Sushi Library Al Nakheel Mall Dammam

It was very nice experience. It was my first time trying sushi food. Hence, I can’t judge the restaurant for one time only, ut it was excellent experience from the food, service and atmosphere. I would like to recognize Deaxter, Bone, Mahdi, Sajeb and Baratt for their great welcoming, hospitality and serving. Thank you all.

Good Food, Aesthetic ambiance , Music Vibes feels like home . Manager there is very attentive and sometimes asking if you're enjoying the Food. Which is by the way for me is a good sign of good service
I would suggest to visit "Sushi Library" The best

جربت الاطباق التالية:
الرامن: كان لذيذ ٧/١٠

بيف ياكينيكو: وكان جداً سيء مالح بقوه اعطيه ١/١٠ ومستحيل ارجع اطلبه

سوشي: مو الافضل وطعمه يعتبر عادي ٥/١٠

يستحق المطعم خمس نجوم لكن احد العمال كان مستهتر بعمله صوته مرتفع جدا ويضحك باستهتار ويحدث ازعاج للمكان ياليت يكون هناك تأهيل

Salin and his team greeted us with the warmest welcome. The food was well made and tasty. We will come back inshallah:)

Literally everytime you order katso curry they add ONE potato piece, ONE carrot and ONE broccoli.its supposed to have pieces of vegetables not calculated cheap 3 pieces of vegetables

Excellent, Good Ambience, Enjoyed each and every delicacy that we ordered. Everything was very well presented, Narayan was very kind and overall very hospitable staff.

1 hour after placing my order I did not get my food
I left
2 tables were served before us even though we arrived first

Really great food, good vegan options, excellent service including the friendly manager who's always open to suggestion, not to forget the decent prices. Veggie tofu katsu ritual is my favourite.

It's an amazing serving and amazing food, mr.dexter is the best he's so nice and kind and try to serve with all his love

I visited this restaurant maybe 6 times it’s a delicious restaurant for Japanese food, I love the Chicken katsu and passion fruit mojito?

دخلت المطعم بالصدفه بالمول وقلت أجرب وللأمانه لذيييذ لذيييذ لذيذ يستاهل التجربه مره ومرتين واكثر جربت كالفورنيا والشيف سوشي ونودلز الدجاج والوينقز كانت نااارررر والمشروبات حربنا ايس تي وباشن فروت مع برتقال. الخدمه سريعه والمكان نظيف واختيار الميوزك رائع

Understaffed. We have come to this place three times already with no one in charge as front of house to welcome and usher in the guests. It took time before our orders were taken. Although the staff were respectful but they could be more attentive. We were informed of the 20 min prep time but it actually took so much longer. One time i was even given a drinking glass with a cracked side. I only noticed when i poured my soda and the dark cracks became evident after i had drank from it. If not for the good food, we would have not revisit the place as service needs major improvement. 3 stars Nov 2021

EDIT. After two visits, the service has improved a lot. Staff are accessible. Kudos to the staff member Marco and the manager Salim. Prep time is now reasonable, about ten minutes. Good job. 5 now Aug 2022

Very bad service.table was not clean, staff didn’t want to serve, we had to order the basic things dishes and utensils several times.we complained to the supervisor but nothing changed

For my first time here I have to say that this place is very good.
Quality of food and prices are very good.

Went there hungry and came out hungry. I ordered the Okinawa platter and the waiter came back saying that they didn’t have the hamachi so I changed it to another platter. They served the other 3 people in the table and never got my order. They brought me the check and unsurprisingly they wanted me to pay for the platter they didn’t serve me. Awful. Go somewhere else.

A lot of the dishes were not available during our visit. Pricing is fair. Tastes good and decent. They have to improve their efficiency in terms of the waiting time from the time they took the orders to the time they serve.

Great service and friendly staff! (Narayan)
The whole restaurant atmosphere was nice I enjoyed sushi.
I tried a great selection of sushi, tempura wasabe, csy prawn, chicken gyoza, crispy crab salad all was great and delicious. I also tried a tomyom soup, Very good experience. My favourite restaurant in ksa.

افضل مطعم سوشي ف الشرقيه موظفين خدومين وسرعه في تقديم الاطباق خدمه جيده والبنات عندهم يعرفو يختارو لكم افضل الاطباق نصحوني بتمبورا شبس من خانة السجنتشر رولز وماندمت اني اخذت على اختيارهم ابداً وان شاء الله المره الجايه اجرب باقي الاطباق

The restaurant once is delicious and they have sweet dishes, including (miso soup) and (yaki oden) and they have an employee named Omar Othman Al-Dosari, once very helpful and responsive, I give him a rating of 5/5

تقييم للمطعم جدا سيئ لعدة اسباب ، اولا الستاف يفتقر لمهارات الاتصال والتفاعل ثانيا ليس لديهم خبره بمجال المطعم ونوع الاكل والمنيو ولا يعطونك خيارات ولا يعطونك ايش محتويات الاكل ، وبطييئين بالخدمه ومستوى الاكل اقل من عادي

But disappointing since order taken and 1 hour and still the food not serve.

If this Resto is fully pack they may not serve the customer property

It’s not the fault of waiter but maybe the workflow inside needs maybe improvement

Craving for some asian/ chinese/japanese dish? Then consider visiting sushi library located inside Al Nakheel mall. Ordered tom yum soup but sad to say, actual serving is faaarrrrr from the menu photo.i called the attention of their staff to completely have a look of what they have served but he just simply smiled back.

المطعم كطعم سيء وبنفس السعر تقدر تاكل بمكان افضل

وخدمة سيئة يقدمون الطبق الرئيسي وبعدها بربع ساعة يجيك بالسلطة والمقبلات ويوم سالته على ليش الخربطة بالتقديم يقول طيب ويبتسم

اليوم رحته اول زيارة في النخيل مول مطعم جميل واكله لذيذ طلبنا سوشي التيمبوري ورز مقلي بالدجاج واكله جديدة عندهم كان الدجاج ممتاز ويجي معاها صوص لذيييذذذذذ ورز ابيض وايدام بس ماعجبنا والطلب كله ب63 بس ماحسيته يستاهل ابدا يعني لو ماطلبناه أفضل وعصير رمان كان حاالي بس نكهته لذيذة واجب اشكر النادل

طلبت الكوكوكولادة و طلع عصير اناناس عادي.
التشكن ونقز اعطيها ١٠/١٠ مرة كرنشي و نكهتها موزونة.
السوشي طلبت الي بالتشبس ما اتذكر اسمه لكنه مخيب جداً للاسف ما حبيته.
و اخر شي كان كاتسو الدجاج
مميز جداً جداً.

The food was soo good it felt like you are in middle of japan the sushi it was soo yummy, and Mr. Nikesh is an amazing waitre!

لكن هناك ملاحظه على واحدة من الموظفات المواطنات للاسف بعض تصرفاتها تحتاج الى توجيه إداري فهي تمر في ارجاء المطعم وتنظر الى الطاولات والزبائن واكلهم ان كانو قريبا سينتهون. نحن نقدر الوضع بالتعليمات للتباعد ولكن ذلك يضايق الزبائن وايضا قامت بمناداة احد الجرسونات باصدار صوت من اصابع يدها وهذا الامر غير لائق ابدا لمعامله الموظفين وخصوصا امام الزبون

المطعم جديد في مجمع النخيل. وللامانة طلبت طبقين سوشي و طبق سلطه. الاكل بصراحة مرةتعبان واقل من مستوى المكان والمجمع. ما رح اتكلم عن السعر لانه يعتبر مثل باقي المطاعم. لكن جودة الاكل بدون مجامله ١ من عشرة. المشكله المطعم زحمة يمكن عشانه جديد. بس اللي متعود ياكل سوشي ما انصحه يقرب له
