الصيدلية بطئ غريب واخذ العلاج ياخذ وقت اكثر من العيادة شي غريب وسيء جدا من اكثر من ثلاث سنوات ولا يتم التطوير او تحسن الخدمة

اللي يحس انو فاضي وم عندو شيء ، يجي هذا المستوصف التعبان عادي تضيع من يومك 3-4 ساعات بسبب إهمال وتأخير بلا مبرر ، حقيقي اسوء مستوصف حتى نجمه كثير، وطاقم العمل اسوء بمراحل

بصراحة من افشل المصتوصفات في جدة ومعامله سيئه من بعض الدكاتره ولا يعرفه في تشخيص المرض يبغو بس يعملولك تحاليل واشعه وادويه تشتروها من الصيدليه التابع
المصتوصف على الفاضي

لا انصح به عن تجربة عملة حشوة للضرس عند الدكتورة وللأسف ماكملت حتى ٣ ايام والحشوة ا تكسرت غير الزحمة وعدم انتظام المواعيد

أسوء مكان ممكن تتعامل معاه هذي عيادة بيطريه ماهي مستشفى اوادم لا معلومات واضحه ولا نظام واضح وإدارة سيئة للمكان تكدس مرضى بشكل عشوائي

Worst polyclinic I have ever come across.can't rely on ultrasound reports.firstly we have to wait for at least 30-45mins to get ultrasound done and then the radiologist doesn't clear the doubts and misprints the results.moreover doctors too are least bother to clear the doubts they just read out the result after making us wait for 3-4hrs in total.

Ive been coming back every two weeks for 2 months and half as per the ENT DR. Instruction, dr.rasheed he ask me to do CT scan and some blood test and xray.to check the polyps of my nose.he said that need for surgery but according to him the result is normal w/out looking the result that ive given him. He simply said it normal we give aNother medicines that he always do and change every two weeks, while the laboratory sed that i had a high infection on my polyps, then last time i got visit him. He shouted me and ask i told you to surgery, how i can have surgery without his endorsement.do i need to perform on my own? This ethics is un Professional and un acceptable for the health ethics code, if he can accomodate all the patient he shoul tell that he cant.unlike what happend that wer almost waiting morethan an hour everytime to visit your clinic

The Pharmacy is very slow. You have to wait an hour or more to receive your medication. I will say that the Laboratory services were fast as far as getting the lab results quickly.

بصراحه مستشفى غير مرتب وتعامل الدكاتره بمنتهى المهزله بالذات الدكتور راشد طبيب الأذن يبدو ان المشكله اساسها اداره المستشفى بعدم توعيه الاطباء وعدم الاخذ بالشكاوي عكس فرع البوادي مكان منظم وتعامل بمنتهى الرقي

I'm really disappointment with the service provided by Al Abeer Hospital during my recent visit. Specifically, I was highly dissatisfied with the delay in the pharmacy service.

On 2nd May, I visited Al Abeer Hospital for my daugthers consultation. While the medical consultation and diagnosis were satisfactory, I was highly disappointed with the pharmacy service. I had to wait for over 3 hours to receive medication. This delay caused me significant inconvenience and discomfort.
It was sad to see pregnant women, Kids waiting till late mid night 2am for medicines from 11pm when I was there

Pharmacy is a huge mess with ling waiting, some time more than an hours, while scroll thru reviews i can see lot of apologies from the management in air, without any action. Very poor service without enough staff and counter service.

صيدلية متتتتتعبة صراحة تخيلوا انا واقف من نصف ساعة وما حصلت الدواء مع اني دافع كاش مفترض للكاش موظفين مستقلة او سلموا الوصف علشان كل واحد ياخذ براحته من اي مكان! لاكن نفس الطابور، والله المستعان لازم تهتمون في هذا صراحة

الكشف للطبيب عام 35 ريال
بالمجمل (العبير) خدمة متوسطة مقابل أسعارهم
يعني اقتصادي للأمراض البسيطة لا أراكم الله مكروه.
طبعا بالنسبة للتأمين مش شرط يكون ساري بفرع يعني شغال بكل الفروع تبعهم.

Please provide proper Contact number for appointment.it was very difficult to book an appointment.

تنسيق فاشل بين الإدارة والاستعلامات وبين الأطباء. انتظرت ساعتين للدكتور ثم تبين أنه في إجازة. بالرغم من إخباري من ٣ من موظفين الاستعلامات أنه موجود.

The two stars I gave are for the good doctors and nurses, other than that nothing really good about this hospital. Firstly I wanted to talk to them about my appointment and I have been calling them since yesterday on their number but let me tell you that they will never pick it up but my phone got charged around 7 riyals for absolutely nothing. Very disappointed. Looks like a scam to me and probably doing it on purpose. Why would you not pick up the phone and still charge us. Disgusting. Hopefully someone does something about this.

In Saudi one of the worst hospital I went 8: 30pm for Lower abdominal pain I stand queue for doctor bill then after 5 mints doctor told take injection and USG again I have to stand in queue after finish all test I go to doctor she refer surgeon same queue for billing surgeon doctor need blood CT Scan 3: 30 am his duty finish their send duty Dr he told take medicine come tomorrow and next day I went take report to show Dr report not ready only image ok i told Dr saifuddeen surgeon again told come Thursday with report I cannot find with image I need report then I ask Dr from 2 days I am coming issue not solve sever pain Dr reply if u have pain come take injection. It's means stil Thursday daily 100 sr pay for taxi great no humanity

Never again. We did PCR test for travel. Its been more than 24hrs and the results are not out yet. No contact numbers to call, no customer service. We had to go to the hosp to follow up result in the last minute. The hosp itself is chaotic plus the staff are not well mannered. Its really frustrating.

Very bad experience especially when wanna get the pcr result. Didn't receive any messages mention the result is done and yet paid for pcr 9 hours result.more worse is Even show the passport thru phone also will get wrong in the certificate.

Very Bad. Worst Service ever received. Please Go to Any other Good Hospital. Worst Behavior, Unorganized. If you make appointment at 1 o clock, You may see the Doctor at 4.

خدمة الدور الثالث سئيه مسوين صف 12 عميل وكاونتر 1 وكل عميل انتظار 20 دقيقه اتمنى زياده الموضفين

إداره فاشله بمعنى الكلمه المريض معتمد له علاج وع الموافقات المرفقات تحولك ع الصيدليه وتنتظر اكثر من ساعه ويطلعك الموافقات يعني قمه العشوائية اتمنى تغيير الطاقم الإداري لفشله في تعامله مع المرضى

One of the worst centers ever. They are lying about everything. When it comes to sick leave or PCR result, they will say don’t worry you will get the result or the sick leave in less than 12 hrs, but after they receive the money, you will never ever receive anything. Don’t bother yourself to get any treatment or tests there. In addition, the staff are very rude.

ياخي تحس انو يعالجوك بلاش لالا بيجيبولك فلوس تعامل سيئ جدا جدا من تمريض الى آخر شي الي يصرف الدوء والله اروح تعبان شويه ارجع البيت تعبان للآخر
لابشاشه في الاستقبال ولا دكتور يطمن قلبك واذا معاك شي تنتظر التأمين وطابوووور للموافقه وتنزل التمريض يالله والتعامل السيئ اطلب من الصحه تسوى رقابه او الحكومة راضيه على التعامل الزفت

Very rude staff specially saudis. I was in line for 15 minutes then when it’s my turn she starts like screaming go to 3rd floor. I mean how the hell I’ll know that? By the before me she did it but they were arab speakers of course.

One of the most disgusting service in pharmacy of the hospital un trained staff need 20 mins on each patient to get the medicine.really disappointing….

Very busy hospital and takes a lot of waiting. But treats you right and diagnose accurately. I went to another hospital before and was coughing no one even listened to my lungs. I’m Al Abeer I was diagnosed with pneumonia.

نظافة الحمامات سييييئة الحمام نفسه سيئ والنظافة نفس الشي والمكان كله هنود مدري ايش وضعهم يبغالكم وزارة الصحة ومكتب العمل تم البلاغ

Not the quickest medical service due to lack of doctors and more patients.
Most doctors are extremely well experienced and good. The medical service is affordable and amazing I would definitely suggest this location for anyone who has health issues.

في الفترة الاخيرة جو موظفين وموظفات استقبال اخلاقهم صفر. وتعاملهم مع المراجعين والمرضى بأسلوب سيئ. ياريتكم تعطوهم دورة في التعامل مع الناس قبل لا توظفوهم.

I visit al abeer sharifiya branch since a friend recommended to me dr.shahenaz but sad to say dr shahenaz went to exit already and a receptionist make consultation to a dr name RAMLATH ob-gyne specialist, and shes worst i dont know if she is really a doctor or she just brought her credentials.i had vaginal bleeding and she doesnt know what to do and i asked her what is wrong to me and she answerd i dont know hey is that correct.your not helping your killing your patient.

Very bad service long procedure. Specially their dental treatment is like very old. In this 21th century where you will find everywhere modern technology but if you go this abeer you will be strange. Very poor and disgusting service by them. Plz guys never go to this hospital

Since after Dr. Mohd Azizullah went on exit, there is no diabetologist available, making inconvenience to all regular patients.

Actually there should be NEAGTIVE stars to put for them. My wife's delivery is very close and when I call them (call center) now to see the doctor, they said very comfortably Dr is in vacation. For the last 7 months, we are going here to see this doctor.and now there is only 10 days remaining. Im trying to contact these guys in their hospital number since yesterday, almost 50 times tried, no one is answering.and the joke is, their caption "Abeer- The Health Care you can Trust"

What kind of responsibility they have.when it comes to a delivery case, they are playing with TWO LIVES.

The place is busy and super dingy.
As i type this there is a fly that insists on attacking my face.

Staff are super rude.
I asked the doctor how he was and he miserably responded by asking if i were here to interrogate him. Such a miserable soul.

Oh it just got worse, i was made to give stool samples in a toilet with no toilet seat or toilet paper.

I'm sure this will get the standard template response from the company stating how much they care and yet they ll do nothing to address the issue.

Anyway, avoid like the plague.

مستوصف العبير الطبي في الشرفيه تحس انك في سوق السمك او في حلقه الخضره عدم نظام واهمال والاطباء يتعاملوا معك بكل جفاء وعدم احترام وخاصتا طبيب العظام اسمه ماتيوس فلبس Dr. Mathew Philips وصف طبيب حرام عليه ما يسمعك ولا يكشف عليك بس همه يكتبلك اشعه و دواء وتحليل دم علشان ياخذ نسبه من المستوصف ويطلع راتبه من علي ظهرك بالباطل والمستوصف زحمه بس لانه شغال علي شركات التأمين الرخيصه

One of the worst hospitals in Jeddah. They would not hesitate to prescribe third generation antibiotics for minor illnesses. Full of inexperienced doctors who are just focused on getting maximum commission from Pharma companies. Just pay them a visit and I can bet that you will end up leaving with a bag full of unnecessary medicines.

Can anybody tell me are they authorized by absher MOI for medical certificate of driving license. How much do they cost for medical certificate and what are the papers required to bring with you.

I have to share my bad experience with doctor George chandi. (Orthopedic) I went to him to treat my lower back pain and he gave lot of tablets to be consumed over a month. My pain has increased ever before. He took x-ray too, he doesn’t talk much and won’t explain the issue. One of the worst doctor. Please avoid going to him. And the hospital also not giving the report and x-rays to the patient, everything is through their system, so we can’t even take second opinions from other doctors.

Good middle glass people’s hospital, good service at reasonable price. Mostly Indian doctors also Indian management hospital. Mostly more expatriates to visit this hospital. My doctor azizullah very kind person, also for surgery for doctor nareshrao is a good doctor. Clean and well maintained hospital. The problem is difficult to get the appointments through telephone, need to await long call to respond the operator. Also lab results take too much timing, need to await 1.5 to 2 hours, week end you need await more than 2 hours. Mostly in the counters sitting expatriates only responds the services & make the bills, Arabic people’s just sitting and chatting only, if we ask anything to them the just diverted to expatriates sitting counters.
