مطعم يستحق التجربة. الاجواء جميلة وهادئة والاطباق بشكل عام ممتازة. ملاحظة واحده فقط البطئ في خدمات المشروبات حيث تتأخر جدا. ويا ليت لو يتم اضافة الباركود للمنيو على شان يسهل علينا اختيار الاطباق

We ordered collection of their sushi like a box or something the sushi were placed in a beautiful ship most of them were cooked crab or prawns or mixed the taste was phenomenal the caviar was so fresh and crunchy …it’s cool to dine there … fast service the waiters at your service all the time

Worst customer service you could ever face with an average food. The guy who processed the bill was to put it politely rude. The first and last time I come here.

The food is amazing and the place is really nice, I got one of the poke bowls and honestly I didn't expect it to be that good, Japanese curry and rolls were amazing. Highly recommended, would definitely be coming back for more

I highly recommend this Japanese restaurant! The food is incredibly tasty and the hygiene is top-notch. Every dish I tried surpassed the last in flavor and quality.

Tokuzo is a must-try for foodies! Their dishes are incredibly tasty and the environment is kept very clean, making for an enjoyable dining experience.

Fushi Asian restaurant remains to be the topdog, nothing special here but nothing bad as well except that the foods are a little pricey compare to others, average…

California rolls is my favorite and they didn’t disappointment my expectations.

الاكل لذييييذ جدا والتقديم رائع والعاملين لبقين وخدومين جدا عندي ملاحظه بسيطه ياليت تضيفون للاكل صوص سبايسي يكون خارجي يتقدم مع الاكل لاني احب الاكل الحار ولمن سئلت هل فيه صوص حار قال ماعندنا

طلبت نودلز بالدجاج وللامانه مو مره حلو وبرضو مو سيء احس لو سووله اضافات رايح يكون مره حلو كمية الملفوف كانت مره كثيره بشكل مو طبيعي والطعم كان مقبول بس تحس ناقصه شي بيزيد منه للافضل اتمنى بتجربتي الثانيه له يكون الطعم افضل وبالتوفيق

Nice and good quality Japanese cuisine but they need to allow customers to dine in the second floor.it's a bit crowded and the tables are too close to one another.there is no privacy at all

I have been here for lunch several times and tried a few of their lunch bentos. Food was mostly good.

Tried the beef ramen noodles at this place. Quality of food was good - although would've been nicer if there were more spices. Quantity on the other hand was quite good - yet, I would say it is overpriced.

Best japanese meal i've had in this part of the region, tasty food, and most of all not very pricey.love the tokuzo salad, dragon maki, beef and chicken ramen (in really big servings!). Will definitely come back.

The food was good. Everything was served very quickly. The food was very flavourful and the portions were huge according to the price. Definitely worth it.

بالنسبة حق محلات السوشي في المنطقة، أشوفه من الجيدين في تحضيره مع الحفاظ على طريقة و طعم السوشي الياباني الأصلي بدون تحريفات مالها داعي. الجلسات عادية مش سيئة. الخدمة جداً جيدة. و النظافة كذلك جيدة جداً.

Chicken teriyaki was very bad, salty, and the potatos not cooked well.

I just stoped eating from the first bite of food.

The interior is getting a bit old

One of the best restaurants to get the Japanese curry katsu and I suggest the chicken corn soup asking with it.

مرة لذيذ الاكل. اعتقد ان السعر مرتفع شويه. طلبت نوعين رامن. نورا سوشي. يوزا. ورز معاه لحم والموهيتو وليمون بالرمان. كل شي لذيذ مررة والخدمه سريعه.

طلبت اكثر من طلب وكلها تحتوي على الكافيار
قلي الويتر ان ماعندهم كافيار

طلبت منه تخفيض على الطلبات بسبب ان الكافيار غالي وعدم وجوده في الطبق بيزيد التكلفة بدون داعي! ، وهذا الشيء معمول به في اغلب المطاعم ، لكن مدير المطعم رفض ، ورفضه وطريقة تعامله مع الموقف وعدم لباقته افسدت علي تجربة الاكل في المطعم. لن اعود له مرة اخرى

الخلاصة: المطعم غير حريص على ارضاء العميل

- مطعم ياباني وآسيوي يقدم السوشي و الماكي و النودلز بأنواعها بالإضافه للشوربات و السلطات و المقبلات وبعض الأصناف الاخرى.
- منيو متنوع ، طريقة تقديم مميزة و الأكل لذيذ و نظيف وخصوصا الماكي رولز والاكثرها تميزا الفيلي رول اما السوشي ضعيف يحتاج تعزيز نكهه الارز و اهتمام لطريقة تقطيع السمك او الروبيان.
- المطعم طابقين لكن يعتبر صغير وعدد جلسات محدوده وبدون بارتيشن ويوجد موسيقى و اغاني.
- دورات المياه في الطابق الثاني ، لايوجد مصعد.

جودة الأكل: ممتازة جداَ ولذيذ وأحبه مره

Quiet in the afternoon. Superb waiters. Good selection of Japanese cuisine, would love ramen to be added though. Runs a bit expensive.

الجو العام جميل كذلك الخدمة والترحيب، لكن للأسف جودة الطعام مقابل السعر لا منطقية! هناك زفرة بالأكل وغير لذيذ نهائياً. زرت المكان ٤ مرات على فترات متفاوتة منذ افتتاحة، للأسف لم يتحسن وبحاجة لتطوير الطباخين ليرتقي للمستوى المطلوب.

مشكلة المطعم ان الجودة مرة متقلبة الاكل يا يكون لذيذ يا يكون ما ينئكل، القيوزا و التوم يوم مستواهم في العادة يكون جيد، كرنشي كريزي اذا زبطوه فهو لذيذ

Food tasted like a ready-made and was not fresh, also the taste could be improved alot,

The other thing is the prices are very very high compared to other same quality restaurants

الأكل كان لذيذ جداً، الموظفين كثير لكن خدمتهم سيئة مقارنة بعدد الزباين القليل، جالسين ورا وعلى جوالاتهم ويحط لنا الصحن الجديد بدون مايشيل الصحون الفاضيه. حتى يوم جينا ندفع حاسبنا بالبطاقه ورجع ورا على جواله لما انتبهنا برسالة عالجوال بعد فتره ان العمليه مرفوضه ناديناه وخبرناه انها ملغيه ولو طلعنا ماكان انتبه

Wanted to try Tokuzō Restaurant for some time and decided to go there for lunch on a weekend, to celebrate a special occasion. We called ahead. Upon arrival though, there’s no one to welcome you in. The staff looked unenthusiastic and couldn’t be bothered to even help you get seated.
Hardly any customers. Their service was limited to the ground floor. The only washroom however was on the empty top floor. We sat ourselves and waited well over 10 minutes before someone came over to check on us.
Ironically, the waiter wasn’t familiar with the menu. When asked about some of their menu items, he had to get the host. And the host didn’t know either. They had to check with the chef. Anyway,
The 'Wagyu Beef Roll' was tasty, despite the fibrous asparagus. Recommended.
Their 'Gyoza' (chicken) was another winner. It was excellent. Another easy recommendation.
The 'Tom Yum' soup lacked depth of flavors. It was average at best. Passable.
I ordered their lone 'Ramen' entry on the menu. Big mistake. Their namesake ramen is abysmal, for lack of a better word. Sorry, not wishing to sound uppity but at its simplest form, a bowl of ramen has 5 elements: broth, noodles, tare, oil, and toppings. What I was served was thin pale lukewarm unseasoned flavorless liquid of some kind, barely any beef shavings, a bunch of sweetcorn kernels, and some other forgettable vegetables over soggy noodles. Avoid at all costs. [Take it off the menu, if possible. ]
We ordered an assortment of select 'Sushi', and they were alright. Better than their ramen!
The 'Mocktails' weren’t too shabby either.
And remember the special occasion? Yeah, they completely forgot that!
End of the day, the taste is subjective, and expectations are personal. Overall, worth a visit. Good luck.

Love love loveeeee the place! Compared to other countries the price is reasonable, but on a local level it is a but of high end. Very tasty sushi, great service and will certainly recommend!

Really liked the ambiance. Food was tasty and the green tea was original Japanese green tea which is quite uncommon at Japanese restaurant in KSA. Bento boxes need a lot of improvement, they lack variety of food and presentation. 8 pieces Sushi platters has one type of sushi and there was no option available to get 8 pieces mix platter of sushi. Hopefully the resturant management looks into the feedback and improve.

The ambience was great.lovely music and lovely staff.the food was good.not great, but still good. The bento boxes need improvement (not quality wise but variety)

Also there is no mix platter of rolls.you have to order a 8 pieces platter of the same thing.the only mix platter option they have is for 36 pieces. ‍️

Good verity of rolls but not the best. The prices are a bit on the higher side. The 5 star is for the smoked salmon salad

Great service, great food options, and their food is even greater!

I’d say its at low-medium price range.

I’d recommend getting their gyoza (dumplings), rock dynamite (dynamite shrimp), and their crab+cucumber salad.

Although very expensive, good food. In 2 months time prices increased by >%35. Lunch meal from 48 to 65 SR, BAD move.

Nice little restaurant with fresh and tasty japanese food. There is seating inside and take out service. Set of california rolls was prepare in 10 minutes and was excellent. Overall nothing fancy but serves the purpose if you hungry for some maki and sushi.

We had lunch offer beef bento. Beef was OK but very very very salty. Maki is below average and Sashimi wasnt good at all and not fresh. I will not visit again

الخدمه رائعه. السوشي جدا رائع والسلط. اللي بالشرمب الذ من الشكن ممكن عشانهم متخصصين بالاسماك اكثر. له زياره ثانيه باذن الله

For starters I ordered the 'Spring Ushi' (SR. 49), Shogun' (SR. 61), Tenderloin Salad (SR. 49) and for the main course, we went with their recommendation of 'Japanese Curry Katsu' (SR. 47) & 'Shrimp Yakisoba' (SR. 43).
It didn't take too long for the food to arrive and we dove straight in starting with the 'Shogun'. This was an absolute delight with a whole host of ingredients that really integrated well and the wok seared salmon really standing out. From mango to cream cheese, this flavour packed maki roll is totally worth the money and is a great way to start your meal.
'Spring Ushi' was another feather in the cap for 'Tokuzo'. Strips of Wagyu tenderized and seared, with some sort of a mix packed in with spring onions rolled into the beef and served on a bed of sweet soy was outstanding. Wagyu really stands out for being super tender and if it wasn't for the rest of the dishes we had ordered, I would have helped myself to another plate. PERIOD!
The 'Tenderloin Salad' was a bit of a disappointment thanks to the overly diced pieces of beef and the dressing that didn't really have any place with the meat/salad combination. I wouldn't call this dish Japanese but it wasn't too bad either.
The 'Japanese Curry Katsu' is the perfect definition of comfort food and this is exactly what I felt when I bit into the breaded deep fried chicken covered in curry sauce with a spoonful of rice. It was warm, delicious had a bit more spices than the usual katsu I have tried before. I loved the potatoes in the curry and I would totally recommend this dish.
The 'Yakisoba' was good with the shrimps stealing the show for it's taste and freshness. The noodles could have been thicker but tasted good nevertheless. At SR. 43, this is a good deal but it definitely does not outshine the Katsu.
Oh and the Mojito is really top class and refreshing at the same time!

سوشي جيد لكن ليس الأفضل، الاسعار معقولة. التوم يام كان لذيذة ولكن ليست الأفضل، الخدمة جيدة والسرعة في تقديم الطلب، أالجلسات عادية. عند الدفع أخبرني الكاشير بتعطل خدمة مدى، لحسن الحظ عندي كاش ولكن هذا شيء ضروري في مثل هذه الأماكن.

I tried the restaurant few weeks ago and this is my opinion:
quality of food is good and place is also
mocktails very delicious and fresh
staff was drinking thè in front of guests, this shall not happen in a restaurant

[April-2019] Tokuzo have exceed my expectations, especially with sushi. This restaurant got many good options for a Japanese restaurant, you can get bento box or set off your favorite sushi, maki and sashimi. The sushi tasted good so the beef bento. However the gyōza got to be the must try dish they have. Now one of things they should consider changing is the menu app so you add what you want in to cart instead of just remembering the order. Also it's kind of expensive so for two expect to pay 260 +.

Well lovely and good ambiance, you should try this restaurant and the food is great. This is one of the best I been with, I have been in Riyadh, Jubail, Jeddah this sushi shop is wonderful.

Very good Japanese verity. I really liked the salmon and the gozu dumbling it was made to perfection. Highly recommend it for sushi and Japanese food lover.

We had a great time, came in a Friday for lunch. Salmon, Tuna and Cuttlefish were fresh, our 6y/o son enjoyed it. We had a few rolls and they prepared them the way we wanted it without extra sauce. We will definitely come back.
