I like to share my openness for the hotel food and the customer service is excellent .

Food tastes excellent (like home made food).

The worst restaurant I have seen in 10 years of living in Saudi Arabia. They charge very high prices but serve very poor quality food. I have tried both their branches often but to no success Food is not cooked properly. Most of the time the food is half cooked and even if you order a hot drink they serve a super cold drink.

For example: -
We ask for Gobi 65 but they serve Gobi Bonda half boiled (both branches).

It doesn't deserve it

Like other restaurants vat is not included with price which mentioned in the menu, rate is too higher comparatively other similar type of restaurants in Saudi Arabia moreover quantity is less.one plate idli 2 pieces, while in other hotels serve 3 pieces of idly per plate.
