سابقاً كان في عروض اشتري ١٠ علب تحصل على علبة مجاناً وكدالك في عروض يعطوك كأسات او حافظات للقهوة
الحين ولا في شي بس الاسعار ارتفعت والخدمات على ماهي الشركة الي قبل نستلة كانت ممتازه في العروض

Staff are not professional - specially Mohammed - as he gives you the feeling that he is forced to work there and he is doing you a favor by serving you. The shops lacks many aromas 150 ml and 80 ml. Mohammed didn’t even bother to make the effort to help!

نسبرسو من سيئ الى اسوء وهذه السوء بس في السعوديه مقفلين فرع الظهران ناهيكم عن خدمته السيئه و عدم تواجدهم طلبت اون لاين و دفعت مدى يتصلون الصباح ٨ و جوالي مغلق ارجع اتصل فيهم يقول خلاص كنسلنا اذا تبين طلبك الصباح يوم ثاني اكدي الطلب اول موقع بصراحه هم يحددون الوقت اللي يناسبهم علشان يجيبون طلبي و الفلوس الي دفعتها ش هالحركات انا دفعت و انتظر الطلب علما اني كاتبه الوقت المناسب لي اسوء موقع و ماانصح احد يطلب منهم

تجربتي حلوة معاهم. اشتريت آلة من اكسترا وما اجت معاها ١٤ كبسولة مجانية. تواصلت من نسبريسو بالايميل وقالولي روحي اقرب فرع لنا مع فاتورتك وخديهم وفعلا المدير بالفرع كان جدا متعاون وعطاني ياهم بدون ما ادفع ولا شي

جودة الكبسولات والآلات مايحتاج احد يتكلم فيها
لكن تعليقي اليوم للموظف اسمه طالب اتمنى الادارة تلتف له لأنه يستاهل مكافئة سألنا عن القهوه وجاوب اجابات رائعه وكأنه صاحب المكان شرح لنا عن جودة القهوه الموجوده عندهم والمزارع الخاصه واهتمام الشركه بالجودة وعن عدد المزارعين لدى الشركه اسلوب ينم عن حب للعمل واخلاص يشكر عليه

من أسوء التجارب الي حصلت لي. قدر الله علي وشريت مكينة نسبرسو الجديدة وتعطلت بعد شهر من الإستخدام وبدت المرمطة. ذهبت لمحل نسبرسو وقاللولي احنا ماعندنا صيانة روحي للصيانة وعطوني العنوان. شركة الصيانة اسمها سهم للمواد الغذائية. عبارة عن مخزن قذر في مكان محاط بالمخازن. ذهبت عدة مرات وكل مرة يقولون خلاص كويسة وهم اصلا ما عرفو وش العطل. المكان قذر ويفتقد لاقل مطاهر النظافة والحرفية. بعدها قاللولي مانقدر نصلحها روحي استبدليها بالمحل نسبرسو ؟؟ طيب ليش ماتبدلونها قال احنا فقط للصيانة. رحت المحل وكانت الالة عبارة عن الة قهوة والة للحليب وعطيتهم كلتا الالتبن وعطوني كرتون وأخبرتهم عن تجربتي مع الصيانة وعلق البائع انه غير مسموح له انه يتكلم بهذا الموضوع. وعطاني الكرتون واكشتفت لما وصلت البيت انهم بدلو فقط الة القهوة و خذو الة الحليب ومابدلوها. رجعت بعد كم يوم للمحل أتسال ليش خليتوني اجيب الألتبن وانتم بتبدلون فقط ألة وحدة. طبعاً بدون اي تجاوب من البائع الي خلاني ارجع كذا مرره. تجربة لن أكررها ابداً مره ثانية. براند كبير مثل نسبرسو يبيع الالات قهوة بالالف خدمات الصبانة عندة زي كذا ؟؟. صور مكان الصيانة القذر

المكان ممتاز لكن للآسف الموظفين نفسيات يكلمك من طرف خشمه. ياليت ياخذون دورات استقبال الجمهور

المحل رائع جدا وملفت وانيق ، لاكن تعامل الموظفين من اسوء ما يكون وكاني جاي اسرق ، لولا احترامي للوالد معي كان عطيتهم وقت صعب لاكن عوافي.

This is one of the Nespresso Boutique while you can enjoy the designed place and try their coffees and to buy the machines.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful

The prices of the shop are same like all nespresso shops in Saudi Arabia and GCC which are expensive comparing with Nespresso in Europe countries that are almost double the prices.

Overall Nespresso is recommended as their coffee is considered as great option for making coffee in yours homes and offices.

The best Nespresso boutique, the best staff, customer service and product. I have been always satisfied with every visit with service exceeds my expectations.

I've faced rude service in this branch before, however today Allen was extremely nice and welcoming. I'll definitely be back for more capsules!

خدمة سيئة في رمضان - مجرد موظف واحد يخدم الجميع ويتأخر مع كل زبون بشرح مميزات المكائن والقهوه وما الى ذلك.

القهوة رائعة. ولكن الموظفين أو العاملين في المعارض
التابعة لـ نيسبرسو. سيئة جداً / أعتقد أن السبب يعود لعدم المتابعة من الإدارة العليا

Every thing is good and perfect as you pay, for machine, coffee. BUT if you need maintenance or home delivery its worse than bad.
بالعربي دامك تدفع فهم توب تشتري مكينه قهوه او اي منتج ، لكم ان احتجت توصيل للبيت بطئ ياخذ ٤ ايام وبيتي عن المحل ٤ كيلو، والا اذا تعطلت المكينه بلها واشرب مايها، صيانه ما احد يرد عليك ولا يتجاوبون ، اخذت من فرع الراشد قبل شهرين بس مكينة فيرتو بلس ب ١٦٠٠ مع جهاز الحليب ، صارت القهوه تهرب من الخلف عند حاوية الكبسولات ، وهذي الممينه زي ماهي ، خساره ماهم بمستوى القهوه

Terrible customer service! They don’t care about the customer and some supplies aren’t available in stores! They said it will be available in one or two weeks and after that I came today and it still not available! They do not even have a phone number to call and check before you come to the store, you have to come for nothing and waste your time!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

I am trying to purchase sleeves and the website is not allowing me or responding to orders. Trying to call the toll number without response.
With all due respect very bad service and will report this to the ministry and consumer protection rights.

Today, I have visited Nespresso Boutique shop at Dammam and was really surprised with level of service and behaviour of the staff. One word-professional. I want to thank you Mr. Allan for his behaviour to deal with customers with clarifying all aspects of Nespresso product. Also, I want to notice the shop design and stock-it is just excellent. Now, it will be my destination when will be required to purchase Nespresso product.
Thank you again to the Management who arranged this shop and employed professional staff.

Staff is extremely rude and arrogant. Nespresso is a good name and I love the coffee they have however something needs to be done to enhance the service level in this branch.

Always delayed,
Items not available after purchased
And didn’t get money back after cancellation!

Rude, and poorly trained staff. Harmful to the Nespresso 'premium' brand.

We recently bought a Nespresso machine from Extra, and were given a coupon for free capsules at the Boutique (the coupon expires in 10 days). A few days later, we brought the coupon over to the boutique, but were unhappy to find the branch manager (Alan?) informing us they cannot accept the coupon alone and we must bring the original invoice. We were very irritated, as we weren't sure if we had the invoice with us or not. The manager recommended we buy something, go home, look for and find the invoice, and come back again. We said no. He still gave us the capsules, but we won't be returning. Better to buy online, or from Bahrain. Oh, and here's the invoice.

I have to agree with the previous reviews, there's this lady that works there that's extremely rude. When you ask a question she gives you this attitude as if you're stupid or something. I asked for a reason. Wouldn't recommend this branch.

Coffee as you like it in small capsules. A beautiful shop where you can buy your refills of the various coffee tastes in addition to Nespresso machines and parts. Customers can also try a cup of the coffee taste they like before or after they buy. Passersby can also have a cup as a hospitality gesture from Nespresso. People can bring their machines here for maintenance and repair.
