Very bad customer service, and mobile section
I tried to turn type c type c cable because it is not working with my mobile, they didn't replace the charger or refund my money, inspite of valid return period. Really, it is a very bad experience in lulu Khobar.

مكان سيئ تعامل الموظفين بالنصب وخاصة الكاشير لايعيد لك الهللات مهما كان الباقي عروضه ضعيفة جدا انصح بالحساب عن طريق البطاقة تجنب للنصب

تكفوون طمنونا ليش مغلق فرع الخبر هل صحيح في مصابين بفيرس من الموظفين وتم اغلاق كل الفروع ولا بس اشاعه

رجال أمن يقول تستطيع أن تدخل مع اهلك والآخر اجبرني على الخروج من المجمع من عند المدخل

هل هذا يعقل!

I just experienced buying and their worker hid horrendously cut pieces in the layers beneath, was not visible when I collected it. Came home and was shocked at how bad they had cut it, ignoring all my instructions. The meat had small bone pieces scattered inside it

It's huge store that has a wide variety of products at great prices. I went here at offer time i got 30 percent off during weekend offer on some products. Electronic department surprisingly better than Extra weekend offers are great. I love it. I will visit again.
