I was on hajj this time with my wife, on 2nd July 2023 I went to Baskin Robbins (Clock Tower 3rd Floor) at around 5: 30pm I have ordered two waffle cones while paying I put my bag on their counter in which I have my iPhone 12Pro Max, Samsumg A71, Apple AirPods and Wireless Phone charger. As I took my order I went away without taking my bag after 5 min when we reach back and ask them that I forget my bag here they refused straight away and said we do not have any bag here when I ask them to show me your CCTV footage from 5: 35 Pm till 5: 50 Pm they refused to show and said it's international brand we have to take permission which takes 2 to 3 days I told them I have a flight on 4th and our travel agent takes us to the airport after Namaz e Fajar of 4th July so we have not much time left to wait, They said we couldn't do anything I was feeling like unattended and reach Pakistan on 4th. I am really disappointed with their attitude and customer service. I think one of their staff members had my bag. I am a business owner and runs a very successful transport business most of my clientele is overseas and during this period they were trying to reach me as a result I faced lost of earning I will appreciate if someone get in touch with me Makkah is the last place I would like to experience any unlawfuless. Rude staff horrible service and very unhelpful. They threw cups and swore at me and my family. Not happy at all especially when we have come with happy intentions for performing hajj.
If I could it would have been 0 stars. I would like to put in a complaint with hopes for answers and some response to my complaint. My parents were visiting your zam zam tower store today 11/07/2023 and had issue with the order when my mum went to complain they were extremely rude and did not in any way try to resolve the issue on hand but instead was rude to my parents. My parents still dropped the matter and decided to leave it and proceeded to take a picture to put a complaint on which the staff member swore at my father. I am so disappointed and upset that my parents had to go through such horrible treatment over something that could have got resolved in a much better way. I hope they will be fired.
I had the most awful experience at that branch of baskins today when the seller was acting with disrespect and and when we asked him to calm down and speak politely he prolonged the situation to a fight! With zero respect and no care, that was extremely disappointing. I hope that such big company watch who’s presenting them in the region …
I've tried in several countries. Out of all this is the worst in terms of taste. You can get from any supermarket for 5 SAR. A better chocolate ice cream
Today on 05 Oct 2022 at 17: 00 I visited Baskin Robins. One of the person who only understands Arabic he tried to humiliate people instead of serving. The other Bangolie guy tried to stop him but he does not listen him. After 10 min when I realised that he doesn’t interested in selling ice cream. I left the shop and promised myself not to go to this Baskin Robins next time. Hope management take action otherwise customers suffers. In the sales declines.

It was very good an the cones were freshly made. The only reason it's a 4 is because they only had one man working there so the service was not prompt. Many people cut the line and the one employee didn't try to stop him
