Marhaba Restaurant (Al Khobar)

Earlier We have been to this restaurant many times but disappointingly this time the experience was not good at all.the meat was uncooked and had a unpleasant odor.and when we complained about the uncooked chicken the chef scolded the waiter for bringing the complaints to him.

The waiter service is good.i used to came here from many years and always a good dine in experience but this time the food was soo tasteless and all meat items are not tenders like raw.and after entering there is some kind of bad smell also so very disappointing with atmosphere also.i think they changed there chef thats y the food isn’t the same like before…will not come again…

Peshawar Chkn krahi is soo GOOD, NEAT AND CLEAN ATMOSPHARE, GOOD STAFF. WILL VISIT AGAIN AND TRY SOMETHING ELSE.

They interduced Buffet lunch throughout the week it was not before
We are warmly welcomed by amiable and affable staff
Ambience is quite peaceful
Nice spread of dishes
First they kept Soups
Followed by Salad bar
Starters are Samosas, Chicken Seekh kabab,
Lahori fish fillet fry with green chattni and Tartar sauce
Then Biryani, Zeera Rice
Mutton kalimirch, lemon Chicken, Pasta, Chicken 65, Dal mash
Sweets Corner have lip-smacking Soft Gulab Jamun, Gajar Halwa and caramel pudding
They Served us Lahori fish and Kababs on table
I liked fish Kababs are also
Chicken 65 toper of all spread
Mutton kalimirch and lemon Chicken also good
Murtaza is very swift in refilling bread basket
Pasta is OKish
Being hyderabadi it is very difficult to impress
us Biryani
Coming to desserts Gulab Jamun are soft and scrumptious Gajar Halwa also tasty
Caramel pudding bit disappointing

I had a wonderful time dining in this restaurant. The food was amazing and so delicious, the service was vey nice and excellent, the place was clean and last but not least, the price was extremely very competitive & considers to be very appealing. It is absolutely 5 star buffet for 3 star price, … unbelievable!

Excellent quality of food, attractive environment, variety of food, reasonable price, respectful gestures, good quality Indian and Pakistani food.

Seekh kababs are the best here. A good ambiance with friendly staff. Good place to have pakistani food.

Marhaba used to be one of the best restaurant, but since few months I have noticed degradation in the quality of the food. For instance, few days back I tried Chicken Handi at their restaurant and I noticed 2 different types of chicken pieces in the gravy, the texture of the chicken was different and even the taste was different, probably they have used leftover chicken in the dish. Why would I pay SAR 39 for one dish if I am not even getting quality food? Management needs to introspect before they start losing customers.

Had buffet lunch there today, engagement party by beloved Friend Raja Umair, not too good not bad, economically excellent with medium level servings and cuisines. Price is only 55 SAR per head.
If you have a normal guest you can confidently have meal here.

Most authentic and delicious Pakistani restaurant around town. Don’t hesitate to eat there! And they do very fine catering as well. Very satisfied with their service.

Good taste but over priced. Sitting hall is nice and service is better than many others though.

The food is ok. The taste is fine not extraordinarily. I found the buffet very traditional and limited in dishes. Must improve the BBQ in the buffet

The forst restaurant I tried when I shifted to Eastern province, it was worth trying but proces are a little bit high.

Prices are higher comparing to same type of Restro in Al khobar, they said it's pakistani restaurant but there isn't anything like PAK restaurant in food.

You can visit if you want to try but, it's on your risk. Not at all recommended when you are hungry or in a party mood.

Bad dinner day for us.

Only one comment but major, There is a smell still in the basement entry, also felt somewhere downstairs. Otherwise Food quality is fine, Specially Chicken Bar B Q, was delicious. I want to give 4 star but as i mentioned above major comment. So i will give 3 starts. I hope you will get 4 star in our next visit.

Reasonable prices, good taste and good desi food.one of the better options for desi food in Khobar

The problem is its entrance. From outside it looks like closed. The administration should focus this issue. The saag is very good, a bit spicy.

Nice Indian cuisine restaurant. Not a fancy place but still you will receive a worm welcome and goodbye after a spicy Indian food.

No ethical behavior in customer service. I visited them few days back with a guest. One of the waiters accommodated us on the table and after comfortably settling in and making proper arrangements for the kids we were asked by another waiter to vacate the table as it was reserved, and moreover they asked us to move to the bachelor section even though I was with my family. If the table was already reserved why did they accommodated us there in the first place? Never experienced such humiliating experience in any other restaurant and all this happened while I was with a guest. Never gonna visit them again.

Economical good value restaurant. Room rents are very economical.it's located in hub of AlKhobar, easy to get Silver tower which is a iconic building and famous landmark of Khobar. It's also very easy to reach Al Rashid Mall and the Mall of Dhahran.

Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really decent food and at affordable prices (eat anything in 50 SAR only). I will be back. What a lovely restaurant, good food and service and atmosphere, definitely hope to go back.

The food is stale. Not fresh. The place smells. The food smells. The ambience is horrible. The food which they serve u at night is the saved food which they used in afternoon. Having biryani there is an insult to biryani. The grill food is microwaved and given. For me the worst rest in khobar

Went with family yesterday. The naan and kebabs were nice but chicken kadhai was not that good. The ambaince was good, staff were hospitable. The restaurant is in cellar but you wouldn't feel it.overall good place to dine in.

One of the worst dining experience I ever had, I had Ramadan Iftar, the food quality was not good at all, biryani not good, karahi was terrible, sambosak just potato and broken, just 2 main dishes for 65 Sr, my advice not to go there, and go for biki the best Pakistan restaurant in town.

Very good service and quality of food was good. I really liked their fried fishes, bbq chicken and halwa. Nice ambiance, bit dark to my liking but this is personal preference. They manage private parties also. I attended buffet and good thing was they kept refilling food items which were finished. Food items are mostly South Asians taste. Overall very good experience.

One of the oldest and Best Pakistani food in town. So many years and no other place comes even close to this. Not to mention only food that comes close to authentic lahori food.

I had visited this place about six months ago. The food was great then. But today's visit was disappointing. We ordered kababs and tikkas. Which did take time but weren't the taste that was earlier. Cleanliness wise and ambiance is great but food needs to buck up too.

One of the oldest restaurants for Pakistani food. There is a reason that they are still around. Some of the food is excellent but you need to know what to order off the menu.

One of the best Pakistani restaurant in khobar. Enjoyed tasty food. They have best sweets. Quality and quantity very good. Since both are vgood did feel happy to pay the bill. Surely try again sometime later. They need to improve on the service.

Old tried and tested restaurant but attention to food details is missing. Boneless chicken is all thigh meat. Daaltay is amazing. Slightly overpriced for the environment
