الموظف abdul سيء في التعامل و وقح و يرفع صوته على الزبون و غير مهذب و يحاول ان يحرج الزبون

فراع متميز وخدمه سريعه وروح التعاون مع الزبون جميله جداً وخاصة سيف العنزي انسان مبتسم ومهذب️.

فرع جميل وهادي بنفس الوقت والموظف اسمه سيف العنزي ماشالله تبارك الله يتفتح النفس ودايم مبتسم ولله ياليت كل فروع الخبر زيهه

يا جماعه انا بس لحالي الي متأذيه من ريحة ارضية المقهى اول ما ادخل لهالفرغ. واضح ادوات التنظيف تحتاج لتنظيف و على قد ما قلتلهم الريحه هي هي ما من تغير ف الاحسن انا الي اغير عم لوعة الكبد كل صباح

اخذت فلايت وايت كانت لذيذة و مضبوطة
و الجلسات الخارجية روعة و نظيفة

One of the best Starbucks in Khobar. Nice and welcoming staff all the times. I take my usual every 6am and always clean and refreshing morning. Wish you all the best.

Worst branch, worst service. Not at all Starbucks standards. This branch specifically used to be much better. Not anymore: (!

رغم الجودة العالية لبقية فروع ستاربكس اللي زرتها ،،، أول مرة أعطي تقييم ٣ نجوم لفرع ستاربكس والسبب ان المحل فيه ريحة غريبة وأزعجتني ما أعرف سببها لكن المفترض جميع الكافيهات يكون لها جو وبيئة خاصة … لكن الفرع هذا زرته اكثر من مرة وفي اوقات مختلفة وبعيدة عن بعض وللأسف نفس الرائحة

المكان جميل ومريح والي زاده راحه هو ذلك الموظف /صالح العويشير بابتساماته وخدماته لكبار السن المتميزه ولهذا يستحق التقدير

Starbucks. This place was visited. The place is good. It just needs cleaning. I put one star for because The restroom they put paper showing out of service and they were not true. It is only used by the staff. So Don't lie to customers

The Shop set-up decoration system is awesome The treat for those who work there is awesome Some menus are not set to understand on board

اسوا فرع فى الخدمه فى الشرقيه طلبت قهوه جلست اكثر من20 دقيقه ولم تتم خدمتي برغم ان المقهى فاضى بعدها استرديت المبلغ

The surroundings are awesome. To sit outside with a cup of coffee and watch the fountain and hear the music is amazing

تعامله سئ مع الزبائن و قهوته سيئة

The worst Starbucks in town! Making the coffee without even knowing how to make it! Ok I understand you want to Saudization but not like, that %100 girls how don’t know how to make a drinkable coffee. Very disappointed.

Breakfast with friends (Saqr and Hady) was very nice, recommended always to go morning early to enjoy cool environment.

Moderate size Starbucks within Villagio. Cozy ambiance and nice seating area inside and outside.

The place is overall tidy and clean.

في يوم 10 كانون الثاني 2021 هاتفني Jess أفضل من يعد القهوة يخبرني بتوفر حليب جوز الهند المنقطع منذ فترة. أحتسيت قهوتي المفضله من إعداد أشهر نادل يحضر قهوة أسبرسو مع حليب جوز الهند Jess الذي يعكس صورة طيبة عن ستاربكس والجندي المجهول وراء رقي المحل. يحمل على عاتقه نظافة و تحضير القهوة والأبتسامة بالكاد تفارق محياه.
تتوفر أنواع متعددة من القهوة ذات النكهات المميزة وتُعد بأريحية وأحترافية عالية. المكان نظيف و جميل وبه كل الأحتياطات اللازمة لسلامة مرتادي المحل. تقييمي 8 من 10.
JEZ’S is one of outstanding man who prepares coffee and very supportive to your needs. He is self motivated and brews coffee with passion and love. He is up to our expectation and will draw joy to starbucks environment. His responsiveness is amazing when starbucks run out of coconut milk, he called me once it was available. He does not want to loose customers.
My evaluation is 8 out of 10.

The worst Starbucks I had ever tried. The staff they don't know the difference between Latte and Macchiato

2020.12.04 The visit today was to have coffee after breakfast. A favorite location for me. We sat outside. Today we tried their dessert. Hot Americano was to my perfection. Same taste. Luvit. One recommendation will be to increase the frequency for cleaning tables and chairs in compliance with COVID19 guidelines.

2020.11.11 The morning coffee was at Starbucks. The cups are festive. The year reaching the end. It seems we all had to cross one year of our life. The main objective now is to stay healthy and safe. My recommendation is to add more staff during peak hours. We sat outside and it was lovely. There are seating indoor too @ Villagio

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. It is new and spacious with nice natural light. Good coffees, sandwiches, and service.
Please keep up the place to maintain good standard.

Apparently, the have have KPIs. To make sure their KPIs are good they work around the system by making you go wait outside, instead of collecting your order as you are paying. For some reason they run out of trays and card boards frequently, so when you order extra hot, the do not make it extra hot so you do not ask for the card board. As a customer, I notice those two deficiencies frequently and in all branches, as if they are comparing notes. Whoever is responsible for quality and KPIs need to visit branches, as a customer to know what is going on. That if you are series about service and KPIs.
When I order extra hot, I want it EXTRA HOT. And, please do not abuse customers to cheat on your KPIs, it is difficult as it is.

Excellent staff service, Mohammad was very cooperative this morning helping in my wifi problem thank you Mohammad.

يلاحظ وجود ازدحام الانتضار على دورات المياه في المقهى بسبب اغلاق دورات المياه في مجمع فلايجيو وكثير من المطاعم والمقاهي في المجمع

Great place, completely new and well situated. Great choices of drinks and good service. Inside and outside plenty place to relax. This area is new developing and worth going there: must stop for taking a coffee!
