النادل كان بيتدرب على طبخ اللحمة على طاولتنا! عدم لنا الشنطةعلى الكرسي و كماان طيح اللحمة من الغريل على الطاولة!
تانيا:
المشروبات اخدناها to go عشان ما وصلت الا بعد ما خلصنا اكل!

Me and my friend went there yesterday and took the dinner offer, it was pretty good in my opinion, the staff were friendly and helped us with everything, the food was great but I only have 1 thing that I didn't like which was the rib eye, it was a bit tough, maybe someone else might like it but it wasn't for me.is it worth it? Depends on you, if you can eat a good amount of food then yeah I'd say it's worth.

Love the flavors of the Korean barbecue however if you don’t mind the self cooking or smell the smoke try it. We took the dinner offer it was unlimited food, what makes me wonder they ask us to pay before we eat.

طلبنا عشرة صحون فزاد منهم أربع صحون لحمة نية، ولم يسمحوا لنا بأخذها خارج المطعم، فقمنا بشوائها ورميها بالقمامة مجبرين. مطعم حقير بنظام حقير. قمة التبزير.
الفاتورة كانت 1500 ريال، أكلنا بألف ريال ورمينا 500 ريال بالإجبار

لكن التكييف كان عطلان

يعتبر مطعمي المفضل بكل امانة
تعامل الموظفين رائع وخدومين بشكل ملفت بكل امانة
بس ياليت لو يكون في تمديد لوقت العرض الى بعد الساعة 11

السلبيات
- ارتفاع الاسعار بشكل مبالغ فيه
- رائحة الطعام التي تبقى في الشخص حتى بعد خروجه من المطعم

اقترح * وضع مثل المبخرة او الفواحات او ايجاد اي طريقة للتخلص من هذه الإشكالية

حيث انني انا عن نفسي بمجرد خروجي من هذا المطعم لااستطيع ان اذهب الى اي مكان غير المنزل لتبديل ملابسي بسبب رائحة الاكل

Buffet all can you eat is really poor, the quantity of beef indicated on menu alla carte is not the quantity give you on table, the quality is medium good also the wagyu is not really good for the standard of wagyu beef.
In final is No bad no good but price is honest on line of the market.

Not the best experience ever, I might’ve go there again but it’s not like I’m obsessed with. The reasons why I didn’t had a good experience is the place was very hot, you are cooking your food by yourself which’s not a bad idea but when the place is hot you won’t enjoy the vibe, secondly it was a very slow service, it takes them 15 min to get us anything we order and sometimes they forget what you ordered, I would say they deserve three star cuz the food was delicious and unlimited but they need a faster serving.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience today at HWA-RO
We have ordered: beef dumplings, shrimp soup, beef brisket Ramen, and the Charcoal Grill Bulgogi

The service was very slow.

The lady started the bbq before we got the starters on the table
Then we waited about 10 minutes to get the dumplings and the Ramen!

And it was the worst worst bbq ever, and the beef was burnt. We saw the fire burning the meat about 3-4 times.
We tasted nothing but smoke and burnt beef. Please, if the waitress is not trained or doesn’t know how to bbq, she shouldn’t do it.

And at the end they offered us complimentary ice cream, it was a nice gesture. But sadly, the ice cream was of very bad quality, it was taken in and out of the freezer so many times and you could easily tell.

We will not visit again.

The all you can eat on Saturdays did not have a bar of sides, you get a plate with a little amount of different sides, a salad and a plate of rice. The beef cuts are enough and the bulgogi is really tasty, but I like the flexibility of picking the sides as I want. The fume extractor was not working properly, I got lightheaded from all the smoke. Would not go back.

The worst customer handling ever,
Its says they close at 12, we should up at 11: 02 and they refused to let us in. But why! Cause last order is 11. And we are 2 minutes late!

And with a cold blood too

One of my favorite restaurants in Jeddah. Very good quality beef and amazing service. Id suggest you order the Wagyu ribeye, galbi, flower short rib and bulgogi. Would appreciate if they bought back the beef sushi and Korean corn dog.

But today my bbq was ruined and taste like petrol
Don’t trust those ladies to grill your meat.they served it cold and tasteless

The eat all you can (buffet) experience was horrible and need lots of improvements. It costs 167SAR per person, the options are limited with low quality of meat. The bar has only bottled juices (راني) and no Salads, more importantly no sauces for the meat. Now I had tried the Korean BBQ experience at different restaurant and there is no comparison. The staffs will bring you the first plate and will literally go back in the kitchen. Every time I needed something I had to go to the kitchen and ask for it. I am giving two stars because it’s first of kind experience in Jeddah, and two because I heard good things about the regular menu but I am skeptic to try it.

Hwaro gives you an experience in BBQ self grilling with ur loved ones; friends.
They hav an offer for eat all you can 115sr for 3 kinds of meat ; and for 165 5 kinds of meat with unlimited korean side dish. They offer non alcoholic wine as well.
Great ambiance, not crowded and very clean.good quality service of d waiters…

Try to experience with ur friends and family.

The food is good, but the cashier/manager (he looks korean which wear glasses) so rude and annoying because im asian (because in front of me they are arabics ppl, he talk polite and nice), when im asking the system of all you can eat buffet.
Bad experience service for the good food.

I have to be honest, my first impression of this restaurant wasn’t favorable. There was construction material everywhere outside and most of the establishments in that building were all closed. I also had a hard time finding the restaurant because there was no marquee outside with the name. Once I found it and walked in, omg, the place was amazing. Very clean and the staff attended us promptly. The aroma of the Korean bbq literally overpowers your senses. We chose the all you can eat bbq and it was well worth it! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. There are plenty of dishes to choose from if you don’t get the all you can eat. All the foods available were fantastic but the only thing I wish was that the meat came with a better choice of marinades. Don’t get me wrong the meat was phenomenal but a bit lacking of flavor. The staff was amazing as well and all in all a great place to eat. I truly recommend this place plus the Korean restaurant next door, same owner, will also provide you with more eating pleasures…. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. Cheers Orale!

Hands down best Korean BBQ restaurant in the kingdom I have tried.
And their price to portion ratio is decent unlike most new places. The flavors are on point and exactly like something you’d get in a restaurant abroad. Being half Korean and finding a place of this quality was great.
The fried rice options were good.
The Galbi and Bulgogi are the main stars of the meal.
They aren’t included in a lot of the all you can eat offers so double check before you take one of the offers.
Will definitely come back again and again to eat their delicious food.

حقيقي اطعم ستيك ذقته في جدة. من وجهة نظري المطاعم اللي تكون متخصصة في صنف واحد. بتكون مبتكرة في كل شي من ناحية الأجواء ، وكيفية التقديم والجودة …. الخ. وحبيت طريقة الطهي امامك. بالسبة للأسعار شوية مرتفعه بس هوا من المتعارف عليه انه اللحم كل ما ارتفع سعره كان افضل في الجودة والطعم. حبيت اعطي رأي لاني من عشاق اللحم وحقيقي انصحكم فيه

Best restaurant in Jeddah, great food and service.
My favorites are Kimichi fried rice, Galbi, Dumplings and the Ramen, everything is 10/10

العاملين فيه لطفاء جدا ، من ترحيب واستقبال إلى تقديم وتوديع

فكرة المطعم كوريا تقليدية ، بس ما في زيه كثير بالسعودية

اما بالنسبة للاكل:
السلطة والمقبلات (تكميلية) كان اوكي بس ما في شي جبار

دمبلينق اللحم ؛ شيء جميل ونكهة رائعة

الوجبه الرئيسية (طبخ على الفحم على الطاولة) ، اللحم لذيذ ولا غلطة ، والحركة تفتح الشهية جربنا الشورت ربز ، حاجة خورافية

طبعا اللي قد يعيب الجلسة وجود أحد يطبخ على الطاولة فالسواليف - أو نقاشات العمل - الخاصة قد تكون صعبة

البوفيه مشبع جدا والخدمة جميله وطريقة الشواء ممتعة في البوفيه فوق
اما في الطلبات يقوم مقدم الطعام بالشواء لك

I will always comeback to this place. The Galbi is still the best! The Ramyeon and the Mango bingsu too!?

Craving for Korean BBQ? This is a great deal!
During my first visit, i felt that the area is a bit off coz the site nearby the restaurant seems abandoned. Only these hwaro and sura restaurants give light to this area. It is inside a walled commercial area.

They have lots of authentic korean side dishes, entrées, etc.including their to-go boxes (see one of the photos) at a rate below a hundred riyals each, their grill over charcoal menus, their Eat-All-You-Can bbq meat offer this ramadan that includes side dishes, 5 kinds of bbq beef that is served unlimitedly, orange/mango juices (purees), and tea. Rice will complement with the beef but it is not included in the offer at 5sr per cup. They also have the eat-all-you-can offer during non-Ramadan time that includes rice at a rate of 125sar Vat excl. /per head that must be settled at their counter near the entrance before proceeding to their upper level, this is where they offer eat-all-you-can. If you like charcoal grills, you can have it at the restaurant's ground level.

Masha'llah they are highly demanding. I came here 2x this week with my family and friends, 1 in weekday and the other in a weekend, we opted for eat-all-you-can offer for both days. We found that they get lots of customers but not enough servers, even their stoves have to be calibrated well, it will be a big help for their very active and responsive service crews to sustain their customers' needs in a timely manner if they add more of stoves. I recommend to have additional number of service crews, as well, to match the demands of their customers.

Don't miss that customers board where you can write your name or just express your experience about the restaurant!

Overall, it is a must visit place! A unique experience for non-korean customers like me!

Wanted to go to SuRA but saw this place to try. Great service, Nice atmosphere very Korean. Great food and good prices.
We will be back and order deliver often.

جينا للاسف كان دوبو خلص وقت عرض الغداء انصح اذا حابين العرض تكونو هناك قبل ٣ ونص، ضيفونا سلطة وطبعا الاطباق الجانبية لكن ما كانت كورية اصيلة وضيفونا شاي ما اعرف شاي ايش لكن كان لذيذ.
القالبي الويتر شواه وقطعو وهاذي الخدمة لكل المشويات.
قد جربت عندهم في زيارة سابقة بينغسو المانجو اعطيه ١٠/١٠ كان لذيذ جدا.

-ملاحظة: وقت العرض كان زحمة وكنا حنستنى لكن على حظنا فضيت طاولة ومافي خدمة حجز كمان الدور العلوي ما يفتحوه الا بعد المغرب.

Great food, great service. The atmosphere is friendly. The food came out fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant.

It is my 2nd time to avail their Eat-all-you-can buffet.starts from 6pm.
The meat all you can is amazing; that is the main star of the buffet, you can have as much meat as you can and ask for another plate and another plate and another plate if you can.the serving is very very good.
There is also 3 viands available, fried rice and a soup available on the buffet as well as side dishes and dips and 2 choices of juice and a hot tea.

Substandard. Didn't met my expectations. Poor serving. And there is this one tall guy (staff) who seemed arrogant. Wouldn't recommend at all. It took them long to refill the side dishes. Don't even have sesame oil at all.

Loved the experience from the food to the staff to the organization during the pandemic, would definitely recommend and will soon visit again

In Jeddah is more authentic Korean barbecue, consumption is a bit expensive, if you can eat a lot of meat, it is recommended to choose self-service barbecue.

Bad attitude from receptionist who insisted to get payment before eating. I thought its their system but later other clients beside paid after meals! I couldn't find manager to talk with about this issue.

Amazing experience for Korean food, I really liked the BBQ part. You don't need to be afraid from the smoke, it's all vented outside, there's no smoke in the restaurant. The food taste very delicious, and the raman noodles taste heavenly. I truly recommend this restaurant at least once in your life.

This is definitely the best Korean grill in town if you are looking for the real authentic taste!

يقدم اللحم المشوي لذييذ جدا جدا انصح به واصناف كوريه اخرى. الاسعار تعتبر الى حد ما عاليه. قمت بزيارة مرات عديدة

This is a unique dining experience. Buffet is well priced and all freshly made. One meat platter was sufficient for 4 adults. The platter contains a variety of beef that is well marinated and nicely cut. A variety of side dishes to choose from which are perfect accompaniment to the bbq. Eat with regular cutlery or chopsticks. Decor is neat, well maintained and uncluttered.

Good food, but thay have limited table only, you need to wait until the customer inside finished. Also, take note: they don't allow take out for the remaining food youve order.

I rarely leave review because i feel most asian food places in Saudi are not authentic in terms of taste. This is one of the closest it has to authentic and i love how good it is especially their bulgogi meat! The food arrive hot and always tasted so fresh. I am very particular with my food so the quality of the food matters to me. Prices are bit high but quality are good and i hope it remains so i can keep coming back. Only thing is i wish you have more korean food variety in your menu like jajangmyeon, tteokbokki or kimchi jiggae. One more thing is i wish the waiters were bit more friendlier they are not rude but they seem cold and not friendly.

Wanna play with stray cats be my guest just dont do it without washing your hands when youre about to serve someone.

The food is great but the service is very bad
It took forever to come and
We asked for rice and they said it’s finished! A Korean restaurant with no steamed rice? ! We ordered steamed bulgogi and it was sooo hard to chew and was not tender at all. I hope they fix their service because we complained several times. I think I won’t come again because of the poor service

كانت زيارتي لمطعم الشواء الكوري كانت اسوأ تجربه على الاطلاق المطعم دورين الارضي طلبات والدور الاعلى نظام بوفيه النفر 120 مع الضرائب انا وزوجتي 280 الاكل سيئ والسلطات طعمها غريب ونظام المطعم اخدم نفسك بنفسك يحضر اللحم ني والزبون الي يطبخالمشكله حرارة الشوي طفشتنا والمطعم حار واللحم قاسي على شكل شرائح لكن فيه لحم مقطع لقطع صغيره جيده لكن مااستشعرنا اي جمال لحرارة المكان التي لاتطاق
ملاحظه: الي عنده مشاكل بالتنفس او ربو لايروح كتمه لايوجد تنفس

They trick with meat weight. They bring us meat to grill with bone. Recommended if you like to eat some food sugar with savoury. Price are too high

It was our first time trying korean BBQ and weren't disappointed. Every second was a cool experience, the servers were really accomodatimg to all our needs and the ambience is just so relaxing. Really cool place to chill.
