مشرف الفرع اسمه موسى موظف سوداني اخلاقه جدا سيئة تم رفع صوته عليه ولم يساعدني وتركت طلباتي وخرجت وسط زحمة ناس وفي ظروف الله العالم فيها

تجربة خايسة لأن مافي كاشير لحساب العملاء اللي معهم قطع قليلة. يعني مو معقولة آخذ علبتين شاي واجلس انتظر سرا ورى العملاء اللي معهم عربيات فيها كميات كثيرة

مريح وتعامل الموظفين رائع وبالاخص السوبر فايزر يلي بفرع الشرفيه تعامله راقي ورائع جدا مع اي ملاحظه نقولها له. شششكرا سوبر فايزر الرايه شرفيه

اكثر من رائع وكمان الخبز لزيز جدا لايفوتكم طعمو قمة في الطعم وقمة النظافه شكرا على اهتمامهم لي رأي العميل

This branch also have same facilities like others in Jeddah region.this one don't have big area for car parking because it is situated middle of the residential area.al Raya group always have reasonable prices of human basic necessities.so I love to visit

This place is suitable for me due to nearby my house and this Al Raya outlet get all items as require my family needs

Good supermarket. Things are easily accessible and well managed. Time to time they make new changes in their store.

مكان جيد جدا توافر الخضروات طازجه وكذلك الألبان والجبن والمخبوزات رائعه وطازجه يعيبه عدم توفر كاشير فى أوقات متأخره غير واحد

There was a price discrepancy between what was displayed on the shelf and what I actually paid for (more than 30 Riyals), when I told them about it they quickly removed the price tag on the shelf then claimed it was a customer misplacing the item.
The manager was absolutely rude and he even raised his voice whilst speaking to me. It is quite unfortunate that they such a low standard customer service
