A nice quiet place to relax and take s cup of coffee, I love that they serve different flavors of milk tea, they have indoor and outdoor area which you can stay for a break. Near to Corniche of Al Khobar

من افضل المشروبات الي صارت ادمانيه بالنسبه لي لكن اتمنى لو يتم تعديل الاسعار لانها فعلاً مبالغ فيها

Different varieties of bubble tea. However, I got hard boba’s. Felt like chewing on a rubber. Flavorful milk options

Favorite bobba spot, it’s my pick me up place when nothing except bobba helps the mood. The tea is so yummy and their vibes are amazing. Would 100% recommend

Nice and cozy Cafe and they have nice coffee specially motive latte, people there are friendly. Strongly recommend it

من افضل الكافيهات المتخصصة في التابيوكا جدا جدا لذيذ انا طلبت لاتيه اكسترا تابيوكا و كان رائع و قد طلبت بطعم جوز الهند و اللوز و برضو لذيذ انصح اللي يروح للشرقيه فيه

It is one of the best boba teas I have ever tried. My most favourites are the Taro and Matcha, but the others don't disappoint, either.
Good location as well!

Best bubble tea in AL Khobar, pricey but the tapioca pearls are really good. The sorbet is really good and fresh

كانت اول تجربة لي مع البوبا صراحه ماعجبني وطعم القهوه كان مره حلو بس البوبا نفسها ماجازت ليي بس مو معناته ماراح اجرب اماكن ثانيه عندها بوبا لانه كل اللي يعرفون بالبوبا يقولون مو احلى شي ذقناه لذالك لو تعرفون مكان ثاني عنده اكتبو?

Motive is mostly known for its boba tea, judging by how crowded it gets with lines to the outside, people enjoy it. I haven’t tried their boba tea but I did try their soft serve ice cream. They usually have a few flavors of ice cream, the mango and berry mix was good, the matcha ice cream was even better. The place is small but they do have a seating area upstairs. I definitely would go back for that matcha ice cream.

They say it's the best place for boba and it did not disappoint. My wife and kids ordered the taro flavor while I tried the original Motive. Refreshing summer coolers. The store is easy to find, ample sitting area, parking is easy. Staff are very friendly. I just wish the dining area would be a little funkier. Worth a try, and will definitely go back!

What a lovely cafe, I tried boba latte for the first time here, OMG I remember it was so crowded we had to wait alot to order but today it was faster.
Their second floor is magnificent, I loved the decoration and the vibe, check the pictures. The staff are very polite and helpful!

المكان صغير جدا لكن دورين اتوقع فوق فيه جلسات ، الموظفين ودوديين ولطيفين ومتعاونين جدا ، الخدمه بطيئه جدا ، الصراحه البوبا والموتشي بالنسبه لي ماعجبوني والناس اذواق اتوقع انه يعجب ناس كثير لانه كان زحمه

The best boba tea in K town. They are the best with every drink they hv launched so far! They hv recently introduced coffees too. Forever a loyal customer️definitely a worth trying place!

I love this place.i rlly do.but the last four times i went and ordered bobba i gotta say that the quality was not like the usual.the pearls werent fresh and it rlly disappointed me bc it used to be the best in my opinion and i was probably one of your most frequent customer.so please if anyone from motive sees this, know that i will not come back and order

i gave u guys 4 chances and it seems like this is how u want to serve ur drink.the bobbas have to be fresh and chewy like gummies NOT over cooked.

I got the matcha tapioca tea and thai tea boba. Both were so good The seating area is aesthetically pleasing, and there is an outdoor seating as well.

The staff was very friendly! Loved the decorations in the cafe too. Few seats upstairs and outside. Coffee was okay and price average. Music was so loud that eventually we left

Nice balcony view in good weather. Friendly staff and coffee is great. They have bubble tea which is kinda rarely found.

Like the atmosphere and place. Like the Boba, ghey have Tarot, Latte, and they're original Motive Boba, but when the time I asked if they have Matcha, they said that it will ve coming soon, I was a bit disappointed because Matcha is one of my fsvorite flavor when it comes to coffee, iced coffee or chocolates. The only thing is that they have few choices to order food like foods that you will see in a cafe, cakes, sandwiches, need at least some options not just two or three. But overall its good and maybe they should at least expand their place so they can have more customers in and out.

This place was amazing! The drinks were so delicious I couldn’t get enough. The paintings all around the place gave it a cozy and refreshing feel. The boba is to die for! The decors were very nice too

They serve unique items with great taste and superb quality.lovely location, atmosphere, and staff.

Their drinks are really good but their service isn't. They recently started opening at 8 am, so we got there a little past 8. It took them almost 20 minutes to make our drinks because they haven't started the machines yet

The coffee was very good. But one of the stuff he do not respond to us to turn the music off when the prayer time comes we ask him so many times.

I’m glad I finally found a Boba place in Khobar! I’d not recommend their icecreams but Original Boba is really nice!

Boba done right. Coming from someone who wasn't even a fan of boba, I'm a regular customer now.

I tried the motive latte boba & let me tell you! It's the perfect ratio of coffe, milk & sweetness from the boba.
This is actually my first time trying boba but i know for a fact it's not gonna be the last.
The ambiance of the cafe is great & their selection of music is excellent.

Unfortunately i couldn't see the bubble the cat there

I liked the Taro flavor

The concept is new and the staff were very nice and explained to me each flavor and gave us samples to try.

I love their blend and styles but WORST EXPERIENCED with cashier (black guy, with curly hair) have BAD ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECT TOWARDS CUSTOMER. NO MANNERS

Its too sweet like sugar but I feel bad also when I saw one customer angry to staff. Bad experience I recommend not to go.

This Cafe is stylish, idealistic and great. Some Colorful design inside. Great Milk tea varities. Good price and good staff. Good music.

To whoever loves matcha will fall in love with this onelitrally even the boba balls are generously put in

The ‘Motive Original’ from @motive.sa has Thai Tea with Milk, Cream and Boba and I absolutely loved how good it tasted. Thai Tea with Milk is very sweet and has a very unique flavour and the Boba being flavourless on it’s own get’s it’s flavour from the tea.

It’s pricey at SR. 25 for the medium and SR. 29 for the large, but it’s not something you’ll find around Dammam or Khobar.

IT’S WORTH IT!

Still the best milktea I had here in Dammam-Khobar area! Such a shame though that they only have outdoor seats.
