انا العادة اطلب بالواتساب واروح استلمه، وعندهم توصيل ب٣٠ ريال

I have never been to the actual store but i always order online and they are the absolute BEST!
Flowers arrangements, website, customer service, prices and timing. This is my go to florist I absolutely love this place ️

الموقع ممتاز لكن وقت الباركين صعب ، وكذلك استغربت ماكان تلبية البوكيه ب الجمال اللي تخيلته يعني مافي حرفية في التزيين رغم روعة تعاملهم وخدمتهم الله يسعدهم الأخت رحمة والأخ عزيز و شفيق ماقصروا بس تمنيت اقتراحات أجمل و شغل بيرفكت

محلهم مرتب جدا والورد حقهم مره ممتاز ثاني زياره ليا والسوبر فايزر الي هناك رحمه مره متعاونه لابعد درجة تعرف ايش تبغا وتختارلك اشياء حلوه مره ذوقها فضيع مره تحس تفهمك وعارفه انتا ايش تبغا بالضبط الله يعطيكم العافيه القائمين على هاذا المحل شكرا لكم.

So i ordered flowers and when i received them i was surprised to see its notging like the picture in fact all the flowers were closed, very disappointed

محل طيب قائم عليه شخص سعودي محترم وصاحب ذوق وتجهيزاتهم طيبه ومهنيه وافكارهم وتصاميمهم جميله للهدايا والمناسبات والحفلات ولديهم صاله صغيره للورد ومعروضاتهم

Ordered online and left them clear delivery instructions via both whatsapp and phone. They ended up calling the recipient well ahead of time and informing them that a bouquet of flowers is being delivered to them, thus ruining the whole surprise. Would either avoid dealing with them altogether if possible or go through the delivery instructions with them more thoroughly.

The receptionist lady is very rude, have no customer service skills.and bad manners.the florist are inexperienced and work slow, unprofessional, and massy. I highly don't recommend it.
ماانصح في المحل البنت اللي تشتغل فيه ماعندها اخلاق ولاتعرف تتعامل مع الزباين. كانت تتكلم معانا بطريقه غير لطيفه. ماانصح فيه اطلاقا
