Burger King

It said open till 0:00 but I went at 11:40 and already closed. Needs to update so customer not dissatisfied

٢٨ أبريل ٢٠٢٣م الساعة ٧. ٤٥م الموظف على الكاشير هندي شرحت له طلباتي (وجبتين همبرجر لحم احدهما سندوتش كبير و الوجبة الثانية سندوتش صغير) وعند استلام الطلب أجدها اربع سندوتشات. والسندوتش الكبير وجدته باربع قطع همبرجر (لم اقصد سندوتش كبير ان يحتوي على ٤ قطع همبرجر). رجعت قلت له انا لم أطلب الوجبتين بهذه الطريقة وأصر هو اني طلبتها هكذا. اخذت الوجبتين وكلفتني ١٠٥ ريال. يعني كان الأفضل لو تغديت في ستيك هاوس. المهم وانا اتناول الطعام في المطعم وجدت عميل استلم طلبية كبيرة يعود بكيس كبير لم يطلبه ويرد الموظف انه لا يستطيع ارجاعه لانه ستكون مشكلة عليه.
السؤال هنا مامصلحة هذا الموظف في تسجيل الطلبات بشكل زائد على العملاء؟

مكتوب يقفل ٤: ٣٠ الصباح ويخلي الواحد خلاص يعتمد عليه شركة عالمية تحترم المواعيد ومع الاسف ٣: ٣٠ مقفل يعني بدون سحور! فيه مشكله لو عدلتو اوقات العمل وتكونو صادقين مع انفسكم

I ordered by burgerking 10: 20 pm App and then i went to the KAEC branch within 15 min food was not fresh
I ASKED TO MEAKE NEW MEAL BUt the staf refused my request and he said we are going to close now 10: 45 pm!
I told him cancel my order i dont need not fresh burger
It was very bad experience and never come back again

The worst BK I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to many across the world. Told us order would be ready in 10 mins. It came after 20 mins. And the burgers were cold, the fries were hot. My guess is burgers spent a good amount of time waiting for fries to get ready. Wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Keeping the receipt just in case, the burgers were cold due to being undercooked. Ya Allah, have mercy on our stomachs.

Do not believe the mentioned time on tracking at application! The employer is responding irrepectively about time. They are one of the slowest BK in the world!

يختلف من موقع لموقع من ناحية الطعم يعني بجدة يكون حلو وبالمدينة بعض المحلات حلوة وبعضها م ودك تاكل منهم

بكل امانه فرع ضعيف وجبات كثير غير متوفره والاهتمام بنظافة الطاولات متأخر على طول ميزته يجلس للساعه 2 فجرا الفاتوره غير مترجمه بطريقه لائقه للغه العربية

المكان غير ظاهر بسبب ان اللوحة صغيرة. رقم الهاتف المسجل فى الموقع غير صحيح

Place is rather small and tight. Tho' the establishment did their best to arrange the interior to accommodate more dine in customer, with the floor area it has, I don't think it would give a pleasant dine in experience once it become crowded with people.

Great burgers, nonetheless.

Need more focus from quality team to check the food test and quality of food are not good last time

Everytime I go here I see ice-cream machine not working because of which I can't order shakes. People working their confirmed that their management knows this issue but they dont want to order the spare parts.

Today I have ordered the spicy chicken and they gave me not spicy one! Also I ordered a Hershey pie, when I got home it was not in the bags! (they forgot to put it).
