A very elegant, cozy and ultra-modern coffee shop / lounge that allows you to dine and relax overlooking the beauty of AlKhobar view while being serenaded by a lady playing a modified electronic harp.

Price is doubled and bit pricey for an average coffee shop but you get what you pay for when it comes to service and ambiance. Tables were arranged with rose petals and e candles that makes it more romantic

Bonie, Analisa and Abughoush surely made a difference with our Kempinski Experience. Most especially Bonie who gave us freebies.

Dress code is smart casual but I came wearing only shorty shorts hahaha

المشروبات عادية جداً والاسعار مبالغ فيها ، العامل المصري طه سيء جداً في التعامل لأبعد درجة ممكن تتصورها أتمنى من ادارة الفندق تدريبه على طريقة التعامل مع النزلاء او إبعاده كلياً.

زرت سكاي لاونج في فندق كمبنسكي الخبر جلسه جميله واجواء رائعه وموسيقى لايف ، موظفين سكاي لاونج ودودين جدا اخص بالذكر الموظفه (خوله) حريصه جدا جدا على ارضاء الضيوف ومرتادي سكاي لاونج ودوده مع الجميع مبتسمه خدومه سريعه تحرص على ان يعود الضيف لزيارة المكان وهي فعلا مكسب وواجه مشرفه لسكاي لاونج.

My experience with the hotel is pleasant, the service excellent, and the staff treats you very well. I thank the employee, Tia, who makes me feel welcome and that I'm a special guest every time I visit Sky Lounge.

لذيذ والخدمة راقية. بس اتأخرو علينا مرة لين جابولنا الطلب. ووحدة من طلباتنا ما كانت متوفرة قاموا غيروها لنا بدون ما يسألونا

كانت عندي تجربة قبل اسبوع وكانت قمة الروعة بس للاسف لمن كررت الزيارة الوضع قلب من خمسة نجوم الى صفر نجمة

انا حاجز بالتلفون أمسية الشاهي ل ٣ اشخاص

ولمن اجي الاسكاي لاونج ما حصلت اي استقبال والكل مشغول ومحد يعطينا وجه ولمن بالعصعوبة قدرت اتواصل مع الموظف الا يعطينا طاولة سيئة صغيرة في الزاوية تكفي لشخصين فقط وراحوا جابوا كرسي غير متناسق مع الطاولات لتكملة العدد فقط

علما بأني حاجز وافترض لمن احجز يكون لي مكان جاهز مو ترقيع عشان يكسبون العدد

عموما لمن وصل السيت مينو مثل ما هو موضح بالصورة حتى الطاولة ما تكفي للطلب حقنا علما بأنه سيت مينو جاهز من قبلهم

فراحو يجيبون لي طاولة ثانية ترقيع وتشوه بصري تام عشان يمشيون الطلب

والموظفات ما يفهمون لا انجليزي ولا عربي ولا شي بالصعوبة توصل لها الطلب وتفهم وبعدين تقول كلام ثاني وترجع تقول كلام ثاني ضعت جدا معها

بعدها قابلت مدير الأغذية والمشروبات الاستاذ خالد الشهري وللامانه

الرجال ما قصر وغير لنا الطاولة مرتين وقدم لنا خدمة تليق في الخمسة نجوم

اشكره جزيل الشكر لحاله يستحق ٥ نجوم

اما المطعم وبقية الاستاف ولا نجمة

شكرا واتمنى منكم التحسين والاستمرار على الجودة والحرص

Their dishes tasted really good and most of them were actually surprisingly delicious and had really unique tastes. But they were very slow and took forever to get one dish ready. Their tables for 3+ seats are very low so you have to lean down while eating and when you’re eating sushi it’s very uncomfortable. Sushi nights are on Tuesdays it might be better then but i tried it out on a Saturday so i don’t know.

Bad experience
When We arrived dining tables were not available although we reserved a week before. After 1h and 20 min sushi is served
I do not recomend this restaurant for an open sushi night
The only good thing about this restaurant is the music:)

It was really baaaad experience. I came and sit and no one give me the menu, I waited for 15 min. The coffe came after half hour! It is only coffee. The taste of coffee was so bad and it was cold. The cup was unclean obviously.

I will never come back
And I hope my experience helps others to not do the same mistake I did.

خدمة سيئة ، وموظفين سيئين بالتعامل. ولما طلبنا السوبر فايزر حقر الموضوع ولا جاء. عينك عينك يطردو الزبون الساعة ١٠ المساء وهم معلنين ان مفتوحين ل ١١.
ما ادري كيف السعوديين يرضو على انفسهم المعاملة السيئة هاذي وبفلوسهم
ما انصح اي احد يروح هناك

المكان حددده رايق وهادي بس الكافي نفسه اسعارهم غاليه جدا بالاضافه انه القهوه والحلا يعتبرون سيئين

They say 40 min for 1 order of Sushi ‍️ excuse: chef has a lot of orders while only 4-5 tables are occupied mostly for coffee. It is really disappointing as I was looking forward to try the sushi. I went for a sandwich instead.

Great place to relax on on and take hot drink or cold drink safe place where it is located and the lobby of the complains ki hotel at Dammam the lobby is so nice with different levels of seeds and sometimes love music
