Burger King

horrible experience. it was a lunch hour, and they still had only 3 people running the branch. the order we placed took so long to come, even though we were second in line.
secondly, when the order came, the whoppers were actually cold. they weren’t slightly warm or room temperature even, they were as cold as they’d be if they’d been kept in a fridge for 30 minutes. the patty was very very dry, and we could tell it wasn’t freshly grilled, and the buns were stale, as though they were a day old. when we complained to them about the burger, the staff didn’t even check to see if it was so, they just started saying “thankyou” in a very sarcastic manner.
very bad experience, may have been our bad luck, but it was enough to never order from this branch ever again.

‎ طلبت برجر وجبة ب ٣٩ ريال عن طريق هنقريستيشن البرجر باااارد وصل والبطاطس شكلو قديم وبارد مو جديد و نفس الدجاج مهي مستوية سيئ جداً جداً جداً اخر مرة اطلب منكم هادي واول تجربة ليا قلت خليني اجرب وجباتكم صدمتوني خليتوها اخر مرة

One of the best burgers I have ever had.
Chicken Steakhouse.
There is Beef Steakhouse also, both are good.

رحت طلبت وقال لي ترى مافيه الا الحجم الكبير قلت مافيه مشكله
وقال الطلب يجلس ٧ دقائق وانتظرت اكثر ويعطي الي قبلي طلباتهم وانا لا بالاخير يوم وصلت الفندق اكتشفت ان الطلب ناقص والكولا حار

شكراً ادراة برجر كنج على اختياركم الموظفين وخصوصاً الموظفة نهى جداً اسلوبها وتعاملها قمت الاحترام

Horrible food
Messed my order & delivered the wrong food. While I found out by myself, they insisted on having the wrong food. Hilarious,

Moreover, I was the only customer at that time.

Employee asking for cheese in my meals, i was thinking was free but it costed me a supplement. And kids menu toy they give me a 3d cartoon puzzle to make ourself

تعامل المحاسبة سيء للغاية، والأسعار غير مطابقة لشاشات العرض، ويحتاجون عناية من ناحية النظافة!

My order was missing three sandwiches, I didn’t realize until I got all the way back to my hotel. I had to make another round trip to go get my sandwiches. They did not Give me any issues replacing my sandwiches.

After standing in line for a long time, their ice cream machine isn’t working but yet the menu screen keeps advertising for it. You either put a sign on the machine or remove it from your menu so people know.

للاسف مطاعم مكة بشكل عام تحتاج الى الارتقاء. والاسعار متفاوته. مع العلم انها شركة عالمية ويجب توحيد معيار الاكل بنفس س الجوده.

Sometimes I still wonder how come I still go to BK. It’s low quality meat that doesn’t taste good.

Anyhow the service was quick and great. Thanks to the guys at the counter.

Took chicken stripes, they looked anything but appetizing and all I tasted was salt and the spicy part, there was so much salt, I couldn't taste the chicken

سييييييء الموظفة اللي على الكاشير تكلم تليفون وماتسمع الطلبات واغلب الطلبات للي كانو واقفين غلط. وكمان تحط ايس كريم بدون قفاذات شي مقرررف

مطعم يقدم الوجبات الخفيفة لحوم مثلجة نوعية الدجاج متوسطة يعيبه كثرة الزيوت
ويعيش بنمط الماضي تراجع كثيرا لا انصح به مقارنة بالآخرين مع ارتفاع أسعاره.

Usually like the big whopper, but this burger was “ok “. Had to buy water bottle from other shop as they didn’t sell any or were sold out ‍️

كل مااطلب من برجركنج. عن طريق هنقرشتشن لازم ينقص في الطلب. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل. لاحد يسكت عن حقه

من احسن المطاعم اللي اكلت فيها انا و أسرتي. من حيث الطعم فهو فعلا متميز جدا انا و الاسرة اكلنا مرتين في مطار القاهرة الدولي و استمتعنا بيه فعلا و جربناه في ابراج الساعة في مكة امام الحرم كان الطعم كويس لكن مش بمستوي فروع مطار القاهرة و طاقم العمل في مكة المكرمة غير مؤهل تمام كان كلهم سعوديين و واضح ان معندهمش الخبرة الكافية لكن عروضة مميزة و الاكل كان كافي.

One of the worst branches for Bergur King around the world. I like Burger King everywhere but Haram branch in Mecca is the worst in the Management. There’s no enough staff to creat a full service with the lowest standards. The casher he is the same person to deliver orders to customers in time and place the customers are endless.so if casher take orders he should stop delivering and the opposite will be right too. The guy who should package orders he left orders list and go out the branch for more than 15 minutes and I remember his name (Bilal) also he get nervous on customers! Pictures attached for his work place empty. I took 45 minutes from my life just to get my order. I believe that Owners of this place can’t accept this system and many many customers as well

Poor burgers as usual foot a burger king but the size of the French fries and the drinks is far too small, like in Europe. In the area I haven't found a good snack with king size portions yet but I'd to so please increase your meal size and you'd get more customers.
