Starbucks

We spend almost 5 to 6 hours bcoz of layover and had ice macchiato which was realy tasty.both the staff are so polite and friendly.i would recommend to spend your waiting time with great coffee and snacks.

One of the worst branches ever. There was only one person at the cashier who made the drinks and food for the customers; the service was too slow.

ولاتيه عبارة عن حليب فقط للاسف ستاربكس تغير واصبح يطمح لتوفير اكثر من الجودة المشكله ان سعره 22 للواحد تقريب طيب ضبط المشروب دام سعرك كذا اخر مره اخذ منهم

Worst cold coffee.i have asked them iced cappuccino with foam topping and they said we don't have this here but they are displaying on their menu. The cashier suggested to take Iced white mocha saying that it's similar n good but it was the worst and waste of money (20 riyal).
Don't waste your money here in the airport store.

This starbucks doesn't deserve to stay in this CORRUPT AIRPORT! Very bad people working in this place! So sad.

Iced coffee is the worst choice, serviced with an attitude and a kilo of ice.photo attached is after removing a lot of ice.note that less ice to be used.not worthy

Best for waiting for a plane at the airport! The staff was friendly and I had a good rest while eating my favorite Blonde Vanilla Double Shot Macchiato ;)

Airport Starbucks all branches are very bad.bad coffee no milk options.there should be more monitor and quality control.not because ppl are leaving you give them the worst cup!

They have nice Cajun sandwiches with whole-wheat bread for healthy choice to go cofee is ok ok sitting area need to frequently cleaned (Tables).

The lady how is working there give me me order not complete she was handling her mobile and not helpful at all

My 10 years daughter can do much better than starbucks.
I am award winner latte art
And I would definitely told you this is not latte … steaming and mixing milk defiantly would impact brand image.

الفرع يحتاج الى ادارة جيدة ولتنظيم في العمل
موظفة الكاشير هي لي اسوي طلبات المشروبات ومن غير قلافز وتمسك الكاس من داخل بيدها، ومسؤول البار يسخن ساندويش وبشكل بطيئ غير المعتاد عليه من موظفين ستاربكس
وبسبب هذا التنظيم الي ما تشرف عليه ادارة المحل بشكل سليم دخلت انتظر كزبونه امام الكاشير الى ان طلعت من المحل.
زحمت المحل بنسبه لفروع ستاربكس الاخر غير مزدحم وقت زيارتي ولكن رسالة موجهه للادارة في حال كنت رح تترك موظفين تاكد بانهم يقدمو لزبون خدمة المتوقعة من ستاربكس

System is down and they cannot proceed manually. We have to wait for more than 30 minutes.

اخيس فرع بلا منازع يعني موظف واحد يستلم الطلب و يسوي الطلب! الزين الموظف سريع لكن مو يعني توظف موظف واحد

للأسف مكان حيوي مثل مطار
يجب على ستاربكس يكون أفضل من كذه
سيء لأبعد حد!
طلبت تورتلا دجاج كانت سيئة جدا و واضح عليها سوء التخزين
فربتشينو كراميل برضو مختلف عن ما اطلبه دائما من فروع ستاربكس الاخرى.

تعاون الموظفه معي و استرجعت مبلغ السندويتشه.

Thank you JR for ur friendly attitude you made my day. He changed the drink that I didn’t like with a much better one from his taste. It’s gonna be my favourite order.

Secondly, I personally spoke to several people in charge upon their visits to this branch regarding manpower issues

This is an airport branch and flights are increasing everyday.

Staff, can not cope with the demand!

Tables, cannot be cleaned effectively. Simply because of lack of manpower.

Several airport staff complained about the same issue and it’s been a while

Their service is good, I go there on daily bases they are always not having filter coffee aka black coffee, not this brand but the one in the domestic area

Yo jay-r and Julius made one of the best machines and had the friendliest service legit loved this experience thanks to them

I had ordered a Hot Mocha & they made it within 30 second and the tast was somethings else not hot mocha (i think it was made for any other customer) They’re claiming It's hot mocha & said they’re about close even the time was 10: 40 pm.

Really disappointed.

Both zainab and faisel they made my day thank for then for their good service and the manger is Mr.riyaz is good person he is one of the best manger i ever had in starbucks branches

Though I was not taking away still coffee was served in disposable cup. Topping powders were not available beside Mocha powder.
Banana walnut loaf is one of the signature food item in USA but not available.

للأسف للأسف للأسف سيئ جداً جداً. و خصوصا موظفتين سعوديتين لاسف التعامل سئ جدا و حتى القهوه غير مضبوطه ارجوا منكم إيجاد حل معاهم. مو معناته ان الفرع يبيع انه ناجح لا إذا استمر بهذي طريقه راح يخسر كثير.

Their airport branch is quite small but they have all your favorite starbucks drinks and pastries.

The place is neat and tidy and you can spend time before your trip. The coffee and desserts are very tasty

Actually it was bad experience as i was having 10 minutes to my flight and they said its closed we have to change the shift for 20 minutes!
That was really surprising and the Indian cashier was aggressive even i tell him politely so i go and purchase from Segafredo

This Starbucks store is kinda moody one.yesterday they made a very tasty coffee, but today the coffee was horrible.

There has been an explosion of trendy coffee shops in Al Khobar, but we would always go back to Starbucks and taste their coffee which we have loved drinking for years.

Glad they have branches inside Dammam Airport. This one right here is located after the Immigration and Duty Free area. While waiting for the actual boarding, a sip of coffee is a relaxing activity.

Coffee was great. Also I took.:) Love to. Payed with a EU card with nfc no pin. A bit surprised by that.

Very bad attitude from some of the workers there, most of the tables are dirty and the delivery of requested items is done in an inappropriate way.

خدمة بطيئة جدا واخطاء في اعداد الطلب، اكبر غلطة توظيف بنات في الفرع ، جلست تقريبا عشر دقايق انتظر دوري وانا ماقدامي الا شخص واحد والسبب البنت اللي في الكاشير تسولف مع صديقتها جايه تسلم عليها والنتيجه كانت خطأ في الطلب ، غير البنات اللي يعدون الطلبات باردين وبدون اي اهتمام للطلبات، لازم يصححون الوضع في هذا الفرع

Rude behaviour by the staff Mr. HAIDER. One person asked for a bottle of water and he paid 5 riyal for it. The staff told him to take the bottle from the counter, as the person was not aware which bottles he was referring to he went to the other side of the counter and asked for water again with the same person. But the staff replied to him with a very bad behavior. "arey bhai udar hey na pani" it was the staff duty to give him the water. When the other customer who was at the counter for order told him this is not the way to behave. He didnt bother to it.
