Very bad customer service by the staff especially by one name shahrukh here at waziriya store need proper disciplinary action other wise will stop patronising ur store service

I just came 1pm today 1/10/21 to your store today at dukan grocery al waha to buy some items which I am your customer for than last 2yrs at
al waha...few customers inside and i try to itemized my grocery and keep in the counter & no customer in the counter... I try to check some promo items...
Then your cashier Yale saying my friend you finish... I said why? because I posting your items and I need to closed...( very road)
If he doesnt knew how to operate the POS Machine which is easy anyway. ( save the open bill.) & return when customer finish.
Your cashier kick me off/ Pakistani/ Wow! I suppose to buy some ofter.
You losing customers if this will continue...

I think today is last day to patronise your store.
