In particular, I`d like to thank Shajib and Dianna at the 24 restaurant for their kind hospitality and services during my stay at Assila.
It is not a strange thing for the best hotel to employ the best people.

فندق جميل ما شاء الله من حيث الموقع والتصميم الداخلي والديكور وحسن الاستقبال شكر خاص للموظفين الرائعين العسيري وهوساوي.
قاعاات التدريب جذابة والخدمات المساندة (البوفية، التأثيث والتقنية.) راقية وزادت من جمال التجربة. حضور المشرفين وتجاوبهم كان سريعا وفعالاً (الاستاذ كومار على ما أذكر) وأتقدم بشكر إضافي للإبن مؤيد الجفري قمة في الذوق والرقي "نموذج مميز" لا قوة إلا بالله.
بحق نماذج نفتخر بها من أبناء الوطن الحبيب.

Assila is certainly a top rate hotel I would recommend. I must thank Shajib of Twenty Four for his professionalism and excellent service.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. The breakfast has been great and supported by superb services. I would like to commend Olympio and Jamela who on different days knew what kind of coffee/tea I liked, and helped with the choices of food!

In addition, since this is my first time in Jeddah. Both Yahya Ghamdi and Bassam Affandi who guided me and my wife to the key tourist sites. They even helped with my transport and thought ahead to break my 100 Riyals into smaller change so that I could easily pay for the transport, taking me and my wife to enjoy the wonders of King Fahd's Fountain; at the right time!

As someone who has been to hotels around the world, this place was impeccable. The service was amazing, the rooms were updated and beautiful. Central location and you can take a taxi / Uber easily to most places.

Shout out to Judah and Kevin, who were extremely helpful with my bags.

The facilities, such as the wellness club, are fine, but I've made multiple calls with no response, and the one reply I got promising a callback never happened. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

It was an amazing experience specially the event on Friday kitchen 24 in second floor. It’s a unique event with live music entertainment, live fish market, Asian corner and international cuisine.
Highly recommended to try this event once
Staffs are very professional and providing personalized services.
Rooms are clean and tidy

نزلت عندكم بجناح بانورما لمده يوم واحد في سيبتمبر وكان يوم مميز بما انه يوم زواجي ، حابب اشكرك الاستاذه اماني على احترافيتها بالعمل وعلى اخلاقيتها العاليه بالفعل انسانه مميزه شكرا اداره الفندق وبالتاكيد حكون عميل دائم لكم ولي زياره لكم قريبا شكرا لكم.

The hotel is in a fairly decent location with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Like most places in Jeddah you have to drive to them so anything beyond a block away and you’ll need an Uber. Beware that there’s two entrances, one up a ramp to the main reception area and another off a side street.

The room was lovely, the shower in our room hadn’t been used for a while so it spluttered upon first use but the shower gel was lovely.

Unfortunately the Cleaning staff did not replenish items such as tea or creamer after the first night meaning I didn’t get to have my morning cuppa, which for a 5* hotel you’d expect, without having to ask.

Overall good performance

Lovely hotel in city location. Nice large rooms with separate bath and shower. Lots of shops close by and easy access to the main road for the airport.
