The mall is really nice, it has different kinds of shops and the Lulu supermarket
The supermarket top floor has the electronics, clothing, toys and electric devices section

The cinema was ok, uncomfortable seats and mediocre screen quality but the part I appreciated was the groceries available right before leaving after the movie

انه اسؤا مكان يمكن أن تذهب للتسوق به. عندما تريد رد قطعه. اشتريته وهو سيء جدا كنوعيه. ينكرون ان لك الحق بذلك. واذا طلبت المدير. ياتي برفقة رجل امن. ولا يحل شيء. ويقول لك لا يهمنا ان اتيت للتسوق هنا. ام لم تاتي.

It’s amazing Hypermarket. Employees are professional and have tremendous sense of kindness. Let me share with a tiny story, I bought 5 items one month ago, but unfortunately when I arrived home I surprised it is only four. One of the two black berry was missed. My home is beside this mall, so I decided directly to go back there and tell him that I missed one package of the two black berry printed in the Invoice. They politely without any word give me one package and apologize. When I arrived home, second surprise was that I found the missed package. So, I had at this time 3 package. I shout and nervously called my wife, how that happened? She answered when I entered our apartment, one of our kids came and take the package while I was inside bathroom washing my face and hands with seeing him doing that. So the mystery solved for me, but I am fortified myself to tackle my embarrassment to return the extra one package. I did the return and this time I apologized to them.

لولو هايبر غنيه عن التعريف والتعليق. وانا في كل فروعها اتواجد واتسوق لكن هذا الفرع زرته اليوم ولقيت موظف قسم السلطات والنواشف كان موظف يعتقد بأن الدنيا واقفه عليه واسلوبه يمثله ولايق عليه وهذا يخصه لكن كان يتعامل مع الاكل كأنه خردوات يرمي و الاغراض طاحت عليه ويشيلها بدون قفازات و يتكلم معانا وكأن ثقلنا عليه بالطلبات وكان في زبون ثاني برضو سأله ايش فيك وطبعا م رد عليه سلمنا اغراضنا وكأنه يقول غلبتوني ي جماعه وثقلتو علي. وهذا م يليق ب مستوى لولو هايبر. انا كثير اتردد على هالمكان لو تكرر راح ازعل الموظف وارفع فيه شكوى. دمتم

Not full shopping mall is occupied condition and high price something available in offer but the cost almost is high.

It I pricey these days. They have everything you need. Produce selection is very fresh and well stocked. Access is complicated, but that is a common issue throughout Saudi Arabia. This is due to poor infrastructure and planning of roads. It has adequate parking. When the cinema opens it may get busier. They have reopened now after the fire in the cinema section. Overall great selection reasonably priced and a good selection. I would recommend it. It was greatly needed in the area due to limited options and most shops are closed during the day.

Lulu Hyper market and is good for grocery. Seasonal promotion are available. Mostly Indian based management.

Excellent mall.
Always buzzing with entertaining activities at the main atrium.
Good place for family shopping.
Indian ethnic food is nice.

كان اسمه الشراع مول والان اصبح اللولو مول المواقف متوفرة السوبر ماركت غير منسق الاقسام تحتاج الى تنسيق
المتاجر بالمجمع لم تفتح الى الان كان بالسابق فيه متاجر ومحلات مجوهرات ومتجر رولكس وسنتر بوينت وصالة تزلق ومطاعم فخمة والان كلها اغلقت

لم أجد أقل من نجمة. يوجد إهمال ولا مبالاة من الجميع.
وجدت ذباب وحشرات في حاويات الفواكه المجفف. وكل ما قامو به بعد إبلاغه هو إفراغ الحاويات وارميها.
أين الجهة الرقابة عن مثل هذه الأمور.

One of the Largest and best shopping mall near to Dammam and ownered by an Indian Lulu Group.

All the departments in this mall are working well with all kind of Materials and foods. We can get all good and Pure vegetable and Fruits in wide variety from all over the world.

Only One Negative is the cash counters, we have to wait for long time there. The Cashier staffs are very lazy and don't want to work.especially the Saudi people.

Lulu hyper market is the main center. May more shopping outlets, movie theater, children's entertainment sections are opening soon.

Little bit small however everything is available. In the basement (masjid) many people stay there to get bus for performing hajj.
I recommend to drink Turkish 'Raka' drink from nearby coffee shop.

The mall is not fully ready. The cinema theatre is not yet open and also the food court have only three shops which doesn’t have Indian foods. Most American chain of restaurants like MC Donald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut etc not available. If you plan to purchase groceries it is good.

Nice mall. With Indian food items. Theatre is coming shortly. Juice and food court on 2nd floor opened.
