Al Taj al Raqi Hotel (old Taj Al Khaleel)

Worst hotel ever, i didn't check reviews here before and i literally regretted it after booking this hotel. First of all there are lots of cockroaches, there is nothing like room service in this hotel, no intercom and no one comes to clean your room, second they don't have basic amenities like an iron and electric kettle, i had my infant baby with me and they straight up refused to provide any electric kettle. Very bad management i lost my trust in Bengalis after using their service.

Pathetic rooms, pathetic room service, full of cockroaches.only 2 lifts with huge load.have to wait for 10-15 min if you need to use lift. Not recommended

Really bad experience they can’t even provide extra tissues in room after charging so much amount for room, and a bad manager will say you will get tissue in morning after 10 hours, where were you for whole day, you should get tissues more.

I want to rate in negative for this pathetic hotel,
There is no such thing like room cleaning here once you check in they will never listen,
Rude staff
Blocked washrooms
Dirty beds and expired mattresses
Lifts are also not working properly
I stayed for 6 days no one comes for cleaning…
Not recommended at all

Quite Good hotel for Haji. But in terms of price range it's quite higher price. Existing price 180 to 220 real

A great hotel rooms and toilets were clean AC was good wifi was also good Room service was poor relatively close to Haram overall the stay was fantastic we will surely consider it for next stay inshallah

Really fast wifi, 80mbps up and down, 8ms ping, good for gaming, only 10 min walk from haram, good places to eat around
