Very bad management they don't care for customer clearly one person he told take your money back and he don't care for customers.they have got proud as they have sales if customers are not happy he should focus, I sorry disagree with the treatment of stupid workers over there.

Worst service ever seen by the counter guy and waiters.thy act as if we are eating for free. Bahut ghamand he unko.and

We were 3 colleagues and ordered 3 biryani but each plate we got only 2 pcs and bone piece.never recommended. Don't waste your hard earned money.

This is one the fine place for the Hyderabadi mutton and chicken biryani lover. Portion of biryani is definitely matching with price.

In the low price you can enjoy good taste and good portion.

Biryani is yumm and delicious. But we cannot assure how many pieces will you get in one plate of biryani since the waiter serve biryani as per his own choice.sometime u may get 6-8 PC's of mutton and sometime only one piece. It all depends on the waiters mood. Price is affordable.

Please note they only accept cash payment and no card payment is allowed.the counter guy's always denies card.

Today had lunch 8 ppl in Rummaan restaurant order full chicken and mutton biryanis.food was ok but disappointed by management. 1) we requested specific chiken piece but waiter replied, what ever comes in bowl have it. Can’t bring what you like to have it.

2) biryani mutton piece less then normal quantity, when we spoke at counter, he replied arrogantly count before eat it.

People come from long distance to have good lunch with colleagues, price increased No issue but dissatisfaction and arrogant behavior ruin the mood. Anyways i wish they improve the service for customers.

So far best biryani had in Khobar.
They have options in biryani for Mutton, Chicken and Beef.

Rates are very much acceptable.

The biryani is super delicious, the best hyderabadi biryani in ksa i can say after trying so many hyd restaurants, and very reasonable prices, but the management is zero
5 star is for their delicious biryani

Very poor customer service by the staff/waiters as if eating there for free. Only good point is food is good. Please show some courtesy towards customer even though we are not expecting "service" Such a rude behavior and will never come back again. Better to starve than going there
