In this day and age selling Tamiah/falafel sandwich for 2 riyals and the same sandwich with sliced boiled egg for 3 riyals, with fried brinjal, mashed potatoes, mashed brinjal, fried potato chips and additional sauce is quite a feat!
The sandwich is prepared in Egyptian bread which is quite soft, the Tamiah itself is quite tasty, you also get additional Egyptian pickles/turshi.
