My recent visit to L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele left me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Despite hearing positive reviews about this Italian restaurant, my experience was far from enjoyable. From the slow and inadequate service to the underwhelming quality of the food, this establishment fell short in multiple aspects.

The service at L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele was exceptionally slow and lacked attentiveness. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, resulting in lengthy delays in taking orders and attending to customer needs. This lack of efficiency greatly hindered the overall dining experience and left a negative impression.

Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the poor service. The pizza, in particular, was a major letdown. It was served cold, which is unacceptable for a dish that is meant to be enjoyed fresh and hot. The crust lacked the desired crispness and was doughy, while the toppings lacked flavor and freshness. It was a disappointing representation of Italian cuisine, especially considering the reputation and expectations associated with L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele.

Adding to the disappointment, the disparity between the high menu prices and the actual taste and quality of the food was significant. Small restaurant considering the amount of people coming, the service is quite bad waited almost 10 minutes to get my order taken to the kitchen, the food is way too expensive and the pizza is seriously overrated, truffle fries was an absolute mess and hideous. Not visiting again Ronaldo's Pizza is actually the best pizza in town considering the prices and the taste. What a shame.

مطعم يستحق التجربة حقيقاً صحيح الاسعار عالية لكن كخدمة موظفين وكأصناف في الطعام أكثر من رائعة وانصح بالبيتزا مارقريتا.

الديكور ممتاز ومريح ، طلبنا اثنين بيتزا ولكن للأسف فيها طعم دخان من الحطب وطلبنا مقبلات بارميجان باذنجان و٢ كولا ، الخدمة ممتازه جدا والمدير اومبرتو مهذب ولطيف جدا ، الاسعار مرتفعه

We where 3 persons. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and four cheese pizza.the order took more than 30+min; the pepperoni pizza dough was burned and the four cheese taste's awful we need to replace it but the restaurant was in rush hour.we finished the pepperoni and the four cheese we only take 3 slice evenly.the guy who claims that he's the manager was very rude! He doesn't want to hear our complain he was forceing us to pay for the four cheese pizza.rating: 1/5 not recommended

لذيذ جداً والمميز انهم البيتزا على الحطب مو غاز لذلك يعطي البيتزا طعم رائع. انصح بسلطة البوراتا. والبيتزا (مارينارا ، مارجريتا ، بوراتا)

When you should get an amazing pizza for such crazy high price, you actually don’t I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste his/her money here, especially when you can get many better pizzas somewhere else for a lower price.

Nice place reminds you of Local places so it’s a small restaurant when considering the number of customers visiting. It’s so busy during weekend I recommend visiting early to avoid waiting.
The food was original truffle pizza and bella ciao spaghetti were delicious. The prices were a bit pricey. Definitely not an affordable restaurant.

I called to enquire, the one who answered the phone knows nothing other than call when manger is here.he doesn’t even know when the manager will come.finally, He dropped the line in an impolite way

Very beautiful place, great food and drinks it gave me throwback to my Italy trip 4 years ago. My only comment is that some workers need to be more friendly with the costumers.

مع الاسف الاكل سيء جدا بالنسبة لي. مقايس المطعم الراقي موجودة. جلسة جميلة. خدمة رائعة حتى الشف جايبين إيطالي. لكن جودة الأكل ابدا لاتترقي في رأيي الشخصي حقيقة ابدا ابدا. لن اتكلم عن الأسعار فالكلام فيه اصبح مبتذل فكل المطاعم غالية اصلا بسبب الديكور والاجار الخ. مفهومه ولا افكر حقيقة لكن اتمنى اصرف وبعد مااكل اقول يستاهل كل ريال.
البيتزا اللي مفروض تخصص سيئة جدا كلها موية ماعمري شفت كذا الروزيتو الربيان زفر. الخ الخ مع الاسف ولا شي اكلته عجبني ابدا لا انا ولا عائلتي. وهذا رأيي والناس اذواق

Literally nothing is good I tried pepperoni pizza and margarita as well, I tried the prawns risotto and both were extremely bad that I couldn’t finish them but I eat because I am paying a lot for this garbage food, I do really recommend that you don’t spend your time and money in this restaurant. The worst experience I had in restaurant through my whole life

The best and most authentic Italian place in Khobar. You get the real feel of of a napolitan trattoria.
The manager recommended what we ordered: pizza margherita, spaghetti pesto and paccheri al tartufo. We ended it with meringue cake.
Everything was perfectly cooked, with premium ingredients and refined taste. The pizza was the real Italian thin and wood-fired one.
Service was impeccably courteous and efficient. Even the wet napkins smelled of jasmine.

Good Italian restaurant, pizza was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, truffle pasta doesn't taste little amount and its over priced.

Despite the prices is extremely high we thought it’s not a problem if we will have a memorable experience, but unfortunately it was one of the worst in my life, you are spending 400 SR for 3 pizza and what you got only is a dough soaked with marinara sauce, the chef was very stingy with toppings ، one leaf of basil and barely the mozzarella was there, it could be anything but not an Italian pizza, the portion in general is very small for what you pay and we went out still hungry, even the service and servers attitude were very poor for such restaurant level
Overall nothing went well, and I will never think to be there again

تعامل الموظف الايطالي جدا سيء احيانا التعامل السيء حتى لو الاكل لذيذ يخليه اخر خيار ممكن اروحله هذا اذا ما حذفته من الخريطه ،انا اروح لاي مطعم عشان اعيش تجربه حلوه متكامله مش عشان اطلع منهم ضغطي مرفوع

I had lunch yesterday. The service was excellent as well as the ambient. Burrata salad and truffle potatoes were so delicious. However, I did not like the Ravioli and Pizza. The deserts were average.

Considering the amount of money that we paid for the black truffle pizza & the truffle fries, we were expecting the real truffle flavor. Except the fact that everything arrived cold, the taste was nothing like that. We were so disappointed. Certainly didn’t worth the try

Disappointing for the price and the staff who interacts with your guests should be courteous and maintain a positive attitude. Servers should know the menu well, deliver EACH guests’ food hot and drinks on time, and at same time. Their is obviously poor communication in kitchen (s) or they do not care about proper service. Guests usually like to have the food for each guests arrive at same time to eat together and share, All appetizers arrived one by one, by the way stay away from the appetizer potatoes at 80 sar, they were not cooked enough and average taste. Zuccinni was good. I received my main dish, a Canadian lobster pasta (280 sar?) at least 10-12 minutes before the ladies at table with me, received their pizzas. I was almost finish with my diner eating alone in front of them by the time their pizzas arrived. That's poor coordination and service for a restaurant of that caliber. I had to eat quick as my 280sar pasta was already cold when served to me at table and the Lobster was not a Canadian lobster as advertized but a regular langouste or rock lobster, not the same as advertised Canadian lobster. Food was average in taste. Pizzas were ok but undercooked as pizza dough under was very very soggy. Disappointing for the price. Restaurant has a beautiful setting but feels like a McDonald as the staff lets kids run around and scream all over in restaurant.

Very delicious Pizza but the price is too much. The atmosphere isn't special and tables aren't comfortable. If you go there just eat Pizza because all other things aren't special and portions are so tiny. No parking for the cars and place is packed

Pasta wasn’t cooked enough and they took too long to bring the drinks, overall its a nice place
