استغربت ان ولدي الصغير راجع من ستار بوكس زعلان هو طالب ايس شوكلت وانتم عطيتوه ايس كوفي ويوم قال لكم هذا مو طلبه مارضيتوا تغيرون الطلب

بصراحة الفرع الان احسن من قبل ، الان مرتب والموظفين منضمين بصراحة اشكر الاداره على كل شي وعلى هذا التغير ف الفرع انا زبون دائم من 2018 ، شكرا لكم فريق الصباح ، مزمل ومطلق وخالد ️️

بصراحه الموظفه فاطمه ابدعت بصنع كراميل مكانو اكستر شت ، وقمه في الروعه وتعامل في ستاربكس جنب المزرعه ٥ بالدوحه

اشكر الموظفيين اللي يستلمون آخر الليل وخصوصاً الموظف طه صاحب الاخلاق الطيبه شخص قمة في الاخلاق ، كل الاحترام

Terrible service from the staff member who could not understand a word of English. If you are going to open an international brand, at least hire some people who speak the most Adopted language in the world.

هل فيه ناس مميزين كي تعطونهم بطاقات تخفيض ؟ هل فيه طريقة الحصول على بطاقة التخفيض والا على مزاج الموظف وحسب الزبون

I swear the god this is the best pizza that i had in ma whole life, hell im going next week & the week after

1. Mentioned dine-in but there is no a single table.

2.2 workers of Starbucks where smooking outside exactly in front of the entrance! I am sure costumers don't want to smell their smoking before entering the Coffeshop.

Refused to take my order between 1 am and 2 am.they said we’re closed for an hour and we’ll get fired if we serve you.what the heck? I’ve never heard of that!

They used to make good toffe nut latte but today it was horrible not coming to this branch again waste of money

Too bad, after you go you discover no straws and no invoice! Even the order is not as what we requested.

The Best Starbucks branch in town! The staff is really friendly and professional specially Shahid and Aqeel they are the best!

اول شي خدمة الموظف اللي يستقبل الطلبات جداً سيئه. مايسمع لازم اصرخ!
ثاني شي القهوه غير مضبوطه مثل باقي الافرع
قلتله ابغا الكوفي بدون ايس عشان مشواري طويل وابغا الايس سبريت ف كب ثاني. جاب لي الطلب بدون مع العلم خلاني اتقدم خارج اطار ستاربكس واعطل حركة السير
+ لما جاب الثلج كان في كوب خق قهوه ساخنه ومفتوح
طلبت فرابتشينو مع كريمه جاب لي اياه بدون كريمه
خدمة سيئه جداً اول مرا يمر علي فرع من فروعكم كذا

OMG this is LITERALLY the best Starbucks in town! Not only for the quality of the coffee but for the quality of the people working there! There is something so special about this place! They provide you everything with LOVE and smile. They have the ability to memorize your order and once they hear your voice they know exactly what u want … it’s always a pleasure to go to them even though they r not the closest to my place. But such attitude is soooo worthed. Thank you Shahid, Lorre and team you truly make my day

I like Starbucks but the guys get my orders wrong twice and I hate when this happened. I hate to drive back all the way. It’s really annoying. I hope next time they will get my order right.

أطول مكان يقفل وقت الصلاة اكثر من نص ساعة مو معقول والطوابير زحمه، صلاة العشا اوك بس مو يصلون التراويح الله يجزاهم خير

Very small branch for take out only!

Always busy. The only good thing about it, is the DRIVE THRU service!

ستاربكس صغير. بدون جلسات داخلية! طلبات سيارات. وطلبات خارجية فقط!

I had the worst cup of Flat White.
Coffee is burnt and taste awful. I didn’t even drink the coffee. I had enough trying Starbucks in Saudi almost always I don’t get satisfied. Sometimes coffee is super burnt, milk is heated too much that gives a bitter taste.
Alshaei franchise is ruining Starbucks republican

Jabir is super friendly and helpful and knows how to deal with customers. The coffee too tastes better here. I’m guessing the Barista here knows what he’s doing!

If you are interested in a random experience, try this branch in the morning, working days:

- SPAN machine isnt working at least once a week.
- Turkey and cheese croissant? Sure we will charge you for that and give you a cheese only croissant, you wont find out before reaching your office anyway.
- Short cappuccino but we heard you say Tall cappuccino? We will fix that instantly, pour this into that, here you go, short overpriced hot milk.
- Drive Through is closed randomly, park and queue sir.

Seriously, does SB has any quality control in the area?

The drive through need to get some attention. As the window is very old and looks rusty!

What the customer sees is important. As it is still a part of the buying experience. Hopefully they will see the review and improve themselves.

اسوء وأسخ فرع ولله انه مقفل حتى بعد الصلاه يمكن بثلث ساعة زياده انا ما ادري نضامهم كذا ولا السالفه عبط

لم يتم اعطائي علبتين الماء اللي طلبتها ودفعت الحساب. كان المكان مزدحم. تاريخ الزيارة يوم السبت ٣ أوقست ٢٠١٩ الساعة ٤ونص عصرا

The filipino employee working in 5: 30 pm shift in drive thru has a very rude attitude in responding to costumers! Very rude i hope you change him cause i cant take my coffee if i saw him again.
