During the evening shift at this branch, I faced some challenges. Unfortunately, I had to actively search for the cashier. Despite calling him to express my intention to pay and leave, there was no response, and I waited at the cash counter for 10 minutes. To my dismay, I later discovered that both the cashier and stocker were having their meals inside simultaneously, which seems impractical given the limited staff(only two staff working in the shift and this is way enough if they will not go for break together). Even when the cashier finally arrived, he seemed in a hurry to return to his dinner, and I later realized that an item was missing when i finally reached my home. Despite being a frequent shopper at various DUKAN branches in Jeddah, I had never encountered such negligence and abandonment, which is specific to this particular branch.
I am writing this cos i love the Concept of DUKAN and encouraging the culture of the modern mini market unified and close to every home.
