دخلت الفرع بالخبر استقبلني الاخ (احمد حمود) بكل سرور وفادني بكل اسئلتي وساعدني على الاختيار المناسب لي وقدم لي خدمة فوق المطلوب وما قصر وبالنسبة للأسعار ادفع وانسى وغير كذا عندهم تمارا ودراجة تركبها وانت مرتاح وضمان سنة على الدراجة كاملة وضمان مدى الحياه على الهيكل من اي عطل لحام او تغير لون حاجة صدق يشكرون عليها.

I bought today 2022 Marlin 7 from Al Khobar branch, thanks to kuya Feliciano (Shano) for smooth transaction. He is the best in town regarding bike sizes, accesories and everything.

Had the chance to visit the place way back 2015/2017. Just find Feliciano and you'd be taken care of.

My 1st time to visit the place and I was impressed by the features of these amazing Trek bikes, well explained by Mr. Allan and mostly from Mr. Bebot. I'm not a fan of bikes, now I'm starting to be one.

came many times to purchase the model I was looking for but was not available.

Mechanic repairing the bike put me down by his behaviour. The bikes are excellent the ship is attractive, soon will go for a bike that I have selected.

I just bought the Fx1 it's a great city bike and big thanks to omar since we thought they were out of stock but he managed to find me one at the last moment

Wow, Great experience. Mr. Shano and Mr. Ahmed Humood we’re both welcoming, spent plenty of time explaining the different type of bikes. We are so happy we bought our bikes from Wheels.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Feliciano in May of last year when we bought our Marlin 7 from him. Really a fantastic guy who spent a long time with us and helping us making up our mind as to which bike we should purchase. He was so very patient and friendly. I wish EVERYONE in sales could be like this guy.

This place blows hot and cold with me, today I went in to buy a spoke for my bike, they had one fabulous, then I decided to treat myself to a pair of gloves labelled at SAR 78.54 on checking my receipt they were in fact SAR 140.30!
I took it back immediate to the store where I was told sorry sir wrong price on the item and tried picking the price label off
The guy at the cash desk should have informed me at point of sale not when the customer returned to the shop

Captin Ahmed Al Homoud; great guy very helpfull and very knowledgable. Helps with selecting the right choice for you.

I bought the Verve 3 bike for my father with the help of Captin Ahmed Al Homoud. Such a great bike for older people and for riding around in the city. The handles are adjustable, seat is extremely comfortable and the padles are very comfortable.

We went looking for a bike for my husband and were greeted promptly by a friendly employee. Shano was very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband left satisfied with his purchase and I left very appreciative of the customer service we received.

Purchased a road bike from Wheels on 21st March 2020. Mr Shano, the Filipino sales staff, was very helpful, friendly and assisted me in my purchase by providing good advice & tips from his wide experience in cycling. Highly recommend checking out Wheels. Although price may be a little high for some items, you are pretty much guaranteed of finding quality products here.
