Food quality is good, but ATTITUDE & SERVICE OF ALL (including the owners) has to be changed, or else it will not take long for customers to leave them!

Worst hotel Management.
Waiters are always sweating due to no proper air conditioning system. Waiters are not clean, no tidiness.

No hospitality. Hotel owners always focus only on their cash counter, they don't care about customers, always have dry and gloomy faces with no smile on their faces for years.

Bad experience. I went to purchase chicken curry at dinner time.the hotel owner said me to purchase chapati for 2 riyal. As I was having chapati at home, I said him I will purchase only curry. He said he will give curry take away only if I am ready to buy chapati or else I cannot buy it. I left the place. Then I send my friend to buy chapati with curry and with in 2mins the owner says he don't have chapati, rice and chicken curry need to purchase and for rice extra 5 riyal to b paid. How could chapati finish in 2 mins? If they have such kind of rule, why they don't write on their menu that it is compulsory to purchase chapati or rice with any curry and extra amount need to b paid. The restaurant timing is also wrong. It's close in evening 5 45. The timing mentioned on map is wrong.

Pure Hydrabadi food available for food lovers.the place is big, neat and clean but not well settled. Tasty food under budget

The experience was as usual good. All the Manu is tasty but we like Hyderabadi biryani and chicken 65 every time we visit. There is one thing I notice every time, the staff is very non professional and non cooperative. They must respect their customers.

Best biryani available in Dammam.the haleem is incomparable to any other place nearby.it's so tasty.location is really worse and hygiene is better than any other Hyderabadi restaurants in Dammam.

Soo upset only two small piece of mutton only ter and they charged 20Sr for mutton briyani, it’s like kuska (only rice no value for money)

Mutton biryani is awesome, but Talawa gosht is not upto the mark (too much oily). Chicken 65 is better.
Service is good and the price is also very reasonable. But they need to fix or replace furniture which is totally damaged.

Good n tasty Hyddrabadi food but they have to improve their dining system. Not enough chairs n tables for customer.

I had very bad expirence with Rummaan pls make sure before you give order for any party. They take advance and cancel it at last moment this kind of act is very lite for them and they enjoy with customers feelings.

The Cashier is unprofessional and the owner is super arrogant.

The worst thing is that you must pay up front.

In addition, there is only one server/waiter for the entire restaurant. The waiting period is also high.

The food is moderate.

If you are the owner of this restaurant and you read this, remember to remain humble and concentrate on optimizing services.

I visited this place after several referrals from my friends and I like somehow food is okay, but the place needs to be maintained well and there is no uniform for staff. It is very difficult to find the floor supervisor.at last kitchen needs more cleaning.

Foods are eatable but the cash desk person need little more professional on food sell,

They sale food with menu everything has price but when customer seek to take Mere ROTI they can’t give, as per him you have to buy something with roti, though ROTI has its on price as per them but still customer can’t take.

Hope process can change. There are people who prefer to eat in combination some food yours are good and some others restaurant.

Food is average.the person on cash counter is very very arrogant and rude with almost every single customer.this need to be noticed by the management, anyhow for this reason they are already losing image and business at the same time.a muslim must be kind and down to earth specially in business.sorry to complaint but it was a necessary point.thanks

Misbehaved by owner very arrogant behaviour, even asked to leave. Because we complained about food. If food is not served with respect. Then shouldn't visit place.very disappointed with these guys. Not recommended at all.self respect is really important.

Famous Indian hyderabadi Resturant.before opening in dammam they have branches in jubail and ras tanura u have to travel long for satisfying u r biryani love.
Last year they opened their branch in dammam and become famous not just for their food items but the cost which they r taking is also less than any other restaurant in khobar or dammam.
They didn't served desserts.
Service is quick and staff is friendly specially the owner is well behaved person.

For good indian taste, hyderabadi food, Biriyani, tahahri, good taste, garam masala quantity is little much which should try to manage.

Best ever tasted Mutton Briyani in Eastern province. Delicious. Double Masala is fantabulous. Can't explain it in words. Must try. It has overtaken Shalimar- Khobar and got the No. 1 spot for M. Briyani. Don't miss it.

We have to pay up upfront n sit n dine.

You must pay advance before you eat. You should calculate before entering restaurant as how much you will eat which is weird. If you need additional rotti you need to get up in between eating pay and continue the food. The cashier is rude as if people come to eat on his mercy
