Hotel Alhamra

My experience at Al Hamra hotel in 2014 was quite disappointing. The lack of basic amenities like charging points, limited TV channels, and no complimentary drinking water for a week definitely impacted my stay negatively. What's worse, the staff's poor response and lack of empathy only added to the hotel's drawbacks. It felt like the hotel didn't meet industry standards and failed to provide a satisfactory guest experience during my visit. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you're looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Average hotel, with a Small rooms.
Average restaurant with a little choices of food,
Hopefully hotel management's review all theis details with rooms rate.

Unfortunately this hotel with good location but It lacks many things, Among them, for example, there is no service at reception, the coffee and cappuccino machine does not work well, and the furnishings and interior decoration need to be changed.

I live in Jeddah and pass by now and again. On Feb 16 I noticed the American flag was hanging upside down outside the hotel. I tried 3 x that day to contact them to no avail. February 17,3 more times, nothing. February 18 one last time.
7 calls at various times throughout the day. The response was always the same.
May I speak to a manager please?
Why?
I would like to speak to him/ her about the flags.
Replies:
He is busy.
He isn't here.
I will transfer you (hang up).
This is a seriously disrespectful act. At this point it does not matter if it accidental or not. Please spread this news in order that someone somewhere can get it fixed.

فندق في موقع مميز الخدمات جيده قريب من الكورنيش جدا وجذابة والشباب فيها المنظمين يشكرون على الجهد الذي يقومون به. ولكن لدي بعض الملاحظات يجب أن يلتزم كل شاب منظم باللباس اللائق بنا كشباب سعوديين. وليس ربط الشعر والقصات. جميع العاملين شباب سعوديين

Over All stay is good. Complete set inside your room. The only thing is, window in my room lock was broken so it cannot be locked.
Light is very dim (no white light in the bed area)

Also the meeting room that they gave us is ok. But the strange noises on the ceiling of the meeting room (Ball area).
Bathroom is no that good (some are broken not properly maintained.)
Coffee break good. But the tea and coffee was limited choices.

Staff answering my calls does not know english very well. Tried to call many time but shes redirecting my call to other number (Not the sales team or the event team).

لانه اخذ مني 30 ريالا على غير وجة حق السبب ماكولات الثلاجة وانا لم اقوم باخذ اي شي من الثلاجه وعند التواصل مع الاستقبال تم الافاده بالتواصل بالمشرف ومن وقتها بتاريخ ١٧ فبراير ٢٠٢٠ لم يقوم احد بالتواصل معي

Why don't you allow check in on 16th March evening? And asked everyone staying in there to check out and leave the property.
I travelled all the way from Yanbu to stay from 16th to 17th March.

Let me start off by saying that I have never and will probably never stay at alhamra hotel on falasteen. This comment is based solely on the fact that I drove past the hotel today and noticed that the American flag was being flown upside-down and when I called to complain because flying a flag upside-down is completely unacceptable no one would put me through to the manager and they just kept me on hold. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Rooms are ok but the bathrooms are very old and not in good shape. Breakfast is also not the best and I have my doubts on whether the food is fresh.

أسعاره الكوفي شوب حق اللوبي نوعاً ما غالية

فندق يقع في وسط جدة سهل الوصول إليه
والموظفين اخلاقهم طيبة في حسن التعامل
وجلسات نظيفة
والغرف نظيفة
والمسبح
والمطعم بوفيه مرتب
واللوبي جميل ومريح نفسياً
والكوفي خدمة جيدة

Food was good, pool access was fine. But the shower area as if not cleaned since weeks! Service n waiters were friendly

الفندق مريح. استقبال ممتاز. نظيف. مطله ع المسبح الغرفه. يوجد جلسات رائعه. الغرفه صغيره نوعا ما. ولكن متوفر فيها كل الخدمات
