I love McDonald's for its atmosphere, affordable prices and delicious menu. But the open WiFi internet should always work. Sometimes it doesn't work for real.

Good attention. The Filipino community always serves you with a smile and impeccable kindness.

Unfortunately the Manger is very rude and he is very lucky to have great employees. My bad experience with him is to long to note, however the location is great and I think it would thrive better with a better manager I was there on the last day of ramadan around 4:30 p.m with my family.

غير طبيعي كميه الزحمه في جلسات العوائل والازعاج الغير طبيعي مع العلم لاحظت عوائل كثير شاغلين الطاولات من غير طلب بالمطعم بمجرد يلعبون اطفالهم

The big mac sauce was the worst. I am not sure if it was badly storaged or changed the recipe. But it tasted like cardboard.

Typical McCafe outlet where one can get hot and cold drinks at reasonable prices. Also offers some sweet treats that add the extra experience to the drinks.

Dear sir/madam your staffs don't work, so very bad experience, so very slow service. I don't acceed.

ممتاز وسريع لكن يعيبه ميكروفون طلبات السيارة سئ، كثير مم الأحيان الموظف ما يسمع طلبي ويجي الطلب ناقص

Very bad experience. Very slow service. Persons working here continue stare at girls and waste time while taking order.

لا يوجد. صابون اليدين في الحمام. وطلبنا من مظفين مختلفين ان يصعوا الصابون ولكنهم لم يفعلوا.
كما ان دورة المياه ليست نظيفة.

نتمنى فتح المطعم من ٧ الصباح قبل الدوامات
المفروض المطعم يفتح ٨ ومع ذلك يتأخر
حولكم شركات وموظفين ما يقدروا ستأخروا على اعمالهم والمدير غير متعاون لفتح فروع مجمع الفنار والشارع التجاري بالراكة قبل ٨

One of the most problematic branches. Tgey don't open in time, they close earlier than othe branches for prayer and the food varies in quality.

It is deeply disappointing that despite being an international franchise ALL the signs and menus are totally in ARABIC. I have complained several times before and so have the restaurant staff themselves but the Marketing department are obviously living in a different planet that doesn't recognize we are living in a globalized world. Shame.
