ياريت خلاط العصير يدخل المطبخ لان تخلط عصير جنب راسي مايينفع

طلبت روزيتو ربيان سيء جداً ، طلبته عن طريق تطبيق توصيل لكن الصور بالتطبيق مختلفة عن اللي وصلني ، ما أكرر التجربة

The food by far was so unseasoned I was so disappointed with the pasta and the pizza, they don’t put salt in the food whatsoever.

I was great food and great service, special tnx to Mr. Sanjay he was helpful and kinds, I will recommend my friends to come here and enjoy the food and the service

It's a great restaurant and there is a special service especially the employee Hend Siraj who served her was really great

The food is amazing for italian food lovers and the service is great i was served by the amazing water Hind

Having always been a fan of Jamie Oliver, I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant while walking around Nakheel Mall. It has nice ambience and comfortable seating. The menu offers a variety of Italian dishes, with much more diverse options than your average Italian restaurant in the area. In Jamie’s signature style, everything is served fresh and is appetizing in both look and taste. I’m sure all of the staff is equally professional, but I can say with certainty that Sanjay is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Definitely worth revisiting several times to try different menu items. Plus there’s the rest of the mall to explore to either build up an appetite beforehand, or burn off some calories afterward.

حبي للاكل الايطالي ليس له حدود وعند معرفتي بوجود مطعم جيمي سرعت للتجربه مع انني لا احب تجربه اي مطعم داخل مول الا انه هناك دائما استثناء لمطعم جيمي ومع الاسف كانت أسوأ تجربه

١ - المطعم ضيق من الداخل وغير مريح ابدا
٢ - الاسعار مرتفعه للغايه على طعم سيء جدا ولا يمط للطعم الايطالي بصله
٣ - تم تجربه اللازانيا لحم ، اللحم كان كثير داخل اللازانيا ولا يوجد اي وزنيه المكونات ولا يوجد صلصه وكانت سيئه للغايه
٤ - تم تجربه بيتزا كرات اللحم - الجبن سيء - اللحم مالح للغايه - الصلصه قليله جدا
٥ - الموظفين غير محترفين ابدا ، لا يعرفون تاريخ صاحب المحل ولا يعرفون اصناف للبيتزا

كوني اكلت البيتزا الايطالي النابوليه في ميلان. ندمت عل التجربه وبالطبع لن اعود

‏My love for Italian food has no limits, and when I found out about Jimmy's restaurant, I rush to try it, although I do not like to try any restaurant inside a mall, but there is always an exception for Jimmy's, and unfortunately it was the worst experience
‏1 - The restaurant is small and tight inside and not comfortable at all
‏2 - The prices are very high, the taste is very bad and does not extend to the Italian taste
‏3- Meat lasagna was tried, the meat was a lot inside the dish and messy from inside with mixed ingredients and no sauce, it was very bad the pasta quality is horrible
‏4- We tried the meatball pizza - the cheese is bad - the meat is too salty - the sauce is very little
‏5- The employees are not professional at all, they do not know the history of the owner of the shop and they do not know the types of pizza
They even start fight between each other’s in-front of customers

I have tried Italian Neapolitan pizza in Milan and that’s was enough for me, I thought I could bring the taste back here at Jemmy restaurant but I regret this visit and will never come back

مطعم جيد بس يعيبه تشغيل الموسيقى بشكل صاخب ولا في إحترام للزبائن والذوق العام للمجتمع السعودي. أطلب منهم إرخاء الصوت يقول المدير عاوز كذا. أطلب من المالك أن يراجع حساباته ويشوف كيف يكون دخل المطعم إذا أوقفت الموسيقى

Nice place and good service. The waiter Saurabh bishit was so nice and helpful. He knows the menu and explained everything. The food was good

Restaurant Vibes is awesome

Shrimp Risotto was Fabulously Delicious.and their pepperoni pizza was tasty as well.

Also the service was quick and welcoming atmosphere indeed.

For drinks we order strawberry Mojito and pepsi
The Mojito was good and delicious I like it the most

المطعم حلو و أجواءه جميلة لطيفة ، و هو من المطاعم الجديدة ، و كمان هذا المطعم للشيف البريطاني جيمز.
المطعم إيطالي.
طلبنا بيتزا مارغريتا 10/7 الصوص كثير مقارنة بالجبن لكنها لذيذة و خفيفة.
و ترافيل باستا 10/6 الباستا شوي قاسية ، و الترافل طعمه غريب فيه شيء يقرش ما فهمته ، لكن ما عليه
و سلطة سيزر 10/5 ناقصه ملح
و كرات الرز 10/6 ما عليه

و يقدمون قبل الأكل خبز كأنه كيك مع معجون زيتون ، لذييييذ جدًا و هذا أكثر شيء عجبني ، اعطيه 10/10
و الديكور جميل و المكان رايق.

And absolutely fresh delicious ingredients!
The quality of food reminded me of Italy, definately coming again:)

والا مفروض يكون التيم متفق علي نظام المطعم ..
لما نكون شخصين واختار طاوله جانبيه للخصوصيه بحكم البارتشن فلل
تقول لي لا مانسمح هذي لاكثر من شخصين وتاشر لي علي طاولتين مره موقعهم سيئ ولكن احترمنا نظام المطعم
واحنا جالسين نختار المنيو الا يجي شخصين زينا .. وتجلسهم علي نفس الطاوله اللي اخترناها فالاول وقالت لنا هذي لمجموعه …
صدمت وناديتها وكلمتها بهدوء قلت اختي انتي قبل ٥ دقايق رفضتي جلوسنا فالمكان كيف تجلسينهم هم نفس العدد ..
الرد تقولي مش انا اللي كلمتوني رحت كلمت الثانيه زميلتها قلت للاسف انا بترك المطعم بسبب عدم تفاهمكم ونظامكم مع الزباين
كل وحده تجلس بكيفها …
المفروض للزبون حرية الاختيار فالطاولات الموجوده
اتمني من ادارة المطعم تعلم الموظفات يكونون لبقات ويحسنون التصرف مع الزبون .. كانت اول تجربه واخر تجربه للاسف

I had high expectations of the restaurant and expected classic dishes with a twist and the same light touch that I found in his Italian in Brisbane. This was a disappointment, the place was like an Italian restaurant as imagined by Macdonald's, in an airport lounge, in Russia. Too big, too cold, poor acoustics, harsh lighting and disorganized staff. The f
ood was only ok, unremarkable except for the superfood salad which was pretty poor, stodgy and topped with a piece of broccoli and a hard, raw, tasteless lump of avocado. You can get better salads in Al Kofeia, better pizza in Piatto, better atmosphere almost anywhere.

It was just ok.
Food presentation is nice.
Taste, was just ok.
The desert was good.

Had a lovely dinner at Jamie’s Italian. Lovely seating area outside especially at night in this weather.

Staff were welcoming, helpful and courteous. Service was prompt and delivered with a smile.

The food good as expected from previous experiences at Jamie’s Italian. We liked everything we ordered.

The Truffle Tagliatelle was decadently delicious. Pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, the sauce was smooth and creamy and the truffles were not overpowering.

I like the pizza that’s the best great service by Jeff his the most approachable person here he make sure he take care of us and the ambiance is really great thank you for the experience

First of all, I love the foods especially the Truffle Tagiatelle, Tagliatelle Bolognese, Chicken Primavera, and also the drinks. Strawberry Mojito, Apple and Passionfruit Mojito are my favorites. Love the atmosphere, the vibe music, the comfy chairs, and the interior designs. The food service is also great because we ordered a minute ago and then wallah, the food is already served and the waiters who served us are really friendly, one of the waiters that served us is Joseph. But one thing that kind of made me a bit sad is that the serving is small, what I mean is the food is only good for one or two person. I hope that you can make at least good for four person? I don't know, I just think that this is the only thing that has to change.

The pasta was spectacular and our server (jeff) was extremely helpful and nice we had an amazing time:)

سيء جداً للأسف اولاً الخدمه تحس كل واحد يدف الثاني على الشغل مره مالهم خلق عن الذمه البنت اللي استقبلتنا وواحد من اللي يقدم الاكل فلبيني نفسياتهم كويس، ثانياً المكان مو نظيف تحصل على الكرسي بقايا اكل وعلى الارض كمان، ثالثاً الاكل مايسوى الله يكرم النعمه عشان الواحد يقول يالله على الاقل بأستمتع بالاكل، عموماً من زمان خاطري اجربه وليتي استخرت قبل:)

I visited Jamie’s Italian restaurant for the second time this month.
I came back for the Joliata pizza, it was so good!
I also ordered the truffle tagiatelle and it tasted okay, I liked the fact that it comes as a small or big plate.
I chose the outdoor seatings this time and it was nice, the lighting and the tables were perfect.
The service is very good, our server “Joseph” was friendly and helpful he recommended us some good orders.

I would definitely go back and try more dishes.

Rick our server delivered an amazing service, the food was spectacular. But I recommend the pizza we will surely come back next time

البيتزا افضل شي والنجمتين لها فقط.
الخدمة سيئة جداً، عدد اللي يخدمون كثير وكويس لكن مافيه خدمة وادارة الخدمة نفسها سيئة جداً جداً جداً
الاكل وصل واحنا من جلسنا ننتظر الصحون والشوك، الخبز حق الضيافة ما جابوه وطلبناه مرتين ولا جاء،
طلبنا حلى مع الاكل وسألونا ثلاث مرات متى تبون الحلى. اللازانيا عادية والترافل باستا مافيها الا شرايح الترافل والباقي طعم باستا عادية مو ترافل.
طلبنا تيراميسو قالوا مافيه! مطعم ايطالي ومافيه تيراميسو! والحلى اللي طلبناه كان عبارة عن تخبيص مكونات ببعض بدون هوية (كريمة، ايسكريم، لوتس، تشكولت، حبتين بوب كورن)

بإختصار مستحيل اكرر الزيارة للمطعم

الأكل رهيب بمعنى الكلمة، الشيف جيمي مبدع في الأكلات الإيطالية، شوربة الطماطم والباستا من افضل ماتذوقت، نكهات جديدة علي ولذيذة. ️

Amazing food and service
Our waiter was Anglo and he helped us to choose the dishes.
It was beyond pecfect

The outside area is really nice in this nice and cool weather. The food has a special and authentic Italian taste. The service is great also, Prices are moderate. But I didn't like at all the fact that they didn't serve free bread with oil, since all Italian restaurants I the world do it, so I was a bit surprised that such a well-known restaurent with an international chef name missed this basic point. They need to add it to the service in my humble opinion.

It was great to had the birthday day celebration of my boy Muhammed Saad @ Jamie’s Italian, Nakheel mall, Dammam. Wonderful dishes from Chef Abdul and great service from Mr. Anil and Waseem made the celebration memorable

Not a good experience I'm afraid. The food was so average, macaroni over cooked, salad was just dumped on the plate with minimal dressing, risotto was undercooked and pizza wasn't nice.
Two stars for the staff only as they were very polite and apologetic when we found cheese rind in the pizza dough.

Bad value for money

Unfortunately, it was not that good of an experience,
I went there twice:
First time I ordered Lasagne and it was a little bit dry, not enough sauce,
The pizza was great, we ordered Julieta
The mushroom soup and nice and creamy

The second visit was not as expected

I order the spaghetti meat balls, the meat balls was cold and hard, like they were getting out of a fridge

Need to check the quality procedure more

It wasn’t terrible but it was below average. We tried 4 different pasta dishes, one of each soup, and a few appetizers.

Soups were bland.

The garlic buns and bread were amazing.
Italian nachos were ok.
Fried squid and fried seafood was good.

Each pasta dish was “Meh”, no flavour, bland, won't order it again.

The chicken burger was the best thing we tried.

The table we seated had seats that were low while the table was high, wasn't really comfortable to eat at.

Decor was nice.

The staff friendly and nice.

The price wasn't worth the food.

I love the food, i love the place!

The food was delicious and freshly made, I only waited around 10-15 minutes, which passed by quickly as I interacted with the very kind staff, Jeff and Nicholas. Great service, great food I highly recommend if you have a taste for Italian cuisine.

Hello! Me and my family have been in this restaurant for a while and we couldn't stop coming back because the food is spectacular! Not only the amazing and unique descriptions of the food but as well as the service. Two particular servers have been the most patient and understanding: Mr. Joseph and Mr. Rick. Definitely love the way they helped us with ordering and serving the food with kindness. Especially when it comes to recommendations, both of them are highly knowledgeable about the menu. Highly suggest for the guests to come as they will experience a great ambiance.

Quality of food was good and the price on the average staff was lovely especially anjelo and jossef

Had dinner with family and tried small portion of truffle tagliatelle and seafood linguine. Truffle tagliatelle is nice, creamy, tasty and not heavy, it’s light. The pasta is a bit overcooked for my taste, if it is al dente it would be perfect. The seafood linguine is my favorite, tasty and has nice spicy kick in it. Again the pasta is bit overcooked, al dente per favore. Overall I will visit again if I am in AlNakheel Mall. Service is good, Jeff serves our table nicely and responsive to our requests.

مطعم ايطالي جميل في النخيل مول اظن هذا اول فرع له في المنطقة الشرقية وربما على مستوى السعودية.
الاجواء داخل المطعم كانت ممتازة موسيقى معتدلة وديكور ممتاز وعندهم جلسات خارجية لطيفة في الاجواء المعتدلة ، الطعام كان جيد طلبت بيتزا بولو بيستو وكانت ممتازة وطبق بيني ارابيتا باستا سبايسي وكان اقل من المأمول وسلطة سيزر جيدة ، الأسعار مرتفعة قليلاً.
أخيراً شكراً لطاقم الخدمة كان لبق ومحترف.
