I was disappointed with this place. The food is average, we started off with soup which was ok, but the portion was way too much for one person. We had some seafood apps that were good. The sushi was decent. The fish dishes were average. I wouldn't say that it's on par with other seafood restaurants. Service is good, but you need to make sure the waiter understands you clearly, or you may end up with an extra dish you didn't order and will have to pay for as they won't take it back. Overall it's an okay place, not someplace I'd go again though.

Ordered Tomyum Soup and chefs lobster
Soup was 10/10, and probably the only restaurant I found that makes it properly

The lobster was good but not special

Saudi Champagne was as expected (good)

مطعم فخم رووعه. مشويات السمك ممتاز جدا و شوربات شي جميل فوق الوصف. خبراء السي فوود من جميع الأصناف. بس سعر شوي عالي لكن يستاهل الشغل حقهم على مستوى عالي جدا

Wonderful fresh seafood cooked to perfection. Choose your fish from the selection of fresh fish and have it cooked the way you want. The Tom Yom soup was wonderful and spicy although I asked for the medium spicy soup which left me in tears.

الزيارة الاولى. لذيذ و مرتب و نظيف ،، كانت اطباق بحرية العيب الوحيد كان مالح فقط ولو يقل الملح افضل

This is the place when I want to have a good sushi, but service is getting bad these days, I have asked them to grilled the fish “well done” instead they gave me “mid well” and when I asked them to grill it more till it comes crunchy a little, they were saying this is how we do it. I think it’s the customer right to pick how he wants to eat his fish.

The food is decent. We usually go as a family or a group. The seafood selections that they have are good but a bit overpriced in my opinion. If you're ordering seafood from downstairs, I would recommend you have it grilled way delicious. Overall it's a good place for seafood but not an authentic Korean cuisine.

First time in life i have tried squids, they cook it to perfection, no smell no bad taste, crispy. Lobster with mac n cheese and king prawns in lemon sauce was awesome.

السلبيات كثيرة ١ / دورة مياه واحدة غير صالحة ٢/لايوجد دورة مياه للنساء ٣/ المصلى صغير جدا جدا على خدمات المحطة ٤/الدفع غير متوفر بالبطاقة الائتمانية ٥ / مخرج المحطة مع طوابير الكوفي يعيق الخروج ٦/ تكرار انقطاع الماء
اتمنى تحسين ومعالجة المحطة لترتقي وتحقق اهداف المستهلك وزارها

لذييذ جدا انصح بتحربته ، يعني تبي سي فوود لا تروح عند مطاعم مالها شغل بالسي فوود بس يعني انو تقدمه دامه فالمنيو عندهم، لا تبي سي فود زورهم ومالك الا شي لذيذ جدا بس ادفع ياطويل العمر

الاكل ممتاز بس لازم تختار طريقه الطبخ عشان البهارات راح تكون شبه معدومه اذا ما اخترت الطريقه الي تبيها.
لا يوجد اصانصير للدور الثاني والدرجة صعب شوي.
يوجد حواجز.

من أفضل المطاعم اللي تقدم المأكولات البحرية بأنواعها ، الشوربات البحرية مميزة ولذيذة طلبت شوربة (توم يوم + شوربة بولابيس) التوم يوم يجي معها روبيان وفطر وبصل ابيض رهييييبة ولذيييذة وتجي سبايسي شوي ، الطبق الثاني متخصص محار مع الصوص الاحمر انصح بتجربتها للي يحبون المحار متميزة ومافي مطعم ثاني يسويها واخيراً طبق الاسباني الشهير وهو الباييلا بثمار البحر الطبق جيد الى حدٍ ما.

Ordered chicken soul, Tom Yom Soup, Hamoor ‘fish’, and calamari. Food was fine, place was super clean, overpriced, and there was a communication issue with some waiters. مطعم متوسط. القائمة بحرية. نظيف و هادئ. فيه مشكلة بسيطة في التواصل مع اللي يشتغلون. واسعاره مبالغ فيها جدا.

Staff is untrained with no sense of hospitality or care for the restaurant's revenue.

Three of my colleagues and I went there to get the business lunch as advertised in the website. Upon arrival, we were seated, presented with the menu with no introductions whatsoever.

We requested the business lunch menu and were told it is only in the Rashid mall branch. We asked if they could accommodate doing the same since the website does not specify which branch, otherwise, we will leave. They said "No", and "we can leave". On our way out, meeting the manager, we were asking again why are the two branches different. He only stated that they don't have it and again saying we can go to the other branch.

The manager clearly doesn't care about gaining customers' loyalty. Instead of gaining SAR 280 for the restaurant, they got zero. Especially when there was only one customer in the whole restaurant.

Nice tasty seafood especially grilled salmon with Thai sauce and not to mention Tom yam soup, a must try

The only thing that was tasty is lobster.
Prices: 900gm hamour for 196 SAR, 800 gm lobster for 265 SAR.

I think one of the best fish restaurant in Saudi. You can choice your fish and how to be cooked. I visited 4 time and every time fish was fresh and good taste.

Ristorante di pesce eccellente. Prezzi un po' alti, ma qualità e freschezza sopra la media. Banco per la scelta del pesce molto fornito, consiglio cottura semplice su piastra, senza condimenti 'invadenti o inappropriati'. Locale moderno, pulito, gradevole. Personale cortese ed educato anche se non brilla per simpatia.

الاكل طعمة لذيذ ومميز. مشكلة المطعم, صالة العوائل في الدور الثاني ولا يوجد بالمطعم اصانصير وارتفاع عتبات السلم صعبة على كبار السن. ولذلك، تقديري ثلاثة ونصف نجوم ولكن الاكل يستحق اربع نجوم.

[Mar-2019] Not my first visit to Soul Kitche, nor this is my first disappointment in these kitchen. The restaurant is still overpriced and not good. Service got better since last time, but not by much. Overall it's over price and the sush is not good, mostly because the rice they use.

المطعم ممتاز والأكل رائع جدآ خاصة الديناميت لكن عيبه انه غالي ومبالغ فيه تخيلو اخذت سمكة هامور واحدة وزنها كيلو وربع حسبها لي ب 226 أتمنى من الادارة مراعاة الأسعار

Accessibilty: Very accessible as this is inside Al Rashed Mall (near Fuddruckers and mosque).

Ambiance: Love the various lamps/chandelier at the center.

Service: The Filipino crew have always been very accommodating, all smiles while serving the food. A 'tip' is worthy reward to them.

Food: When I crave for Crazy California Maki and Dragon Maki, this is the place to go to. Affordable yet you'll definitely get full!

كلام الاخ عبدالرحمن العطيه مضبوووط. طلبت حمام مشوي والبهارات كانت كثيييير والاكل اتعبني مره حوالي ٧ ساعات عشان ينهظم! وبصراحه غالي

رائع وطعم لذيذ والأكل طازج تختاره بنفسك ماعدى صنف من الربيان كبير جدا يأتي من الامارات. الأسعار غاليه نوعا ما وبالذات السوشي

المطعم جميل والاطباق شهية. انصحكم بالفوتشيني بالدجاح فقط او الاكلات البحرية. يعيب السمك المشوي بعض انواع البهارات الذي يضعون لذا انصحكم باحتيار نوع البهار بعناية وعدم قول فقط مشوي. القواقع جدا جميلة.

The restaurant was nice and delicious. I recommend for you the Fettuccin. The sauce and spice that were added to the fish and shrimp was a bit fat so pls make sure about choosing you spice carefully. The snails were delicious.

جميل جداً و الأكل نظيف و لذيذ. Very nice and the wonderful decrations captivated you. Also, the food taste is hillarious

المطعم جيد لكن ليش ممتاز والأكل متوسط وأسعاره متوسطة والجلسات والديكورات عادية جداً يعني بأختصار مو على السمعة الي تنقال عنه

الحقيقة صدمة بالنسبة لي.
النجمتين فقط لنظافة المطعم ولباقة المظيفين.
الاكل لا يمتاز بشيء عن غيره من المطاعم العادية وقد تتفوق عليه بعضها مع غلاء سعره.

2- سمك السلي المقلي جيد جداً
3- برياني دجاج جداً عاااادي
4- دجاج سول وايضاً عادي

المطعم جيد جدا لكن المساحه صغيره مع إنه ميزانين
سمك الحمام المشوي طيب جداً ويستاهل أرجع علشانه.
شوربة العدس غير مميزه وماتستحق سعرها.
الناس تمدح الجمبري لكن ما جربته "عندي حساسيه من القشريات البحريه" (:

مطعم رائع يتميز بالأكلات البحرية وغيرها من الأطعمة والمشروبات الرائعة يعيبه فترة الإنتظار في حالة إمتلاء المطعم خصوصا قسم العائلات وأسعارهم متوسطة إلى عالية لبعض الأصناف ولكن يستحق الزيارة وهو من المطاعم الراقية وطاقم العمل جدا مرحب ويشعرك بقمة الضيافة
