فندق أبراج الكسوة / Al Kiswah Towers Hotel

سيئ بمرة. مجرد طلب بسيط لتبديل الفراش بعد 5 مرات ماحد ياتي. كل سؤال يقول خلاص خلاص وبس.
والله ندمت اني حجزت هنا

Rooms were ok.
No room service, no glass, no kittle or anything like that.

Location was ok but not with family. No near by any big supermarket or good restaurants.
Good shuttle bus service as it is regularly.

Staying here just happened to be TKH, Alhamdulillah, the place is very close to the Grand Mosque, only 15 minutes walk.
The rooms are comfortable, clean. HK polite n friendly. Next, I hope you can stay at Zam2 Tower. Amen!

نظيف و متوفر فيه مواصلات تردديه و خدمة واي فاي و لكن يعيبه لا يوجد مناديل و لا سخانة مياة و لا بيالات ؟!

We had worst experience ever, don't choose it if you can't bear summer, their hvac system is really very bad and their maintenance staff claims that they don't have solution for that. The washroom are smelly with poor ventilation system. We had very bad experience with them overall. If you have young kids with you it's not a place for you

Service is average long waiting time for getting rooms.
Language barrier.
Good lift service and shuttle service.
Room not maintained furniture is too old

Nice residence. Buses to Haram are running all time. It takes only 5 minutes by bus to reach the Haram. So, uou can easily pray every fard at Haram. Around the hotel, there are many foodmarts and other services.

Fantastic place beautiful place with lots of lovely little shops inside, all staff very nice although arabic is essential first language, its located in the west side not a long walk to the Holy place, service is great can go anytime of the year,

الحقيقة الشوف مو متل الحكي فخامة ونظافة في الغرف والحمام أكرمكم الله واستقبال من العاملين ومن الإستقبال وخاصة الأستاذ مسعود وباصات متوفرة إلى الحرم المكي كل ربع ساعة

فندق ضيق جدا وماهو نظيف لديك الدرجة ومواقف ف شرق وفندق ف غرب.
موال عشان تصعد الين الغرفة لو غرفتك ف دور العشريني يبغالك تدخل من مصعد لمصعد عشان توصل لدور بس ناحية سعرها ماشي الحال ماهو سئ لدي درجة واعتمر وارتاح وخلص شغلك وامشي

جيد جداً
مقابل السعر وقربه من الحرم يعتبر جيد جداً الغرف ليست واسعه بشكل كافي
بيوم انتهاء الحجز يتم طرق الباب بشكل متكرر من الساعه ١١ ظهراً للسوال اذا كنت ستخرج ام تقوم بالتجديد علماً انه يوجد تلفون ولا يتم الاتصال ويتم ارسال اكثر من موظف علماً ان الخروج الساعه ٢ في حال كنت نائم يقوم بازعاجك

تجربتي في هذا الفندق لم تكن جيدة وذلك بسبب الزحام خاصة هذه الايام التي ليس فيها حج وانما عمرة فقط ومع الاحترازات الفندق مزدحم بشكل كبير جداً لدرجة انك تنتظر ربع ساعة حتى يصل اليك المصعد الفندق نظيف ولكن خدمات قليلة جداً قريب من الحرم الحملات فيه كثيرة جداً يكاد يكون هو الوحيد الذي يعمل هذه الايام الباصات التي تقل الى الحرم مزدحمة كانك ايام الحج ربما تنتظر 20 د حتى يأتي الباص ويتدافعون الناس عليه انصح بزيادة عدد الباصات وكذلك تقليل الازدحام بالتفويج الجيد للمعتمرين والزوار لا أنصح به لمن يأتي بسيارته بدون حملة اما مع الحملات فهو افضل الموجود نتمنى ان يروا هذه الملاحظة ويأخذوها بعين الاعتبار

فندق ممتاز ونظيف وتعامل راقي من الموظفين.
وصار متوفرة باصات من وإلى الحرم أوقات الصلوات.

زبون قديم وسوف أنزل دوماً عندهم باذن الله

ممتاز جدا وقريب نسبيا من الحرم المكي
باستطاعتك المشي المسافة تقريبا عشر دقائق حتى توصل بداية الحرم

Beautiful hotel. Value for money. There is frequent free shuttle service to and fro Hotel and Masjid Al Haram. Easy checkin checkout and free parking provided in basement floor.

Good Hotel, free shuttle to and from Haram, free parking provided by the restaurant, Qishla parking available nearby as well. We booked 4 single bed it is nice hotel, we didn’t try breakfast. Not near from Haram and not too far, not easy access by walking. Hotel itself is good.

Most Comfortable, relaxing and a full view of exterior from the glass wall of the room. Clean, professional services, basement parilking. Near to Haram.

Hotel is super good with excellent bus service to Haram. Highly recommended as and checkout services are quick at reception. Free parking also available.

انا اعمل مدير فندق واعرف مدى صعوبه العمل فى فندق بهذا الحجم. لاكن كل شىء كان سريع وبسيط. والنظافه ممتازه. والموظفين على خلق ومحترمين. الى جانب الحرص على إجراء courtesy call. الله يحميكم

Managing hotels is my job and I know how difficult to run such big hotels, however everything were fast and easy with high standard of cleaning as well friendly and polite staff. I was not expecting a courtesy call but a very polite lady did call to check if everything is OK. God bless you all.

Terrible bus system to the haram as there is only two small minibuses and hundreds of people rushing to catch them

أتمنى منكم إعادة الباصات

I was treated quite unprofessionally by the receptionist. Every time I returned from the masjid I had to go back to the reception for key card to be reactivated. One time I returned and got my key activated but upon reaching my room they card wasn’t working. I went back to the reception to complain and the person I was asked to see another person who made me wait for more than 30 minutes. He returned and said sorry I can’t do anything for you. I had to go back to a different receptionist to get my card activated.

الصراحه اهنيكم على اختيار الموظفين من حراس امن الله يعطيهم العافيه الين موظفين الاستقبال اخلاق وحسن تعامل وتجاوب

الفندق نظيف واللي يحببك فيه الاخ عماد قمه بالاخلاق والتعامل. بعض الناس يحببك بالمكان اللي تجيه وما انسى زملاءه الاخوان احمد وفارس.

الاقامة مقابل السعر ممتازة
ملاحظة التاخر قليلا في الدخول وتاخرت اكثر من ساعة لانزال العفش في الخروج

جيد جداً في السعر بس ينقصه الاداره بعض الخبره في تنسيق الاثاث وتوفير بعض الكماليات الشخصية للنزيل حتى لو زاد السعر بعض الشي

تعامل الموظف سي جدا ولا يوجد باصات والمسافه بينه وبين الحرم بعيده لا تستطيع ان تمشيها
كنت حاجز ب 99 ريال الموظف اخذ مني 120 ريال ولو بالضريبه المفروض 114
ولم يقم الموظف بتوضيح السبب لي

Very nice and comfortable, clean and near to Haram.i arrived 4 hours before my online booking time and they accommodate me and my family. Mr. Faisal at reception was very friendly, good attitude and helpful. I will saty next time here again Insha Allah.

The staff is very friendly, sbuttle service to Haram and back 24 hours, rooms and bathrooms are clean with ample toiletries. It has its private parking.

Very good room in this price.they are maintaing their reputation in this era of corona.

About 1,5 km to Haram, internet works stable only in lobby. Second and third line elevators are free. Suggest go there.

This hotel is good for accommodation a taxi takes 10R from hotel to haram.its 1.5km away from haram

فندق نضيف، النقل الى الحرم متوفر و سريع، يبعد حوالي 900 م عن ساحة المسجد الحرام، لا يوجد فيه الكثير من المرافق الضرورية في الغرف، مثل المكواة، الغلية،. و المطعم مغلق في رمضان. اقصاه 3 نجوم

السعر أغلى من غيره، والغرف ضيقة، النظافة ليست كما ينبغي، لايوجد غلايات للمياه لإعداد المشروبات، لايوجد مواصلات خاصة بالفندق، بالإضافة لعدم مرور باصات سابتكو من أمامه ما يضطرك لإقلال تاكسي أو المشي مسافة حوالي 3 كيلو.
إلا أنه جيد لقربه من الحرم في أيام الحج لعدم وجود مواصلات مما يسهل المشي إليه على عكس فنادق محبس الجني وغيرها، وأيضا مشهور ويعرفه كل سائقي السيارات الأجرة بمجرد الاسم فقط.

Very happy with the staff at receiption.a good option with a very less money.haram is 4 km, you have to take taxi.normally 5 sar if you get drop on ring road near haram.then walk for 1- 2 mins to haram.

Nice and comfortable hotel in the city of Makkah in athyaseer district, opposite madrasah Saudiyah of ibn Hajar al askollaani.

فندق ضخم جداً ماشاء الله تبارك الله
عبارة عن مجموعة من الأبراج
جديده ونظيفه ورخيصة.
بعيدة قليلا عن الحرم لكن يوجد باصات نقل الى الحرم على مدار الساعة بدون توقف لكن لم اجربها
يوجد غرف مطللة على الحرم.
