There is no synchronicity, no system on this branch, the crews are rude and very very very slow, they should prioritize the number system.

Food is good but the service is extremely slow even you are only 3 customers waiting during noon.

بالذات الموظفة الي فالكاونتر بسرعة اللاين يمشي مجهود يشكر عليه

قهرني الموظف الي في فلامنجو طلبت وجيت باخذ طلبي طلبت بيج بيك بدون سلطة جا قلي جهز الطلب وم اقدر اغير طيب انا طلبت من البدايه بدون سلطة وغير هذا خلاني استنى ١٠ دقايق زياده طلبت ايسكريم بالنهاية قلي ايسكريم مافي! ورجع الفلوس طيب تكلم او من البدايه تأكد في او لا ولا حق البيج بيك مع سلطة كل مره كدا يقهرو الواحد

المكان مزدحم وتعامل الموظفين سيئ جدا انتظار اكثر من 20 دقيقه لاخذ الطلب السعر والطعم العادي لايوجد شيئ مميز

“I was left feeling disappointed after my recent visit to Albaik Express. Despite the restaurant not being busy, I experienced an unacceptable delay in receiving my order. When my food finally arrived, I found that while the chicken nuggets were warm, the sandwich was disappointingly cold. Additionally, the packaging was disorganized and unappealing. The restaurant also failed to provide an adequate number of tissues and neglected to include essential condiments and wet tissues. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I sincerely hope that Albaik Express takes steps to improve their service in the future. ”

The prices are truly unbeatable! Especially at the airport. Not too much queue, really delicious al baik, we will come back insha allah.

هذا الفرع يحتاج عدد موضفين زياده استلمت طلبي بعد 25 دقيقه و كان قدامي فقط عشره طلبات!

الخدمة سيئة ومهملين ،طلبت اليوم ٣ يناير ٦ سندوتش مسحب عادى واكدت على الموظف وبعد العودة وجدتهم كلهم حار.
منتهى الاهمال.

There is no doubt that no fast food chain can break the level of taste it offers. It is extremely delicious, the place is clean and staff is very supportive. No matter how many times I eat it always brings smile and satisfaction. Just the waiting line is long but its worth waiting.

Albaik is a major fast food restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia that primarily sells broasted chicken and shrimp with a variety of sauces. It is one of the major consumers of chicken in Saudi Arabia. The chain has more than 40 branches in Jeddah where it is headquartered: eight in Mecca, six in Medina, two in Buraydah, one in Taif, one in Yanbu, one in Al Qunfudhah, one in Al-Lith, one in Al-Kharj, and one in Riyadh. Recently, Albaik started expanding further into the central region of Saudi Arabia with two branches opened in Buraidah, and planning to open in Abha and further branches planned for the city, in addition to other main cities in the region. This marked the first time the chain has expanded outside its main service area in Saudi Arabia's western provinces. Albaik was also introduced in Saudi Arabia's South Province, in the city of Jizan in 2016. As of 2019, Albaik is constructing its new branch in Al Baha.

The good thing is that the price and quantity both are reasonable.

المعروف لايعرف، فقط يعيبه بعض الفروع العمال مايتركوا الدجاج ينضج بشكل جيد رغم تراجع مستواه عن زمان ولكن المسحب والجمبري الوجبات المفضلة لدي

بصراحة وكل وضوح. البيك لم يكن كمى كان في السابق لقد تغيير 90 درجة للأسوء بحيث أن طعم دجاجهم البرستد ليس لذيذ كمى كان ونسبة البهارات قليلة تكاد تختفي وفيه زفرة ولحمة الصدر حجمها كبير بلا طعم وخدمة العمال سيئة جداً بالنسبة للرجال وبالنسبة للنساء ممتازة جداً () فأرجو أن يعود البيك كمى كان في السابق كان دجاجهم صغير ولذيذ

Al baik in Flamingo mall. It's place where u can go with ur family to have albaik dishes but albaik chicken broast is not available there. Quite nice sitting arrangement. This sort of arrangement u can find in every albaik outlet either u go sarafi mega mall or flamingo mall.

Al Baik is synonym for Broast. No one says Broast, everyone just say Al Baik. Ask kids abt Borast they get confuse, tell them Al Baik they knew it.
