووم تلات ايام جينا اليوم التاني اخدناها وما اكلوها يوم كامل ولا تقدر توقف والوسخ حقها مو منظفينه وقبل اوصل البيت ماتت حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم اسوء مستشفى استنزاف مال لاحد يجيب القطه حقته عندهم ع طول يطلعو فيهم امراض ويموتو الى الان حزينه على موت قطتي

هو كن المحلات الجيدة ولكن لايوجد به حيوانات كثيرة وليس كل مستلزمات الحيوانات موجودة ولكن جيد

اتصلت اكثر من 4 مرات و استنيت يمكن ربع ساعة ولافي رد ولا حتى على الانستقرام ‍️
اخيراً ردوا بس ما استفدت شي ما يعرف الاسعار بعد الضريبة و نص المعلومات ما يعرفها

المكان متكامل و نظيف والخدمة جيدة وانصح بالطبيب البرازيلي من أقضل الدكاترة الموجودين في المستشفى

كانت تجربتي ممتازه مع الدكتور مصطفى حسني قبل أكثر من سنه. أنقذت قطتين من الشارع وكان عندهم مشكله في الكبد والحاله كانت متأخره تأبعت مع الدكتور مصطفى والحمدالله اتعافُ القطط. بالإضافة إلى ان التعامل كان اكثر من ممتاز من كل الطاقم الايشتغل في العياده.

My experience was excellent with Dr. Mostafa Hosny more than a year ago. I rescued two cats from the street, and they had a liver problem, and the condition was late. I followed up with Dr. Mustafa, and thank God the cats recovered. In addition, the dealing was more than excellent from all the staff working in the clinic

من افضل العيادات في جدة ممتازه جدا ورائعه من حيث الرعاية والاهتمام والنظافة انا بتعامل معاهم دايما عندي بساس كتير وعندي بسه انقذتها من الشارع من فترة وكان عندها مشاكل عمرها ٥ سنين وكانت في مجاعه في الشارع صارت ماتاكل ابدا وكان عندها انيميا وفقدان في الشهية والتهاب رئوي وكانت حامل واجهضت ورحمها تعبان وكانت داخله في اكتئاب كانت بتموت لكن الفضل بعد الله يرجع لدكتور مصطفى ماقصر الله يسعده ويفرحه زي مافرحني بعافيتها من بعد المحاليل والادوية وعلاج استمر لمدة ٣ ايام متواصله بدأت تاكل وتشرب الله يجزاه خير والفني ريتشارد والفني فهد كل الشكر والتقدير على جهودكم الله يعطيكم الف عافيه ويجعله في ميزان حسناتكم شكرا من كل قلبي

I only bring my cat to this pet hospital. Dr Mustafa takes great care every time. I absolutely recommend

Place not clean and when I was travelling they was call me and say come and take ur dog I was gave them clean dog and he is back to me with smell and dirty

المكان جميل لكن جيتهم تقريبا ٤ مرات وكلها رفضو يطلعون لي الحيوان الي ابغاه اجيهم على٩ وربع كذا يقولون لا خلاص مانقدر نطلعها لك!

العياده رائعه جدا جدا من ناحية النظافه والاهتمام والتشخيص السليم وكل العاملين بالعياده بشوشين ويساعدُ من قلبهم ويخدمُ بحب.
كانت تجربتي مع الدكتور مصطفى حسني ممتازه جدا شَاخص القط تشخيص صحيح وبعد الاستمرار على العلاج أتحسن القط دون الحاجه الى عمليه، أنا اتعامل معه من سنتين تقريبا وهو قام بعمل جميع عمليات التعقيم والاخصاء القططِ وبفضل الله كانت جميع النتائج مرضيه.

أتمنى فقط لوكانت أسعار العياده مُراعيه أكثر في المستقبل.

The clinic is very, very wonderful in terms of cleanliness, attention and proper diagnosis, and all the clinic staff are cheerful and help from their heart and serve with love.
My experience with Dr. Mostafa Hosni was very excellent. He diagnosed the cat with a correct diagnosis. After continuing the treatment, the cat improved without the need for an operation. I have been dealing with him for nearly two years and he did all the sterilization and neutering of cats, and thanks to God, all the results were satisfactory.

I just wish the clinic prices were more considerate in the future.

لفو يد القط بضماده عشان الكسر ومامداني اوصل البيت الا وطاحت دفعت مبلغ وقدره ع ال فاضي والله

لا توجد اليه واضحه من البدايه للتعامل مع الحيوان وخصوصا في الزيارة الأولى وممكن ان يطول مع البعض لأكثر من ربع ساعه َلكا تطلب ان يلعب مع اطفالك يعتذر الموظف بأنه وقت استراحة الحيوان. لكن هو مكان لطيف ومرتب وبعزز التواصل مع الحيوانات الأليفة ويكسر حاجز الخوف لدي الأطفال منها

افضل عيادة بيطرية بجدة من ناحية التكامل
تجربتي مع الدكتور اسلام مصطفى عملت عنده عملية تعقيم لقطي وكانت الحمدلله ممتازة.
قص الشعر عندهم كمان حلو
يعيبه اسعارهم تعتبر اعلى بشوي من باقي العيادات

اسوء عيادة بيطرية بالمملكة موظفين يعطونك مواعيد غلط عادي جداً تجي ع الموعد ويجحدونك وترجع هذا بالنسبة للشاور والقرومنق. اما كعيادة كذلك مواعيد مضروبة وكلب صديق لي مات بسببهم!

Do NOT go to this clinic if you value your pet's life.
I am in medical field myself and I know a lot about radiographs, diagnosis, treatment, medicine and after care.
This clinic looks nice but honestly, they don't have any knowledge about animals' health or how to approach clients and breaking the news regarding the diagnosis.
They start with a very expensive bill to start with,
- take radiographs when it is not even indicated and on the radiograph, they show you shapes (radio opacity or radiolucency) and come up with stories, to take two radiographs within 18 hours to see changes!
- they give the pet all wide spectrum of medicines before they have a proper diagnosis,
- they give you a list of horrifying diagnoses and really scare you and make you worry (like; "it looks very bad", "she may not survive", "similar cases, the pet did not survived".)
- they change their diagnoses in matter of minutes and hours,
- their hygiene is poor,
My cat had just had some acid reflux and had some ulceration of her throat and was not able to eat but the condition disappeared after giving her some soft oily diet. They were about to treat her extensively.
Bottom line is, they are not competent pet doctors.

We had a rescue cat go tp IAC for healing a fractured leg. He came back home with a stent but when we went back after a week to change the bandage, his flesh was literally rotting inside. It was stinking of dead flesh and the only reason for this is wrong placement of the stent. This was Dr Eugene. He seemed very concerned for animals and would spend hours trying to diagnose one pet. But his decision turned out wrong and the cat had to lose its leg.l now read in the reviews that the same happened with other cats too - that's horrible. Something has to be done woih regards to this, that just doesn't involve automated replies saying 'we're so sorry, please email us' blah blah blah.

<10/15/21 Update: We’ve lived in Jeddah a little over a year now, and this is our main clinic.

I’ve taken many cats here and have received a lot of help for them and guidance.

Just last month it seemed like one of our senior cats may have been dying. Thanks to God and all the care she’s received such as support from IAC, she’s doing so much better.

And another notable case was all the help for Salvador, a cat we took in for the last months of his life and who had gone to IAC many times.

IAC is a nice facility, and we have experienced a variety of services for cats. They also sell special food for dietary needs, and there is a pet store and boarding. Thank you, IAC, for caring for our beloved cats.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Mostapha, for my kitten. He helped heal her pneumonia, which another vet I was at had not caught. He also did her spaying and did an awesome job. Roxeanne was also awesome at giving shots to my kitten, and very sweet.

There was one male nurse who almost accidentally gave my kitten ten times her antibiotic dose, which would have been a disaster. Thankfully Dr. Mostapha was there to catch this mistake beforehand. And I just found out they fired that nurse, which is great.

Some of the other male nurses were great, but some could be gentler. There were a few mistakes with reception, and I did wait a long time the first time. But Overall, I’m very grateful to have come to this place as my kitten is doing great MashaAllah. And I trust her with Dr. Mostapha.

من افضل وانظف العيادات في جدة واكثرها تطورًا، بعد ماكانو يردوني العيادات الثانية حسيت باليأس وكنت متخوفة من عملية ازالة الورم السرطاني بسبب كبر سن القطة لكن سويتها عند دكتور مصطفى والحمدلله كانت ناجحة والعناية بعد العملية ممتازة والتعامل مع القطة كويس شكرًا للدكتور وطاقم العيادة واكيد راح اعتمدها في الزيارات الجاية.

اسوء عيااااادة في جده ع قد م شفت عيادات سيئه الا نفس العياده هذي مافيه جزارييييييييين حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم لعبو في القط حقي وراجعتهم 4 مرات ومافي فايده عملية اخصاء 3 اسابيع قاعده اعالج فيها! وانا عقمت واخصيت قبل هالقط 4 قطط ولا عمري سارلي مع واحد فيهم نفس اللي سار ومافي اي تحسن بسبب خطا من الدكتور فتحله جرح هو في غنى عنه هذا كله بسبب الاهمال وفوق هذا يطالبوني بفلوس غلطهم حسبي الله عليهم قطي قاعد يعاني من الطوق والألم لمدة 3 اسابيع عشان غلطه دكتور محمد ايمن المستهتر وخياطته الفاشله وطريقة علاجه للخياطه في انه يحط غراء! وتشخيصه للحاله بكبرها لاكن قسم بالله ماراح اسكت عن حقي وراح اشتكي على العياده واوريهم استغلالكم واستهتاركم بالصوت والصوره والفواتير

الدكتور مصطفى اليوم كشف على قطتين جبتهم بشكل جداً سيئ وبدون نفس ليه طيب التعامل يحتاج منك أسلوب واحترام في التعامل للأسف يشوهه سمعة المستشفى

It is a great place for the care of your pet and the prices are reasonable. The vets and assistants really care about what is bothering your lovely pet.

I like the clinic and that is the reason I go there. However. Be ready to pay twice or three times extra for the prices that you may pay cheaper elsewhere.

I’m going to write a bad review every single week until this place closes down. Incompetence, zero qualifications. Killing pets on a regular basis due to lack of basic veterinary knowledge. Absolute ineptitude. Looking for the right authority to shut this place down. No administration if this is happening under the owners nose.

يستاهلو 5 نجوم، للأمانه اول مره أروح لهم كان حالة طارئة كسر في عظمة الرجل اللي كان مسؤول عن العمليه دكتور مصطفى ، الكسر كان خطير الجبيرة ماتنفع عملنا عملية وأخذت ٤ ساعات والحمدلله الأمور مستقرة الآن وفي تحسن بعد أسبوعين من العملية، شغل الدكتور ممتاز حتى الخياط الله يعطيه العافيه، لسا بنراجع معاه عشان يتابع معانا الحاله الله يسعده متعاون ومتفهم ويشرح كل خطوة بيسويها ومتجاوب لأي سؤال، ومهتم بالحاله الصحيه لبستي بشكل عام زي  كيف اتصرف مع الآثار الجانبيه للكسر وراح اعتمد العيادة إن شاء الله للتطعيمات والمراجعات برضو، الممرضين كلهم متعاونين والإستقبال أيضًا. العيادة نظيفة والأسعار ليست منخفضة ولكن معقولة مقارنة بالبعض.

5 Stars, the first time I visited them it was emergency, a fracture in the bone. The vet who was responsible for the operation is Dr. Mustafa, the fracture was serious, the surgery took 4 hours, and thank to God my baby condition is stable now. Thanks to Dr. Mustafa,   he is cooperative and understanding, he explains every step to take, ready for any question, we are now following up with him & I have hope that my cat will be able to walk In shaa Allah. The receptionist & the staffs are welcoming as well & the clinic is clean, prices are affordable compared to other places.

First of all, the good ratings must be for the pet shop itself not the hospital because the pet shop is decent enough. However, the hospital section is just disappointing. The reception staff have attitude especially this light skinned guy with a beard sat in reception-there’s only one lady that is ok. The vets themselves just wander around-the assistants always seem flustered yet when you actually look at them, they are not doing much. The vets don’t actually explain anything properly & use medical jargon to confuse the pet owners-if you ask them to explain again, they seem to get frustrated. One of the vets was so rough with the cat throwing him out of the cat carrier with no care. There used to be only one good vet there, Mr Tamer otherwise the rest are not worth going to. Above all, they are so unprofessional just booking people in order to make money yet make you wait so long & then give you attitude as if it’s not a service they wish to give. If that’s the case, close the hospital down & just keep the pet shop. But remember it’s a service that people are paying so much for-not a favor you are doing for them for free. Sort out your attitude and your efficiency-I would never send my pet here ever again.

If you really love your pets don’t take them there! They know nothing about veterinary medicine, they’re not even friendly. Yes they have good reception, but inside they treat my cat like wild animal! Even though she just got a surgery and i just needed a bandage change, they prefer to do a cast and they do her full leg with the paw, which is wrong and i didn’t know about it but they should know! It’s something obvious any veterinarian should know that already. They ruin my cat paw and she lose two of her toes because it was so tight the blood cycle couldn’t reach there. Places like this should be closed they are looking for money and they know nothing about pet care! They charge me 800 sr for a bandage that makes my cat limping for life.

Hi everyone,
I recently went to this clinic and had a terrible experience with Dr. Mostafa and the staff. I had rescued a cat and took him in for bloodwork and diagnosis.this doctor was rude and not helpful AND did not do all the tests I asked for. He has zero knowledge of what he is talking about, he simply read the results (*which we can all do*), but wouldn't give us a simple diagnosis. The cat is older and only weighs 3 kgs and this "Doctor" told me that he is not underweight. The doctor can't read the X-Rays at all and insisted the cat had hairballs.of course the cat has not thrown up one in the 6 months. I would seriously question whether this guy actually is a vet or has any experience in the field.
Next is the staff, They acted like the cat was feral and aggressive (he was panicky) and they made it worse by acting like they have never held a cat. The doctor just gave some bogus diagnosis- the cat had a heart a heart condition but gave convenia shot (without consent or information) which is a long lasting antibiotic (the risk of it is, if a cat has a severe reaction he/she can die).
Please, if you love your pets, be informed and stay away from this clinic, especially this "Doctor" Mostafa.

I’m extremely disappointing of all clinic with doctors, my cat died for kidney disease, never all help. Shame on you! Shame on you!

كنت اظنها افضل العيادات ولكن مع الاسف لا يوجد اي اهتمام بالتعامل مع الحالات الحرجه واستقبالها مع ان هذا هو دور العيادات!

صراحة المركز رائع والدكتور مصطفى ممتااااااز ومتعاون ويعطيك كل ماعنده من خبره ومعلومات وحراااااااام يضيع هذا الجهد بسبب عدم الرد على التلفون ولا الواتس وانتوا نظام المركز مواااعيد ، طيب ما تبغوا تردوا ولا تعينوا شخص مختص للرد لانه الاستقبال مشغول مع العملاء غيروا النظام ارقام بدل مواعيد ، صاحب المركز اهتم بهذه النقطه وإلا حرام يروح جهدك وسمعة المركز

اسوا عيادة على الاطلاق مافي تفاهم بينهم كلمتهم حالة طوارى قالو تعالي والدكتور كان عندو عملية والبسة بتنازع سيئين جدا لا انصح بهم

العيادة رائعة لكن يعيبها عدم الرد
لي يومين ابغى احجز موعد واتصل يا مشغول يا مافي رد نهائي والواتس تعطيك كلمة وتروح
والله لو مو تكملة علاج كان غيرت العيادة ولا التعب هذا كملت ساعتين معلقة الاتصال عليهم

الحمدلله اولا و اخيرا على شفاء قطي من قصور بالكبد الا ان د مصطفى واهتمامه بالقط و بذله الجهد عليه كان له الدور الاكبر مما اعطى نتائج ممتازة و رجعت لقطي الحياة السعيدة و المرحة مجددا.

جربت عيادات كثير لكن من الوقت اللي زرت فيه IAC توقفت عن زيارة اي عيادة اخرى.
جزاكم الله خير الجزاء. و استمرو في عطائكم

I have been calling since they opened (10: 15 am) and no one picked up, even the amazing pet shop workers transferred the line for me more than once but still no one picked up in the clinic.i have contacted them on whatsapp and my messages have been read and ignored for over 2 hours now and when they finally responded to my complaint it was with a simple “Ok” and blocking me afterwards. All attempted contact has been done during working hours. Very unprofessional. If your pet has an emergency please do not think about this unreliable clinic.

تجربه ممتازة واشكرهم على روحهم الحلوة بالاخص دكتور مصطفى لاهتمامو ب نونو وفي كل زيارة اكتشف انو دكتور ممتاز يعطيه الف عافيه وما انسى هبه الله يسعدها وروحها البشوشة. اتمنى يفضلو على نفس المستوى وللاعلى يارب. وارجو النظر في موضوع الاسعار يعني غالي شويه

للامانة دكتور مصطفى اكثر من رائع انا اول مره استشير بخصوص شغله كانت محيرتني وقلقانه من تحاليل لقطتي وطمني ودكتور روحه حلوة ومتعاون جدآ ومخلص وحريص على السؤال عن حاله القط المريض الله يوفقه ويعطيه على قد نيته ان شاء الله راح اعتمده دكتور لقططي

جربت المحل ممتاز،و العياذة بعد ممتازة و اسعارها متوسطة و الدكتور كان ياخذ و يعطي معانا و يجاوب على اسئلتنا

رحت مرة ثانية للعيادة عند دكتورة مصطفى بالتحديد، انقذت قطة صغيرة و قال لي عندهم خدمات و اشياء مجانية او مخفضة للقطط المنقذة و مرة سعيدة بهذا الشي ️

The first check up of my puppy in IAC was 10/10 which made me go back and choose it to be the place of my puppy's routinely visits, and the experience there was excellent with Dr. Mustafa he helped me so much with my puppy and he was very welcoming to answer all the questions I wasn’t aware about, we always have great calm visits thanks to him. Recommended!

Dr. Carlos is out of town and didn't come back yet due to travel restrictions (those who see my post in the future it's Covid-19) anyways today My cat who was diagnosed by CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) was acting weird and looked sick so I called IAC and told them it was an emergency. They told me to come right away and they'll try to squeeze me in. I waited for quite a bit but it was worth it. I feel relieved now that I came back home and my cat is starting to act the way he always do. Thank you!

للامانه نظيفين والدكاتره ممتازين
دكتور مصطفى جدا شاطر وفاهم شغله
ودكتور تامر نفس الشي
واللي عجبني ان الدكاتره يعطو التشخيص المناسب واللي فعلا يحتاجه القط
انا انصح بدكتور مصطفى في تعقيم القطط
ولا نقطة دم وغرزه واحده تقريبا دقيق جدا

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is just decor. Horrible service, horrible staff, inexperienced and rude. From the terrible and rude receptionist to the horrendous and ill-mannered doctors, who I dont even think are doctors. And they charged me 420 riyals for an ultrasound which is a huge ripoff.

They cannot even print you the results for your pet's ultrasound, nor provide a CD like any other normal clinic. Instead you have to wait two business days to be emailed the pictures. When I asked for a printed report (I say asked but I fought 3 minutes straight for it), the "doctor" took out a pen and a legal notepad to write it down before his colleague told him to actually PRINT it.

I've seen bad reviews about this place but it was my only choice at the time. If you actually care about your pet, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Place is so clean, and everyone works there is super professional and straight forward, and the prices comparing to other vets are extremely cheap. I highly recommend it

All veterinaries there are really good but i also highly recommend seeing Dr. Mustafa, he has 10 years of experience and he’s kind to animals and caring. Must go.

Went over there to give my cat a shower, waited for 4 hrs for the guy inside to refuse to give my cat a shower! Claiming that my cat scratched him even tho the receptionist offered that i go in to help him hold my cat, he refused and made a huge scene in front of the costumers, i left and went to royal pet clinic and they welcomed me even tho it was late

From the store point it has a lot of variety of items.
But from the doctor side. U wont find a worst pet doctor.my cat has a broken leg and the doctor doesn't know he's from tail and to add to his ignorance he is Rude to the exterme and I really hate rude people just because of nationality. I paid money for his service for my car but I know that he isn't a doctor but a butcher who came from his country because he failed there.
