One of the best compounds in Jeddah with spacious high quality furnished apartments and villas.
The compound has also a reliable facility management services from maintenance to cleaning etc…
It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time it has many recreational areas such as restaurants, pools, playground, courts, spa, gym, restaurants, beauty salon, grocery store, ATM, etc…
Of course all the above comes at a premium price

Safety is NOT a management priority. Safety is.management do not support nor respond to Safety requirements.
Security services are.poor.a joke
6 months, before the phone worked.
Multiple attempts to repair the air-conditioning. Yes, 6 months and now working
Gymnasium is not serviced. Broken equipment for months. Needs air freshness
Cafe is ouch expensive
The deli.we walk to the Red Sea mall

نحتاج حملة بلاغات على هذا المطعم لا يحق لهم منع لبس الثوب او الزي السعودي هذا من افشل القرارات الي اتخذتها ادارته اتمنى من كل اللي يزوره ويمنعه يدخل يبلغ

على اي اساس يمنع الثوب السعودي؟ لا تنسو انكم ف بلدنا السعوديه العظمى ، لازم الجهات المختصة تشوف الموضوع

من يذهب لهذا المكان ليس لديه كرامة. مطعم موجود في بلدي ولا يسمح بلباسي الوطني لا اتشرف به. ومن يذهب اليه من المواطنين ليس لديه كرامه

مطعم الجميزي كان لابأس به كبداية ، على انو عدد العاملين قليل الا انو الخدمة كانت جميلة وخاصة خدمة السيد" جمال الصمدي كانت اكتر من رائعة شكرا ليك جمال ️️️

Absolutely stunning to live here. Beautiful facilities include 3 gorgeous pools, an extremely well-equipped gym, movies, shop with laundry services included, and so many more amenities to make it so comfortable and a pleasure to live here. Truly enjoyed my time here!

I lived in the village for more than 10 years. The name's origin of Hajaryn (I think) is a name of a city in Kingdom of Hadramout (now Hadramout is a state within Yeman) the roots of the village's owners.

It is a very quite compound with five swimming pools, community center, taxi service, school buses, cinema, supermarket, things for kids, sport center and sport classes two football tennis.etc. The manager Sabri is a very kind and easy to deal with and always developing the village. Saeed is another employee who was so devoted and helpful even if you wake him up in the middle of a night, the best employee in Hajaryn with a gentle smile all the time.

I moved from studio to one bedroom then two bedroom villas (before the flats were built). You will find it hard to get a place there specially it is few steps away from Corniche and Redsea mall (one of the largest malls in Jeddah) that has alot from intertainments (Cinema or kids intert hall) to shopping to cafes and restaurants together with an hotel on site. The location of the village is unique and it is in co tenuous development parallel
with the fast development of Jeddah towards 2030.

Kids walk around freely and have the priority upon all. For me, the place is marketing itself and has a high reputation between others in Jeddah.

The management team (Sabri and Saeed whome I know) arranged a renovation of the villa during my summer holiday abroad when I requested. Maintenance team were very active and quick to solve your problems or requests.

The whole village is full of many activities run on site with a security 24/7. Pet friendly to a certain limits. Xmas and easter parties plus Eid and Ramadan gatherings. Still, quite and peaceful.

The village's management team is taking a good care of their employees too and have a big party for them end of each year. I liked living there but has to move when I changed my job.

Poor real estate management and non existent marketing/sales team. No response on the phone, nor the request for quote on their own website for over a week.

من المجمعات المرتبة والنظيفة جدا والهادئة حيث ان حسن الاستقبال من البوابة الى الوصول لاي من مرافق المجمع جميل بالاضافة الى قيامهم حاليا بالتجديد في بعض المباني الداخلية.

بالاضافة الى وجود مطعم بيبلوس بالداخل تجربة جميلة ومرتبة (خدمة رائعة ونوعية اكل ممتازة جدا)

Alhajarain should sort a way to reduce traffic on entrance during the summer camp. Waiting is so long and sometimes the cars may stop on the main road awaiting the security to speed up entrances of visitors

Worst compound in jeddah. The compound is under continues re construction converting it into building complex.not a real compound anymore. Total mis management. Lebanese tenants are total nuisance. Rude and noisy. Loud parties on pools every weekend and nights. Sabri compound manager spends most of his evenings mingling with compound tenants looking for girls and drinks. My advice stay away

Nice and friendly and professional compound. Some units are old but thwy are currently improving it

I ve been living in this Compaund a year, and I don’t want a move from this place. Green, clean space. Staff are happy to help. Gym, play rooms are comfortable. I love this place?

One of the best residences in Jeddah with all the services you will ever need are few minutes away from your resident with a well known Bert’s cafe which serves an amazing & delicious European & American dishes & really good coffee experience plus to it’s awesome sports facility like the GYM, tennis, football, 9 swimming pools all across the compound and of course a good cinema theatre so you and your family enjoy watching the trending movies when ever you like and it’s been there way longer before it’s exist in the malls.

These and even more in here, I lived here for year and I’ve got a good memories so I wanted to share it with you.

This compound looks nice from the outside but don’t be fooled.
New apartments have been built too fast: AC are leaking, cockroaches.
Plus the compound is managed by people whose favorite occupation is to spy on the residents and try to squeeze every penny out of them.

Insanely expensive rents. Far from the city center. Be smart and find cheaper and better quality small compounds around Rawdah/Tahlia districts.
