ممتازين تنظيفهم بطل من الداخل بالأخص أفضل مكان ينظف السياره من داخل في المنطقه الشرقيه، بس اذا عندك شي وضح لهم من البدايه بعض الأوساخ ما يشملها التنظيف تحتاج إضافة الخدمه من عندهم سعرهم عالي ترى للي بينطف بس يستاهل.

أفضل مغسله بخدماته ويعجبني شخص اللي يشوف شغل الموظفين بعد ما يغسلون ويشوفو شنو الملاحظات بصراحه اهنيهم

I should have written this review a few months ago.the reason I'm pointing this out is that there's a new person in charge of the place and I don't want to have this review reflected on him, but rather on the place itself.

I came to this place nearly 5 years ago and got their top package for the ceramic pro protection in addition to their plastic film protection for the front of the car. This came with a 5 year warrantee and free annual maintinance.

So far so good? Thats what I thought. With the very very expensive prices they charge, you would expect decent service. Unfortunately, I believe that they bet on people never coming back for the promised annual maintenance and warrantee. They gave me a hard time every year to do it. At year 4, they told me that this is the last time they would do it!

Bottom line, I get the feeling when they see me that they only see a $ sign, not as a customer which, to me, clearly reflects on their behaviour (they also find a way to charge you whenever they can).

That said, I have to point out that their workmanship is good. But, given their prices, their dealings and hard to get appointments, I would recommend finding another place.

Very bad experience. Interior cleaning was below average. Took this up with the owner, but refused any refund. Unprofessional! تجربة سيئة للغاية. التنظيف الداخلي كان أقل من المتوسط. تم اتخاذ هذا الأمر مع المالك ، لكنه رفض أي رد. غير محترف!

Thanks to Zino and Kareem for the excellent service and care. This is a highly recommended place for taking an excellent care and treatment of your car.

Dont recommend for these reasons:
1- Bad scheduling. Both cars I had them working on took at least 2 days more than expected. I had to pay extra for my rental.
2- They ripped my driver’s seat leather on my Mercedes and they promised to fix it.its been two years now and that promise is still standing!

my recommendation is to pay a little more and go to a better place, I saved money on the polishing but lost a lot more to fix the leather!

It was recommended by my fried.the service was perfect.the receptionist was very kind and offered me complementary services.a perfect and detailed car wash with an extra wfeort in drying the car after washing.a little overpriced for a regular wash

انصح جداً التعامل معهم، غسيل اكثر من ممتاز بمنتجات ألمانية عالية الجودة، اشكر الاخوان رؤوف + كريم على تعاملهم الراقي.

تجربه جيدة بالنسبة لي، وديت سيارتي جديدة بس تحتاج تنظيف من آثار المطر، العمالة ممتازة مهتمين بكل شي.
السلبيات: السعر غالي مرة سيارتي صغيرة جدا غسيلها ب ٨٥ ريال، الشي الثاني: مدير المبيعات المصري، مسكين اتصل كفيلة وقت ماكنت موجود عصب و سب و مابقى كلمة ماقالها المفروض مالي شغل بس ما افكر اروح مكان زي كذا مرة ثانية

The best place to get your cars looking amazing.i took my car 2 years ago and it the ceramic pro they applied still shines to this day.i brought another car today and service was excellent from mr raoof and mr kareem

The most professional place in Eastern province. I'm 100% satisfied with the dealing with Zino, especially Mr. Rauf. Best place for interior detailing, washing and glass tinting!

استاذي الفاضل أنا كثير ناس وصوني لكم وشفت صور أشغلكم وما شاء الله شغل ممتاز لأكن حاب استفسر عن الغسيل بالبخار ينفع لسيارتي ولا لا لان سيارتي سرقت وللاسف السارق خلها شهور واقفه بدون باب والقزاز مكسور فتجمعت كمية تراب وغبار داخل السيارة هل بالغسيل البخار لداخل السيارة راح يشيل الغبار ولا لا؟

وإذا كان الجواب لا وش تنصحني اسوي عشان ازيل الغبار بالداخل السيارة ديكوراتها نظيفه ولا فيها تبهت بس الغبار والرمل مالي السيارة

المكان والخدمة وتعامل المصري بالاستقبال سي لابعد حد وكان الخدمة مجانية لا انصح فيه وبقوة مع غلااء جداً بالاسعار

هلا بالطيب،،اخوي عندي سيارتي يارس ٢٠١٩ دخل بها غبار جهة المكينه وكل مكان في غبار تقدرون تضبطون لي الموضوع وتشيلو الغبار بدون مايسير ضرر عالسياره ؟

I have done my car film protection with them. And shining services and my car looks new New. A bit pricey comparing with other places.
The staff are knowledgeable about what they doing.

The customer servic is very good and I like their honesty in what they do, thank you for that zino
