أسوء فرع من ناحية للأخلاق و عدم توفير جميع مستلزمات ولأكل بارد و عدم زيادة من ناحية بطاطس و المايونيز وعدم تجاوب العمالة هناك مع حترامي ماهم قد المسؤليه

Delicious as always, staff are also welcoming and good

The quality of the fries are seriously going down, we got fries last night and it was overly cooked and a little bitter too.

Also one the bathrooms at the ladies section does not have a lock, bathrooms need fixing.

My go to place for dessert and fries!

But McDonald’s really need to work on the cleanliness of their restroom.

سيئ جدا الموظفين م يردون انادي يناظرون ولا يردون والطلب جاني غير اللي طلبته الفرع سيئ الموظف اللي اسمه جان م يرد ومدير الفرع نفس الشي م يبي ياخذ طلبات

لدي ملاحظة بخصوص مدخل السيارات
جداً ضيق مع منعطف وكثير من السيارات العائلية تحتك بالرصيف وبالحواجز

Waste of money just looting people 21 riyal one burger which is not enough to small kid also better albaik less money huge quantity with quality

Staff who manages drive thru needs to be more customer oriented and concentrate what they are ordering. I would strongly recommend McDonald's to provide basic training to your staff and manager about McDonald's application. The food quality and tast of the meal leads to an additional 2 stars.

Service is very poor, they need to pay attention & entertain customers, last time I visited nobody came forward on the counter to take order I left hungry: (

الوصول للأعلى أسهل بكثير من البقاء هناك. للأسف مستوى مكدونالدز في انحدار لانعدام الإدارة الناجحه في المطعم. هناك انتقائية في التعامل مع المشاكل التي يقدم الزبائن شكاوى بخصوصها والتي عادة يكون سببها مدير الفرع والذي توكل اليه مهمة متابعة الشكوى من قبل خدمة العملاء.

Not a very good service compared to other branches unfortunately.

انحط طلبي ضمن الجاهز للتسليم قبل ما فعلاً يجهز بخمس دقايق تقريباً وفي وقت الكورونا يعني المفروض ما اقدر من الشخص اللي امامي في الصف عشان أستلم الطلب وفي الاخير ما يكون جاهز

والمدير أيضا ما اعتذر أو حتى ابتسم لما قلت له

مطعم راقي وفروعه كثيرة جدا وتختلف خدمات كل مطعم عن الثاني تجب بعض الفروع نظافة المطعم عالية جدا واخر اقل وتجد بعض الفروع التكيف عالي جدا واخر ضعيف ومثله الاكل تجد بعض الفروع اكله بارد واخر الاكل فرش

Nice place with reasonably quick service. It is a good place for a quick bite. They have ample parking space and are located near a mosque.

It was sad. Really. I had better memories with mc breakfast.
The hashbrown was oily the toast was a little bit harsh and the eggs were blant.
Nothing out of this world. It's sad

As good as their name. No doubt no compromise on quality. But their is delay. The staff needs to be more active and efficient.

A renewed place. The best of what you expect from a.fast food restaurant. A very good location on the corniche. The upper floor - reserved for families - allows to see the sea (Arab Gulf), but unfortunately the glass is made "mat", wasting the beautiful view!

اكلهم لذيذ النظافه عامه. اكل. موظفين. ومكان. وفوق هذا كله بشاشت الموظفين الابتسامه التي لا تفارق وجوههم

جيد ونضيف وتستطيع الطلب الذاتي من جهاز الخدمة الذاتيه يعيبه صغر الجلسات العائليه ومواقف السيارات

نظيف وخدمات متميزه وموظفين متفانين في الخدمه لكن الحظ كثرة نقص الطلب و عدم إتمام الطلب بالكيفية المطلوبه

They should expand thier drive thru area, its very conjested place, not good for kids family group. Service is very slow, staff is less than requirements.

Slower than other branches specially in opening time
Also coffee sometimes is not available due to coffee machine got broken when I asked.

They were slow and a mess with the Delivery of the food, not too good quality and I ordered one of their signature burguers

الأكل لذيذ جدا والخدمة ممتازة ومعضم الاوقات فيه تزاحم على طلبات السيارات كذلك المكان فخم جداً ويحيط بأطلالات كذلك يوجد قسم خاص لحفلات الأطفال انصح الجميع فيه،،
