شغل تمام ، بس اعمل حسابك طلبك من المحل ياخذ من ٤٠ل ٥٠ دقيقيه وقت الغدا و العشا و ما في جلسة انتظار ،توقف على رجلك و محظوظ اذا حصلت موقف سيارة ، احس التطبيق احسن و عملي و كمان بطئ

من اسوء الفروع ولن اكرر التجربة طلبت توصيل ومكتوب الوقت المتوقع للتوصيل نص ساعة بالكثير والفرع جنب بيتي جلس تقريبا ساعة عشان يوصل من يوم طلع من الفرع ساعه كاملة ولا تواصل معي

The pizza tastes very good, but the delivery service has to be improved! Even if all of the details were given and additional information were written (one of this was to call when arrived), the delivery took longer because the guy was just going around no sense instead of calling me, I found him just because of pure luck I had to call the store to ask where he was because on the app it was showing "arrived", but no one was there and they told me it was gonna be 30 min delayed; I went outside to wait and to see just in case someone was there and after 15 minutes I manage to find the guy because he was asking to some people there (in Arabic, which I don't speak) if someone had ordered pizza (all of this with the pizzas in his car, so it was like a treasure hunt).
So please, tell the delivery people of your store to follow the instructions given and to call if it's written, thank you.
Also, please be more careful when preparing the pizzas, because we ordered 2 of them with similar ingredients but not the same ones and they mixed them!

مع الأسف عروض الموقع ما تشتغل كلما آجي أطلب يعطيني نتعذر الإتصال بالفرع خدمة جدا سيئة طلبت عن طريق كول سنتر و انشالله دي أول و آخر مرة بإذن الله أطلب من دومينوز

It depends on how lucky you are, sometimes the pizza is great and sometimes it will ruin your meal.

طلبت نص ببروني ونص بدون جابها كلها ببروني ويقلي انتظر فوق ٢٠ د يغير ليا بيزا ثانيه اخر مره اطلب من عندك وخدمة الكاشير سيئ

منافس كبير مع بيتزا هت وبابا جونز والشركات الكبرى المعروفة ويتميز بالعروض الرائعة والأسعار المغرية.

مافي اشراف ولا شي مسلمين المحل للاجانب يمشو الشغل بكيفهم والمحل وصخان كانه زريبة وموراضي ياخذ طلبي يقول بعد الصلاة وباقي ربع ساعة.

المحل صغير لاستلام الطلبات فقط يحتاج لتنظيف اكثر
البيتزا جيدة
الموظفين يحتاجوا للتدريب لمعاملة الزبون بشكل افضل و للاهتمام اكثر بالنظافة

بيتزاء لايعلى عليها عندهم الاسبيسي المقرمشه كلام وتعجبني عجينتهم عشان فيها سميد وجبنتهم تجنن ولا فيها دهون مثل كثير من المطاعم المعروفه وخدمه سريعه

Not recommended place, very rude staff on cashior.
You can buy a pizza if you have QR scanner on your phone only. I am being refused by a staff not having a
QR scanner on my phone.

Dominos Pizza as a quality is great but the problem is, that the staff they hire are very poor in communication and manners, they don't simply know how to please a customer.

Dominos is a good choice for pizza, specially the ingredients and dough they are using is ausom in taste. The prices are also reasonable.
My advice is to order pan pizza even ur family is big, in this u can taste multiple flavours in a reasonable price with good quantity.

Call center system of ordering is terrible, I call them, and had to Waite 15 min to get someone to take my order which I want delivered, then I was told the branch will contact me. The branch contacts me and tells me to send a driver since the don’t have a car! Never experienced that in my life

Worst branch, try to avoid it, employees are not using any gloves, always busy using their cellphone and not helpful with customers.

Try Ice land branch which you will see the difference.

اسوء فرع، حاول ما تطلب منه، الموظفين ما عندهم اي نظافة، دائما مشغولين في استخدام هواتفهم الخاصه و عدم قدرتهم على مواجهة العملاء.

استخدم فرع ايس لاند و سوف تجد الفرق.
