We recently ordered an engagement cake from Lazord bakery, and overall, I was pleased with the experience. The decorations and presentation of the cake were excellent, with intricate designs that added to the festive feel of the occasion.
The cake itself was half chocolate and half vanilla, and while the chocolate half tasted amazing, the vanilla half was not up to par. The vanilla cake had an odd taste to it, with the custard filling being the main culprit. The texture of the cake was good, but the flavor was lacking, and it didn't live up to the high expectations set by the delicious chocolate half of the cake.
Despite the issue with the vanilla half of the cake, I was still impressed with the overall quality of the cake and the attention to detail in the decorations. The service was also excellent, with the staff being friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the different cake options available.
Overall, I would recommend Lazord bakery for their impressive cake decorations and excellent chocolate cake. However, if you're looking for a vanilla cake, you may want to explore other options before settling on this particular bakery.
