Lunch veg meals very good, and Saturday sadhya awesome. Very good restaurant in near be area.

Nice place for south Indian snacks and tea or filter coffee. Haven't explored much but will keep you posted

They have good tea and snack options which are a must try. ;Dinner specials, varieties of porotas, Appam, beef rib, beef bone marrow, mutton masala etc. We tried their 2 chicken dishes which were slightly disappointing. (not recommended). Fish pollichat is an absolute standout item with a unique flavour and masala. Family space is less, max 3 table can be accommodated at a time. Parking is not an issue here,

Good food. Not enough space to dine in. Sometimes too much busy, especially in weekends; and that shows the popularity of its delicious dishes.

Small and congested space, ambience is otherwise ok. Food is ok, taste is average but quantity is low. Better for take outs and delivery than the dine in experience. Food quantities can be improved and something should be done about the space issue.

The family section area was congested. More than 4 peoples cant dine in family section area

Food is ok. The prices are very very high for Ramzan iftaari items. They are overcharging for smaller items which Asian people live @ Iftaari time.

Food is average now compared to before and also u get to eat in paper leaf as limited banana leaf as said by waiter.curd salad replaced by onion salad and sweets after lunch is discontinued.

The best beef masala you can taste in KSA.
Bannana Fry and beef is a perfect combination and the best of the lot.

Beef Ribs - Undercooked and the masala was also poor.

Nidhi Porotta - Was ok, beef was fine.

Kallumakaya & Nei Pathiri was ok too.

I have had tea time snacks and tea here. Tea time snacks are really great, a definite must try. The tea is good too.

Its the most ridiculous experience we had in this occasion of onam. U made us starving in this onam if u can't dispatch the food, u shouldn't take order or keep on giving fake promise to deliver food on time. Onam aayit oru group ne thanne pattini aakiyathinu congratulations to the entire taza team. (Oncall onaam sadya was ordered on time as per the advertisement u made)

Good and decent tasting Indian food for affordable rates. Nothing special nothing wrong. No nonsense restaurant.

Very bad service, not proper air conditioning too much hot and humidity inside and not enough space for group. We ordered kunjikozhi, pothuvari, kallummekkaya All dishes are same taste and small quantity. Very very bad experience for me and my friends

If you guys have enough and more time to waste then definitely go and order some food from this restaurant. I really had horrible experience from this restaurant, I ordered food and waited for 1 hour, when enquired with the cashier about my order he told me rest everything is ready only chicken not ready so need to wait for some more time, I didn’t want to waste more time so I left that place without taking my parcel. I never had such a horrible experience from any restaurant inside Saudi Arabia.

This review after 3 times visit thaza restaurant. From the review and social media leads me to there.

1 - Customer dealing is not good, they are taken usually 30min for food in dine even billing session also 15 min needs to wait. And the food is not worthy for this waiting + bill amount.
2 - Due to social media review they became hike but i think from thaza side also trying to make demand for this delay even 3 or 4 customer only in restaurant.

Visited this place for dinner. The place is very congested for family. They told me they are going to expand it soon.

We ordered beef ribs, Nidhi porotta, bdf, kizhi porotta, and kallumai kay. To be honest, the food was just average, we didn't find anything special many didn't like it.

The air conditioning was not working which added more inconvenience to our visit. The serving was not up to the mark.

One thing positive is that rates are affordable and parking is free.

This hotel was mentioned in a foodie blog about good food in Khobar, and the Nidhi porotta was recommended. They said it was enough for two people on the blog, however in reality, one person may easily complete the plate. We placed an order for Nidhi porotta and waited 10 minutes for steaming hot Nidhi to come. It's far too hot to begin eating, and uncovering the contents is a refreshing experience.
It was filled with meat, chicken, and egg, wrapped porotta and marsala gravy. I think it could have used some more salt, but everything else was excellent. We finished with a soda sarbath and thanked Taza for the cool Nidhi porotta experience; we'll be back for the pothum kaal.

A small restruant in Khobar serving tasty malabar food. Main highlight is the Nidhi porotta and Fish pollichathu. Food is tasty and service is good.

Located in Al Khobar Al Janubiyah district in Khobar, this tiny hole in the wall has something that I have never come across and closely resembles the ‘Kizhi Porotta’. We called in advance to order the ‘Nidhi Porotta’ and got there around 7pm.

The seating isn’t suitable for families but if that doesn’t bother you, go ahead. We also placed an order for ‘Kerala Style Vatta Fish Fry’ which meant we had to wait close to 20 minutes to get our order.

The ‘Nidhi Porotta’ was sublime. It is layered with Chicken & Beef and if you would like to include Mutton, make sure to mention it in advance. It also comes with a hard boiled egg and this can be quite filling for just one person which is why I decided to share it with @shareeka23. The porotta soaks up all that wonderful masala and it is DELICIOUS.

The ‘Vatta Fry’ was huge and an absolute deal for SR. 37. This too was prepared after the order was placed so it was fresh. Loved how well it was cooked with the right amount of spices.

We were told to visit on Thursdays since that is the day they serve their famed special ‘Pothum Kaal’.

Rude staffs and below average food. The one who makes the Tea thinks that he is holding the entire world on his shoulder.

Service industry /restaurant staffs should be polite and kind to customers regardless of how busy they are with their jobs.

Best in Alkhobar. Not too much space but food is best in alkhobar. Me and my friends completely satisfied with their indian food, especially porotta, beef fry, chicken curry, idiyappam. And neypathiri.
