دومينوز / Domino's Pizza

This is how my pizza looked like. When I contacted the customer service they said I might and might not get a call for what I found and he offered me to get the pizza replaced which is not possible because I can’t wait for another hour and can’t eat one pizza and wait for the other one to be delivered

صلحو المكيف والله عيب في حقكم شركة كبيره و مستخسرين تصلحو المكيف ؟؟ له اكثر من شهرين خربان والله حرام عليكم موظفينكم مالهم ذنب حرارة جو و حرارة الافران و فوقها مافي مكيف ؟ واضح انه مو هامكم الزبون فا على الاقل صلحو المكيف لموظفينكم تراهم بشر! لو الشركة الام في امريكا تدري عنكم و عن الاهمال و الاقحاف بحق الزبون اولا و ثانيا و الاهم موظفينكم الي شغالين في الفرع طول الوقت في الحر!

طلبك جاهز بدون تأخير وطعم ولا اروع عليكم بها على طول ولا تغير طلبك احسن بيتزا في السوق الان. ممتاز

Pretty small branch. Doesn’t smell nice honestly. And it’s very hard to park here. Otherwise food is as good as any other branch and takes about 15mins to prepare an order for pickup.

Takes a little too much time to make order but has overall great service. Definitely the best pizza chain in Suaid Arabia (ملك البيتزا)

بيتزا المارقريتا كأنها شابورة بنكهة الجبن.
سيئة بشكل لا يوصف الله يكرم النعمة.

Margherita pizza is about crackers with cheese.
Horrible taste, horrible experience.

موظف الكاشير جدا سيء تعامله جدا جدا جدا ، اسوء تعامل كاشير واجهته في حياتي (فاز بالمرتبه الاولى) بسوء التعامل الف مبروك

موقع المطعم سئ للغاية و الموظف غير متعاون و الخدمة بطيئة اتمنى التعديل في هذا الفرع
و الموااااقف سيئة جدااااا

فرق كبير بين دومينوز الرياض ودومينوز جده

مش هنقول كلام كتير بحق المكان بس دومينوز مش مجرد بيتزا
الطعم مختلف
متنوعين جدا
عندي اكثر من تجربة عندهم و كانت جميلة بصراحه
بإستثناء مرة واحد بس الجودة مكنتش احسن حاجة من حيث الجودة و الطعم
لكن بشكل كبير من احسن الاماكن اللي بتخدم بيتزا بشكل ملحوظ ف العالم

Domino’s was very good in USA. App, order, item received. But here in KSA. Call, Call, Call, call received, customer sleep, order lost.
Somehow, stupid management.

When i think of domino’s, i would rather prefer prefere to make egg sandwich home than take the burden.

It takes a lots of guts to open a junk food place like pizza domino? This cannot even be called a pizza.this is a true offence to the Italian pizza.in Italy this junk food chain was forced to close all their shops.

ممتازه بالذات الكرسبي ويقطعونها مربعات مااعرف ليش؟

حاطين شاشة مكتوب فيه كم دقيقة باقي عالطلب

الإدارة الباكستانية/الهندية المسؤولة عن المطعم سيئة جدا وتعاملهم غير مهني.
اتمنى تعيين مدراء سعوديين في الفروع

The current Pakistani/Indian management is very unprofessional and rude. Please hire Saudi managers

The worst pizza in town. Just like a plain bread without any toppings. They are cheating the customers in the name of offers.

Ordered on Dominos Online app. Food arrived without the bag. It was cold ans thrown around in the box. The box was opened as well.

كيكرز الدجاج من الذ المقبلات عندهم بس اخر مره جاتنا نيه من جوا نية وفيها طعم زفاره!

عشاق الجبنة لازم يجربو البيتزا الجديدة نص كيلو جبنه صراحة لذيذه بس الاكيد انها ثقيلة ودسمة جداً.

البيتزا جيده في فروع اخرى على العكس فرع النعيم دائما فيها اختلاف دفعت اون لاين ورحت استلم الطلب وبعد انتظار البيتزا بارده! والموظفين غير متعاونين.

It's a Friday and Jeddah under Covid-19 lockdown. Ordered a special offer online at 1.45pm, which Domino's was promoting from Naeem/Jarir Mall branch. Delivery time 40-50mins. At about 2.15pm tracker showed good had left store and about 20mins later saying food had been delivered and hoped that we were enjoying it, even though food had not been delivered. We called central number at about 2.45pm to chase up. They said they would check and revert. Nobody called. We called again at about 3.10pm and they said food had not left store nor did they have any proper explanation. They would check and revert on when it would be delivered. Nobody called. We called again at 3.40pm and they said it would reach in 10 mins. It's now 4pm and still nothing!

We have generally ordered and had food picked up without problem, but with the lockdown we requested delivery.

This has been one of the worst experiences ever. Very disappointed by Domino's delivery service. They should tell the truth and make sure their systems actually report whether an order is properly delivered or not. I guess this means another follow up call with no idea of whether we will get the food today or not!

لخبطه في الطلبات وفي طباعة الفواتير والله يستر من الطعم مابعد جربته
