انه يسكر الموسيقى ورفض رفض تام بحجة انه مطعم امريكي! والغريب اني اطلب هالطلب بجميع المطاعم ويتجاوبون بكل احترام وتفهّم لكن تصرف الهندي خلاني افكر اطلع من المطعم لولا جيّت الموظف خالد زيد رفع الله قدره وكتب اجره وتفهم طلبي بكل طيب وسكّر الموسيقى
حنا بحاجة للعمالة الطيبة امثال خالد لأنهم هم حقيقة الي يقدرون فعليًا رغبة العميل

I came to this restaurant for dinner, the server told me about their Ribs with honey and bbq, he said it was the best item they had. It tasted good and everything was fine. Later in the night I experienced severe gas and diarrhea, even until the next morning. I cant get the taste of it out of my stomach. It ruined my day and after talking to the staff and manager they said apologies you are the only person to ever have a problem with our food. He said how the way they smoke the meat is “special” because they import a unique type of wood. I asked for a refund they said that is not possible. I advise against eating at this restaurant due to their terrible customer service and food quality. I’m a regular carnivore who eats heavy meats all the time, but they insisted that i was not used to eating meat and heavy meals. I’m from out of town and I ate there because it was next to my hotel. Spend your money elsewhere because it is not appreciated in this restaurant. What a terrible experience.

الاكل جيد جداً ولكن مبالغ شوي بالسعر وحركة البطاطس طلب لحالة والبرقر لحالة فيها استغلال وكمية البطاطس قليلة جداً بالمقارنة بالسعر

Worse experience ever.we are 3 people and we were sat at a 2 person table! We ordered 5 dishes and table is crowded, plats falling of table and dirty up our clothing

Meat lovers should definitely have a try. We had the platter which two of them can sufficiently have. The taste is also very good.

مطعم يقدم وجبات اللحم المدخن ،، المطبوخ لساعات على نار خفيفة والحطب ،، جربت عندهم ربع نعيمي مدخن مع الرز ،، وكانت جيدة الى حد كبير ،، واعتقد ان باقي الوجبات ربما تكون افضل مذاقا ،، لكونه متخصص اصلا في وجبات البرجر والاستيك.

مستغرب من الناس الي يقولون الاكل بارد، اللحم جديد وطازج يومياً وغير مجمد يذوب بالفم لكن واضح ان بعض الناس مايفضل هذا الاكل ويبي يمنع الناس. صراحه افضل مطعم لحوم بالمنطقه دايماً اللحم طري زي الزبده.

One, if not, the best smoke house in Saudi. Try the wings, oak Mac & cheese, onion rings, and of course the brisket.

انا جربت المحل قبل عام تقريباً كان أحسن بكثير ، المره هذي كانت الطاولات غير نظيفة مع ان ما كان عليها احد قبلنا وما استمتعت كثير بالاكل مقابل السعر

One of the best smoke house in the city. The food is served exactly as it's presented. The meat is really soft and juicy. They do have a good variety of sauces which gives the tastebuds a treat. The service is really good and it's served quickly. Meat rib lovers should definitely do give a try. Thumbs up people:)

Modest place and they should not be: the food is absolutely phenomenal, excellent quality. Brisket, Ribs, burgers, side dishes, amazing. Visited by locals as well as internationals. This place deserves to be visited and treated with respect.
Can be reached by walking and parking spaces for those tracelling by car.

Friendly staff, fast served, delicious brisket. Ribs fall off the bone, meals are well-balanced.very satisfied

Brisket is the best in the region. Charcoaled chicken rocks and Mexican corn is amazing. Homemade sauces are perfect and very tasteful with a lot of verities.

Still they need to improve wings and have it more crispy and cooked through.

The worst brisket I’ve ever tried. I like the wings they are not bad specially the seasoning it has a unique flavor.

Best spot so far as long as they keep up the quality they have now.

First time to try smoked food in Saudi Arabia, I tried it in Austin. It is the same, but the quality is different

• I tried their brisket sandwich here and honestly it was one of the worst thing ever.

• The food was cold and the sauce was everywhere sure it's cheaper than your general brisket sandwich but no food is better than this.

• Their only advantage here is that the employees were helpful but when i tried to pay with cash they rejected because "they had no change"

• I most definitely will not be coming here unless they make some changes.

For the great customer service, 5 is not enough, though my friends didn't recommend it for a second visit

Everything made to perfection. Best smoked ribs and brisket in Saudi. You can't go wrong with the food here. I'm surprised that this place isn't packed full 24/7.

Came in the store is empty. When the food came the mean is as cold as ice, mac n cheese the sauce isn’t that good, the fries were showered in cheese and plus over all this
The price is expensive and I personally think is overly priced.

I love food here especially the brisket and the ribs. Ribs are really smoked and delicious. The only negative thing is that not all the dishes on the menu are available

One of the best places for smoked meat, very tasty with nice variety in the menu, good staff, clean and simple environment. Well recommended.

Brisket, oak fries and electric lemonade was nice and reasonably priced. Brisket portions are too small.
Avoid sitting under the red neon sign as it is too bright, distracting and irritating.

Sauce on meat is horrible, killed it for me. Meat is very dry and food was served cold. Over priced. Do not recommend this place.

Very delicious from starters to desserts, ilone of the very few restaurants out there that really have it going for top quality on all entres.

I had what they call it brisket sandwich, it was burned hard meat sandwich but not brisket, awful taste, very cold, missed up, and loaded with strong spices. I believe the strong spices are added to cover bad taste. This bad sandwich costs me 36 Saudi Riyal. I wish I would have gone to McDonald's better than this place. Not recommended at all and will never go back again

Lousy service by all means.
Waiters don’t speak proper English nor Arabic at all.
We have waited for 35 minutes for the main courses which were not registered because the waiter didn’t listen properly.

I ate from this restaurant a year ago, it was really delicious.the brisket was mind blowing and couldn’t resist the taste, the meet with perfect spices.

A week ago, I decided to try it back again with some friends. Unfortunately, the use of spices was exaggerated.it felt like eating Indian food in a US style restaurant.

I ordered a BBQ platter, Lamb chank, chicken wings, Beef Kufta (new dish). First of all, this is not the real brisket we know, it is very dry and tasteless, also the lamb chank had alot of spices, I couldn’t taste the meet! Now, Let’s get to the Beef Kufta, if you are going to this restaurant, DO NOT ORDER “BEEF KUFTA” I really regret ordering it, it didn’t even taste like beef! Unfortunately, it was horrible.

Plus, the prices are overpriced.

Definitely not coming back.

Really bad service for a really good restaurant

Great Brisket it’s melt on you mouth, also the Ribs is v.good. They just need to work on the serving presentation. The food taste is 9/10 and the restaurant atmosphere is 8/20 (the smoke all around the dining hall)

Foods are not enough comparing with the price, but its delicious, the french fries was little also, cool stuff and cool and clean place

Really delicious food with many varieties and reasonable prices for the quality, taste and quantity. Enough parking areas. 3 types of sauces available to choose from to add to your plate. 5 star highly recommended for any persons who like oak smoked beef dishes.

زرته اكثر من مره بعد ببداية افتتاح المطعم وكان مستوى الاكل جيد جدا وخصوصا الدجاج ولحم الغنم. وبعد انقطاع لفترة مستوى الاكل نزل بشكل فضيييع. اللحم الbeef ناشف وموزات اللحم قاسية جدا. اتمنى ان ادارة المطعم تنتبه للجودة قبل ما يفوت الفوت:)

I cannot describe the food. It is so delicious it will take you over the moon. Spicy chicken wings, Korean wings, brisket sandwich, Cole slaw, and THE ONION RINGS are exceptional, excellent, fantastic, amaaaaaaazing. We love the food, flavors, and they deliver too.

Tried the Brisket, Juicy, Tender, Flavor Full Mouth Watering Dish.
Recommend for future visits to try the rest of Dishes.

Quality of food was wonderful.but more like a takeout ambience. Best BBQ outside of Texas. Smoked chicken was amazing. And brisket was also good. Lovely fresh pickles. And herbs on the side, lots of great sauces. And decent prices. Iced tea was not amazing though unfortunately.
