They claim to be competitor of Al-Baik, but sell 3rd class food quality with poor customer complaint service as well.
Food wasn't fresh, and oil was piping out of chicken
Not supposed to be in Holy city with making fraud and charging Excessively, but not providing quality food.
Health and safety department should take action.

I bought food from the store and I have never eaten such dirty food in my life. Service not good. This shop is a world fail in Mecca

This is the worst place ever! Has air fried/microwaved items. I would not recommend to anyone. No wonder why no one was in line for this garbage. Should be considered haram to make food this bad and serve it. Bet it wasnt even halal.

Terribly pathetic. Orderer 4 piece, got 4 piece. Def it sat around for a while and was not fresh out of the fryer.

For a 4 piece chiclen, the garlic white sauce that was given was one tiny cup which was quarter filled at best. Total waste of money.

Avoid at all cost

I thought it was better than its more hyped neighbor with longer lines.
