عشق الجميع لكن راجعو اسعاركم وعلمو ودربو موظفاتكم بعدم التطفل عالزبون ومعرفة التسويق المحترم مش تسويق نصب واحتيال لبعض المنتجات الفاشله لتسويقها وبسكم طمع

من اسوء الاماكن فروع سيفورا بالسعوديه واسوء موظفات واسوء كاشيرات تنافخ عليك كانك سارقه شنطتها

The girls that work there are very annoying, also unhelpful. I was looking for foundations. Either IT Cosmetics CC cream, Nars, or Chanel. The lady kept insisting I get the Gucci foundation. She kept saying you won’t find your shade anywhere else, only Gucci. Like what. Basically I took it and left and started looking at lipstick by my own. Another lady came and insisted to get the Gucci lipstick. When I was hesitant, she asked oh is it too expensive for you? Except it came out condescending. Anywho she still was insisting I get Gucci. I told her I want to look at lipsticks from other brands. She came with me and kept jumping in every time I would look at one. This won’t work for you. This won’t work for you.

تسوق ممتع الجميل ان الموظفات لا يفرضون عالعميل الشرح والحديث عن المنتجات بمعنى لباقه عاليه

و لا مره و لا مرره دخلت سيفورا و اخذت على حسب نصايح الموظفات و عجبني دايم اندم اني سمعت لهم، يعني ينشبون لك و بس تهتم تبيع لك وش عندها و تعطيك اي شئ ما يناسبك ، توبة بعاملهم معامله الجدار من يوم ورايح

يسرقون النقاط تقول بحط رقمك وتحط رقمها وتاخذ نقاط، امس رايحه لهم واسالها عندي اشتراك تقول ايوه حطيت رقمك بالفاتوره واليوم رحت سيفورا فرع ثاني يقولون لي ماعندك اشتراك!

فرع جميل ومرتب بس يعيبه التكييف جداً حرررر

موظفات ذوق وسرعة بالتعامل ينصحونك باشياء انتي اذا فاهمة بالميك اب راح تعرفين تختارين صح حابة اشكر موظفة الاستقبال سارة على حسن التعامل

اخذت منهم فاونديشن نارس وتعاملهم مع الاسف جداً سيء. اعطت اللي قدامي عينات وهديه شنطه وتخيرهم بالهدايا،، مع ان حسابهم اقل مني ويوم جا دوري سألتها مب المفروض اخذ عينات مجانية قالت تبغينه خذيه واذا ماتبغينه خليه?

I don’t like the dealings completely, especially from the administrators. The place is not clean. Also, the management is very bad. The employees are also annoying. I never took my comfort in shopping. This place wins the worst place in the world.

خدمة pick up and collect زي الزفت جربتها ثلاث مرات وكلها تتكنسل ويرجعون الفلوس بعد مدة مو على طول وكانت تجربة اولى وابدا مراح تتكرر اصلا لو في تقييم نجمة وحده حطيته

اشكر الموظفة عبير اعتقد انها في قسم YVL متعاونة وذربة و تغليفها مرتب.
للأسف كانت فيه موظفة معلقة جوالها عليها على جنب معلق بقماش ملون، كانت عند النحت تتلفظ بألفاظ ابدًا مو مهنية مع الموظفات اللي معها و قدام الزباين، الميانة اللي بينكم مو لازم نعرفها و نسمع هذه الالفاظ

Sephora dhahran mall is at gate 1, right on the left side of gate 1. I visited sephora to collect my online order. And my click and collect experience with sephora was really satisfying. It's really fast, in general, other online store prepares our order for quite too long, but in sephora, only need about 2 hours and the order is ready to collect. I ordered the ordinary skincare which is online exclusive, the payment is using credit only but i used mada card (SNB). It can be solution for you who only buy few item and don't want to pay delivery fee or waiting too long for the package to arrived at your doorstep

I already have a bad experience here in Sephora it was in nakeel mall branch… they accused me that I shop lifting in thier store and they were wrong. I made complains and I was really mad.but they are the one who asked sorry. They we’re trying to give me a gift but I do th want to accept it.but they force me… at the end everybody ask for forgiveness and I said fine. But they made a me embarrassed infornt of many people. And this time there are 3 teens that they accused again same accusation but they doesn’t know that these kids are thier regular costumers and thousands of riyals spent to thier store and branches! Please SEPHORA MANAGEMENT aso something to your representatives attitute! It will not help the company!

اولا جميع العينات الصغيرة سواء من عطور أو غيره تم أخذها من قبل البنات اللواتي يعملن هناك. ثانيا النقاط لاتستبدل بمكافات فكل مرة موظفة المحاسبة تقول المرة القادمة تستطيعين الحصول على مكافأة وكأنها تريد تصريفي فقط. مجرد كلام لايوجد مصداقية. ثالثا هناك بنات يتعمدون احراجك اثناء الشراء سواء بالالحاح أو بالأسئلة

Ladies in the hair section are kind and lovely. The ladies at the perfume counter at the front, not so welcoming!

Annoying employees constantly in your face trying to get you to buy something, but when you actually need help, they’re nowhere to be found.

Not only that, but they follow you around and don’t let you shop in peace.

Everything is constantly sold out and the employees are not skilled at all. When trying to buy a concealer, the woman was trying to convince me to buy two concealers and gave me the wrong shades insisting they were my shade.

And when you do make a big purchase, if you’re lucky to even get samples, they are so bad. I got 4 of the same thing.

The only thing saving this Sephora is that
it’s big and has a variety of products. Thats it.

جايه ابي اشتري كونسيلر عادي مخلص عندي وقلت للموضفه ابي نفسه ونفس درجه اللون الاخت راحت تتفلسف فوق راسي هذا اسمه نارس حبيبي ادري انه نارس محد سالك وفوق ذا في وحده منقبه نفسييهه شوي وتهبدك الله لا يبلانا

الموظفات فوضويين ومؤذيين بشكل مو طبيعي وكل وحدة تسوق للبراند اللي ماسكته ومايهمهم انتي شنو محتاجة المهم تمشي بضاعة السكشن اللي ماسكته ماقدرت اتسوق من معاملة الموظفات السيئة وطلعت

ياليت يكون احترافيه عند المحاسبين
طلبت اشوف نقاطي الي بالاشتراك و المحاسبه ورتني وش لي من هديه وانا اسالها هذا ايش وهذا ايش على طول تقولي بطريقة عصبيه بسرعه وراك ناس اخترت بسرعه وقلت لها ترى من حقي وهذا وقتي وللعلم تراي مااخذت اكثر من دقيقه فعلين والله يشهد ثم الكاميرات وقلت لها هذا وقتي ولي حق فيه وتصبرين قالت الي وراك يعصبون قلت بكيفهم انا بعد كنت في طابور واستنى ماعصبت على الي قدامي.
بس اتمنى لحميع المحلات يعطون دورات للمحاسبين بإحترام الزبون لكن بعضهم لو جاها احد غيري وسوالف وحكي وطول عادي بس انا اسالها وش هالمنتج وهذا ايش تعصب

Worst online experience ever

I ordered a Gucci guilty women edition perfume online and it was supposed to be delivered maximum by 9th of march and then I needed to have the gift by 12th as it was for my moms birthday.so I contacted Sephora and told them about the amount of embarrassment that I was in as I wasn’t able to get my mom a gift for her birthday so they offered me a 20 riyals gift like please, what am I going to do with 20 riyals in Sephora this isn’t even enough to buy a plastic bag, and then on 22nd they called me to deliver the perfume like for real it took them 2 weeks and a half almost 3 to deliver a perfume

بصراحة فرع سيفورا بوابة ١٠ بالظهران مول افضل فرع وبكل جداره خصوصا الموظفه اللي اسمها بشرى ️ احترافيه تامه وغير عنصريات ولا تحس ان البنات بينهن حسد وحقد بين بعض مثل بقية الفروع اعشق هذا الفرع بصراحة وانا عضويتي ذهبية لدى سيفورا وتقييمي لهذا الفرع ١٠/١٠ وبكل جداره ️️️️️️

فاتورتي كانت فوق 600 وماعطوني اي هدايا بس الظاهر معروف مين قاعد ياخذ العينات بنات انتبهو قبل تشترون اسألو فيه هدايا او اسحبو عليهم لان من حقكم الهدايا وبعض الموظفات ياخذونها لانفسهم او اكتفو بالطلب من الموقع يعطونكم هدايا طبعا الهدايا مو اي كلام مكياج وماركات عالميه وعطور لاتسكتون عن حقكم

They close the shop for 45 min for prayers while all workers are hanging out together inside the shop. Knowing that regulations have changed and all shops are open now during prayers.

الموظفات قليلات ذوق و ادب ، ماعندهم اخلاق و اسلوبهم سيء جدًا في التعامل و مالهم خلق يشتغلوا و يستقعدوا على كل شيء حتى المنتجات المعروضة للتجربة ما يبغوا الواحد يجربها ، اسوأ فرع لسيفورا بوابة واحد خصوصًا موظفة ديور السمينة قليلة ادب و عديمة اخلاق جدًا شوي و تطرنا من المحل

كنت ابى احاسب موظفات الكاشير طلعو قبل الاذان واسمع وحده ليهم تصرخ بصوت علي قولو لها تطلع من المحل وانا اصلا محد نبهنى رحت احاسب لقيت نفسى مع موظفه الامن والموظفه الي كانت تساعدنى وراحت لهم برا المحل تقولهم تعالو حاسبو الموظفه يردون عليها طلعنا كل هذه قبل الاذان. المهم جاءت موظفه راقيه اسمها اعتقد اصاله وحاسبتنى واعتذرت بس تصرف الباقين كان صادم لان موظفات سيفورا بكل العالم بقمه الرقى محد يرفع صوته ويصرخ بنص المكان الصراحه التصرف كان صادم سيفورا غنيه عن التعريف عنها وعن موظيفها غريبه التصرف هذه وحرام ينظلم المحل بتصرف من موظفين غير راقي ولا يمت ل سيفورا بصله هذه فرع الظهران مول بوابه واحد

Good day. I was yesterday at sephora thr casher employee left the shop before the prayer call and she was screaming to ask the customer to leave we need to go out of shop. So when i went to pay the one who was helping me go after them outside the shop asking them to get back so i can pay they just ignore her! All of that and the prayer call didny come.
Im surprised thats happened in Sephora!?
Which consider one of the elite shops.

I shop here a lot … always spend over 1000 SAR in makeup and never ever do I get samples. When I ask for samples having spent a couple thousand, they say they don’t have!
In other Sephora’s even when you spend less than a thousand reals you get plenty of samples … will not shop there again

من افضل المتاجر للعطور والمكياج وكريمات الاعتناء بالبشرة وافضل الاجهزة ايضا للاعتناء بالبشرة

I asked for a fenty black eyeliner they gave me blue, and after 2 days when i opened the box and realized it was blue they refused to return when it was their fault sho gave me something i didnt want.

I am completely dissatisfied with the Make up service some of employers were inactive but I really appreciate Raham how she is got expert of perfume she helped me a lot.

المتجر فيه العديد من الماركات العالميه للعطور والماكياج والعنايه بالبشره
اشتريت عطور منهم بوقت عروض وكانت الاسعار حلوه لكن عادةً اسعاره نار وغالي الموظفات خدومات بالاخص مريم واماني شكرا على اخلاقكم الجميله وحلمكم على العميل وبشاشتكم والله الواحد يكون سعيد اذا شاف موظفات مبيعات بنفس مستواكم ماشاءالله بالتوفيق لكم يارب️

Where do I even begin. This store lacks stock, anytime I want to get a shade of foundation all I can find are around ten shades (even though their website provides all of them?). Those ten shades are regularly really light, this is unacceptable for a society that has mostly tan skin. Not to mention that everything is almost always out of stock. The staff are very unprofessional, rude and lack makeup skills, every time I come here something bad has to happen. One time I was testing out foundations at one of the mirrors and a staff member just pushed me aside, literally pushed me just to show someone else the products there. She could have just asked me to move aside, but let me repeat, she physically pushed me. Another time I was minding my own business when one of the staff members dropped a whole bottle of foundation on the floor and it went all over my clothes. I went straight to the cashier and asked for the manager, the manager did not take me seriously because of my age (I was 20 at the time). In addition, the staff kept making fun of me and the situation, I believe I should have been compensated for the damages that occurred but in return I was met with mockery. Really do not understand why these people work here, never once have they recommend me a product that suited me. Not to mention that they do not know how to use makeup correctly. They lack sanitation always using their dirty fingers on costumers faces instead of a q-tip. I would not recommend anyone to go shopping at this store unless you are looking for a bad time.
