Lulu Hypermarket - Al Rakah

Don’t buy mobile phones here. Prices don’t match reality. If you see discount, there will be no phone available. It’s a scam. Went there today to get Chinese phone. Got scammed by manager and his friends. When asked to sell us two chosen mobiles - one was not available at that price and one was assumingely sold to customer which appeared out of nowhere. Manager showed no respect for customer when complain was raised. Typical reflection of the country that store is related to. Shame on managers and owners.

Another big Lulu Hypermarket in Dammam is al khobar lulu.more varieties and more offers also going on. Price I feel little high compared to other Lulu.parking facilities also available.

أثناء عمل العروض تكون تاريخها قريب من الانتهاء او البضاعة ناقصة ولي اكثر من مره اخذ عروض بالأخص البطاطس او الفشار لابنائي أجد الكيس مفتوح وناقص اكثر من ٣ حبات واخر مره كان المفترض بالكيس ١٠ حبات ولم أجد الا ٤ حبات ومنفوخ لكي لا يلاحظ المشتري وبعض المواد المتشابهه بالسوق تكون عنده أعلى

اول شي لفت نظري النظافه في كل شي من المكان للسلع الفواكهه المكسرات كل قسم فيه نظافه و حيويه
تنوع المنتجات و اسعار منافسه و كثرة عدد الكاشير. سرعة المحاسبه
حبيت الفرع كثير. ينقصه مكينة صراف

Beautiful hypermarket with essential products for everyday life in very good quality at reasonable price ranges. Customer care seems friendly and very supportive. Good spot for family shopping! This hypermarket is situated in a very nice and convenient location for people from Dammam & Al-Khobar. We loved the overall ambiance of the market.

The place is fairly new. Although is a small store, is very convenient for those of us living in the neighborhood surrounding. Level of stock is acceptable, you can find almost every for you daily grosery shopping

اسعار معقولة وعروضات دايما واكيد دايما رح روح وجيب كل اغراضي لان موجود فيها كل شي بيخطر على بالك

مركز تسوق يقع في الراكة الجنوبية يوجد به مواقف كافيه لخدمة العملاء جميع الأطعمه والخضار والفواكه والمواد الاستهلاكية تحت سقف واحد

ماشاء الله - الفرع ابداع وان شاء الله ان يستمر على نفس الوضع - قسم المأكولات كبير اقترح المساحه اول دخول الفرع لو تكون طاولات ولو عدد بسيط للأكل السريع ويتيح للمتسوق المعاوده للتسوق زياده.

لابد مراجعت الأسعار لديهم الاهتمام بالعروض كونها شحيحة لديهم اصدار بطاقات تخفيض للعملاء الدائمين أسوة بغيرهم.

Very complete, there are many kind of veggies: kangkung, banana leaf, herbs, many more. The fish are fresh, and also I like the sambosa for snacking

المكان رائع و لكن موظفين قسم الالكترونيات للأسف لا يوجد معلومات كافيه و خبرة في هذا المجال فقط متلقيين للاسف

Waht a very very very bad experience.
Customer service, cashier, market supervisor, I don't recommend any of lulu market at all, will never ever buy from there and will not recommend this lulu market to anyone.

You never know till something will happen and you will discover the underlying miss management and bad customer care experience.

You can't find the same product every time, always something will be out of stock, and they not order it. Most of cashiers is closed, just open 1-or 2 cashiers, which is make lines and waiting
