I usually don’t find myself writing a negative review but this definitely deserves one. I hate coming to this beach because of the sales person. Very rude and makes you feel like you are asking for too much. The first few times I thought to myself let it go maybe he’s just not in good mood. But after today I will definitely not be back and hope they consider the negative reviews. My children asked to try a few flavors and was told there was a limit of trying (2), I respect that. But my children have tried 3 flavors and wanted to try a fourth and that was after we purchased ice cream. So we didn’t just come in and try out ice creams and left, NO we actually bought ice cream and I am a regular customer at the branch every week.
He refused at first and then gave the kids after I persisted and at the end I told him to complaint on the client (me) if he wasn’t happy.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Baskin Robins is a good brand that everyone knows. However I review here the service that I received during my visit. A salesman called Michael was hitting spoons in my face making extreme noise and making me feel that I am begging for ice-cream. He kept making signs to urge me to rush, although I had a child choosing flavors. At the end, he packed all the flavors on the top of each other leaving them smudged in a messy way. He spoke to me and my child in a very rude way. I would think many times before visiting Baskin Robins again.

اعطيه نجمة لسوء تعامل الموظف ، الموظف له دور كبير في جذب الزبون والعكس ، كل ماجيت انسدت نفسي ، اتمنى من مدير الفرع يغيره

فرع سيئ ، ما يقبل كاش وشبكه مع بعض ، كاش او شبكة فقط.
ولمّا جيت بحاسب كاش قال لي ماعندي صرف ، وراح الموظف يدور صرف وراح من وقتي 10 دقايق ، خدمتكم سيئه ، طوّروها

الموظف اللي فيها عايش على كيفه متى ما يجي يجي ومتى ما يقفل يقفل
أكثر من مره يقفل المحل ويروح وننتظر كثير لغاية لما يجي

الساعه ٣ ظهرا مقفلين نفسي افهم ليش وادق الباب على الموظف يقول مقفلين كيف كذا ؟؟؟
