الموظف السعودي تعامله جدا سيء ولا يحترم الاطفال يتجاهلهم ويمشي ناس من بعدهم يطلبون ولم أجي اتكلم معه يقول بكل اسلوب سيء لو تبي بلاش أعطيك لا عزيزي ربي أغناني بفضله عنك و عن غيرك
لست ضده كاسعودي وابن بلدي لكن لاسلوبه و عدم احترامه للاخرين يمثل نفسه فقط أرجو اخذ هذا التعليق بعين الاعتبار

الطعم لذيذ الخدمه صفر و الخلاق صفر و الموظف سيئ يقول دقيقه و يكلم جوال و ينظف الطاوله بالسكين و بعدها يقطع الكيك للبرج العملاق والله على ما اقول شهيد حرام فيه الفلوس

The rating given is to this particular shop and not to the taste or the brand.
Staff is not professional nor helpful by any means. Few days back I went there with my family at 11: 30 pm and the guy inside was cleaning the shop with doors locked.
He didn’t open the door and behaved in a way that could drive anyone upset and disappointed. Point to consider is that official time to shut the shop is 12: 00 at midnight.
Finally I had to call the UAN number. They provided me with the contact details of the local manager and he made that worker open the shop and serve us.
Baskin Robin is love but kindly avoid going to this particular parlor as there is on Available in the Aziz Mall. Or look for any other near by branch.
I hope that management will take some action and raise the standards of customer service. In the rapidly evolving business market and competition growing each day, this behavior has already lost a potential customer family to
their business.
