Worst meal ever had. Ordered Vada and got rocks. There was no masala available for any kind of dosa and it was served stale out of fridge. I’m sure this restaurant will close down soon

Very delicious food, excellent services, very gentle behavior, it’s really worth to visit it, whenever we do visit, we do love to go this without missing it. Outstanding…

Food was not that good. I ordered fried meat (said to be a Karala specialty meal) and a dal makhny.

The dal was ok, the meat was not good at all. Paratha was good.

Did not like the atmosphere nor the setup.

Used to be much better (six or seven years ago).

Worst taste chapatis are full of maida — I have not seen a white chapati.ever not even a brown tinge

Not recommended for anyone.
Biriyani and noodles. No worth for money. Only you can enjoy the ambiance.

There is no worst then single star option available in this hotel, today we checked in for Iftar and the hotel is wrost service of food, previous day items been served to us chicken tikka, Manchurian and even salad one day old one please find the picture for the reference

Visiting here after long time due to bad experience earlier in dinner tiffin items. Now also same poor quality is maintained. This doesn't even deserve single star. Understood that due to no availability of other hotels in this Lulu complex, this restaurant is having monopoly and not improving.
Will not visit again. I don't want to give a single rial again to this restaurant.

Not recommended to visit this place, if your are going as a family. They dont deserve for a single star rating. Rude service, and they don't know the meaning of customer service.

Doesn’t even deserve a single star! Rude Staff & Average tasting food is always a great combination for the fall of a restaurant. That’s how exactly I would like to rate my experience. I was really excited to try something but all I got was disappointment. We had ordered a Breakfast Tiffin, in other words it was a combo of all the breakfast items. The amount of oil that poured out from a puri was enough to cook a decent meal, very unhealthy and unhygienic! When we showed the waiter this oil soaked puri, he was full of attitude and instead of apologizing to us he just carelessly left from there as if they were offering us breakfast for free! You are spoiling your own restaurant’s reputation due to this! I will strongly advise anyone from never going to this restaurant again! Never coming back or to any other outlet of India Garden Restaurant!

Poor customer service. Have been to vegetarian section couple of times and food served is below average.
Soup is better at non- veg section upstairs.

The resturant is easily accessible bcz it's located inside lulu Khobar. Not that great taste compared to the price range. Also the single section is looks like a below average street resturant. For today, Dahi vada was better than the ghee rost. Visited more than 4-5 times in last 3-4 years and always felt that they can provide better food for the price charged.

Pure vegetarian Resturant. People who love to eat Indian vegetarian dishes they will not dussapoint.
There rava Rosa, ghee dosa, masala dosa, puri bhaji, idli and vada are best items never tried other dishes yet but I know there other dishes will also up to the mark.
Cleaning and maintenance are less that's why giving them 4 stars.
They r charging normal price for there food that's why the Resturant still managing to attract people.

Worst service I will recommend every one there are better choice in Khobar and Dammam KSA have to wait for a long for worth less taste good I am daam sure not coming back anymore or not going to advise anyone to come here not going to waste my star in hope less restaurant

Horrible.we found a cockroach? In the dal with masala dosa. And very bad quality food. It was good once upon a time, few years ago.

Food was bad. We found an insect in the food and the waiter was very casual about it, as if it was a normal thing to occur. Zero hygiene.

Bad quality food. Very high cost. Not recommended to family and anyone. Totally bad experience.not deserve for even 1 star.

This was possibly the worst indian food restaurant i ever been to.

- Worst ambiance

Horrible, waited about 15 minutes in front of table. No one came to take order. Even they are trying to avoid us, even no any rush inside Resturant. So finally we walked out with empty stomach.

I would suggest you not to go in this restaurant with family. The waiters are very arrogant and food taste is absolutely horrible. The ambiance and hygiene is very very poor. I have visited this restaurant today with my wife. I waited 20 minutes after that I went to the kitchen to order my food. Also they don’t bother to give you water. Instead you have ask for it. The chairs, tables plates, everything is dirty. Overall this is a hell. Don’t go to this restaurant or else you will regret. They are still surviving only because this is Saudi Arabia (The land of Forgiveness).

Service terrible. We have been sitting for 40 minutes now and no one come to take order and we asked staff 3 times to come.the place is dirty and falling apart.look at sticky menus.

Very very poor taste, poor service, less quantity. Especially briyani taste like dal rice.i

Worst dining experience I ever had. Had fried rice and prawns fry which both tasted different and served with out any sauces.never recommend this for families

This was my second time here, it takes about 10 minutes to draw the Captain's attention to place an order.

Entered the restaurant at 9: 50 PM, no one cared to take an order, finally had to go to the counter after 10 minutes and place an order. The Thali arrives 20 minutes later with a cold Dosa with the waiter saying it would take another 5 or 10 minutes for the Vada to arrive. Upon complaining the Dosa was cold the water escapes saying you need to talk to the Captain. The busy (because he is not organized) Captain wouldnt care to see what was going on, So I had to get up the table go to the kitchen and upon complaining, he says, the dosa got cold because its this as if I was seeing or eating a Dosa for the first time, infact I have tried Dosa in more than 30 countries. Then upon saying, how on the earth can I get this lousy service after wating for 30 minutes, you would be surprised to hear the Captain saying, " Sir you just came 10 minutes ago" making me a look a lier in a public place, just to save hiimself of an embarrassment.

Then the captain says, "No problem Sir, you can cancel the order", as if he was doing me a favour and without realizing he had wasted an hour (taking into account the time taken for this review) of my life.

If one has an hour to waste, wouldnt care for service and a cold Dosa then "Welcome to the LULU Indain Garden Restaurants"
