I don’t know if I was ripped off but I truly regret doing my nails and makeup at this salon. As you can see In the photo my makeup was not well blended, i don’t know if it was just the makeup artist that did my makeup or all makeup artist. And my nails terrible hideous. The prices were outrageous. I did my nails twice here and paid 500 for a acrylic extension and the second time paid 700 also for acrylic but they told me it cost more to do matte finish. The workers there are nice and polite that’s the only good thing.

* دخلنا سألنا الإستقبال عن الخدمه والاسعار الموظفة من سكات سابتنا وراحت تنادي الاخت اللي حتعملنا الخدمة مشيناها.
* جوا الموظفات بدأو يشتغلوا بالصمت نسأل: ايش بتحطوا فشعرنا؟ جواب: دا تقشير زي ماطلبتوا! مشيناها.
* طلبت بدكير كانت فلبينية وشغلها للاسف حتى برد الاظافر ماهو متساوي
* من جهة ثانية الأطفال طول الوقت زعيق وجري فالاخير كلمت المديرة ردت عليا: هدول أطفال مانقدر نسكتهم! ماكنت اعرف اننا جيين ملاهي

** تجربه ماراح تتكرر ابدا ابدا انا جدا متحسفه على كل دقيقة قضيتها هناك واول مرة اقول مايستاهلو كل ريال اتحط فيهم.

شهادة حق جيتهم امس يهبلون يهبلون افخم صالون فيك ياجده تعامل وشغل يفتحون النفس وماتطلعين من عندهم الا راضيه والمكان رايق مرا ماشاء الله

خدمة جدا سيئه، و صاحبه محل فظه في الكلام
بالاضافه الي افتقارهم لحسن المعامله و كيفيه ارضاء العميل في حاله عدم اتمامهم لخدماتهم لافتقارهم الكثير من الاجهزه الذي يتوجب وجودها للوصول للنتائج المرضيه كباقي الصاروالين التجميليه

Don’t ever get your hair color and meni pedi done from this salon worst worst worst experience I have ever had, my hair is all damage and they did any other color on my hair so please be aware.

رائع ومرتب ونظيف ومطبقين الإحترازات واسعاره كويسه والعاملات لطيفات ️كل الشكر والتقدير للصالونات النظيفه الي تقدر عملاءها وتسعدهم

They never deny you their service even if you don’t book in advance. The best mani/pedi service I’ve tried and I rarely go anywhere else. Also, they do better than decent hair and makeup.

صراحة اتواصلت معاهم وبلغوني انه في عرض مكياج وشعر ب ٣٥٠ ريال وحجزت معاهم بناءا على العرض واتفاجئ اليوم عند الدفع بانه لا يوجد عرض وهذا غير صحيح بالرغم من انني قد تواصلت معهم على الهاتف للتأكد من العرض وقد ابلغتي الموظفة بانه عرض لفترة محدودة لكن الموظفة رفضت تصديق ذلك وبدات تشكك في كلامي بأنها ممكن صالون ثاني وقلت لها طيب كيف اخذت الموعد عندكم.
ستمره لكم تعاملكم مع زبائنكم.
لكن أود أن أشكر الميك اب ارتست ناهد شغلها روووعة.
أما الشعر غكان سىء الموظفات غير سريعات ولا يملكن المهارة في الإبداع.

I would definitely not recommend this hair salon to anybody.

I called to make an appointment, but had to wait longer than necessary. The staff are inconsiderate of the customer's time. We have busy schedules and if we have an appointment time the hairdresser should be ready by then.

I went there a few days ago to go get my ends bleached. I showed the hairdresser a picture of how I want my hair to look but the hairdresser kept telling me that I had henna in my hair. I had to explain to her that I did not (I would know what I have in my hair), then still with the belief that I had henna in my hair and that I was lying, she decided that she was NOT going to bleach my hair.

Afterwards she suggested a hair color for all of my hair, I agreed, but the color she did was NOT the color that she showed me.

At this point I did not want her to touch my hair any further.

Yesterday, I went to a Nawara and the bleaching she did on my ends are beautiful and turned out exactly how I wanted.

I have not tried any of the other services, however that would be my first and last visit. I would not recommend this hair salon to anybody. It is a waste of time and energy. Staff are unprofessional, disrespectful, and uninterested.

If I could give 0 zero stars I would, this salon doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
